SIMFEROPOL, February 12 – RIA Novosti Crimea. By the end of winter, it is especially important to replenish your vitamin C reserves, so the February menu should be filled with foods high in this vitamin. This advice was given by Ekaterina Antipova, an expert at the CMD Center for Molecular Diagnostics of the Central Research Institute of Epidemiology of Rospotrebnadzor. Another vitamin needed by the body, vitamin A, is good for vision and skin. Its sources are milk and dairy products, beef liver, eggs, fish, carrots, pumpkin, spinach, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, legumes and nuts. In addition, on the eve of spring, it’s a good idea to cleanse the body – this requires fiber, which can be found in bran, cereals, dried apples, raisins, dried apricots, Brussels sprouts, beans, buckwheat, celery, herbs, avocados and pistachios. Group B vitamins that can energize, help the heart and nervous system work, are found in meat, liver, fish, oil , cereals, green vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, rice, eggs, pomegranates. Antipova suggests passing through the difficulties of the off-season by including spices, horseradish and garlic in the diet, since these products have strong protective properties. Previously, dietitian Angelica Duval called drinks that are useful after COVID-19. In order to recover faster, you should drink water, vitamin infusions and fruit drinks, but she advises to refuse black tea and strong coffee.

SIMFEROPOL, Feb 12 – RIA Novosti Crimea. By the end of winter, it is especially important to replenish your vitamin C stores, so the February menu should be filled with foods high in this vitamin. This advice was given by Ekaterina Antipova, an expert at the CMD Center for Molecular Diagnostics of the Central Research Institute of Epidemiology of Rospotrebnadzor.
According to Antipova, vitamin C will improve immunity. You can get it from a decoction of wild rose, tincture of sea buckthorn or mountain ash, natural currant juice, fresh persimmon, kiwi, citrus fruits. In addition, broccoli, sauerkraut, baked potatoes and red peppers should be included in the diet.
Another vitamin needed by the body is vitamin A, which is good for eyesight and skin.
Group B vitamins, which can energize, help the heart and nervous system, are found in meat, liver, fish, oil, cereals, green vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, rice, eggs, pomegranates.
Difficulties of the off-season Antipova proposes to pass by including spices, horseradish and garlic in the diet, since these products have strong protective properties.
Previously, dietitian Angelique Duval named drinks that are useful after COVID-19. In order to recover faster, you should drink water, vitamin infusions and fruit drinks, but she advises to refuse black tea and strong coffee.

- Massive February update: New price list downloader
Background: Freepik
Dear friends, we hurry to please you with one more news. We have updated the admin panel section Prices . There is a new file uploader, convenient editing of price lists and much more.
Please note that all innovations will become available after the system update.
New price list downloader
Price list downloader has become more productive. The speed of processing files has increased significantly – by an order of magnitude. This is not surprising: after all, our developers completely rewrote the code.
Convenient editing of price lists
The price list editing form has been improved. It has become more convenient, functional and visual, thanks to more structured information. At the same time, you can go to the desired settings in one click in shortcut menu .
Web services settings in the Prices menu
In addition, finding web services settings is now easier. Menu Web services is located in the admin panel section Prices , where it was moved from section Service → Directories.
Other innovations
- When setting up a file, you can now specify a role for the column Minimum-Maximum delivery time combined for cases where the delivery time in the price list is specified as a period. You can also assign the role Additional Quantity 1-5 for columns that contain stock information. When calculating the total number, the data in these cells will be summed up.
- Support for the libreoffice preprocessor to convert single sheet XLS and XLSX files to CSV. It is supported both in the price list loader and invoices.
- You may be familiar with the situation when when loading a price list in CSV format, strings containing quotes inside cells are not correctly recognized. You can now enable option 9 when configuring a file so you can fix it0155 Disable correct escaping . The function removes extra quotes in the file.
Stay tuned for documentation updates!
