Primary school is the first steps of a child along the paths of sciences and discoveries, proofs and axioms, theorems, rules and definitions.
It is in elementary school that the laying of the foundation of knowledge begins, on which the student will build his further education. And on how cozy and comfortable the child is at school, his educational success and peace of mind largely depend.

The priority of primary general education is the formation of general educational skills and abilities, the level of development of which largely determines the success of all subsequent education.

The purpose of the educational process in elementary school is the development of the student’s personality, his creative abilities, interest in learning, the formation of the desire and ability to learn

PRIMARY SCHOOL is the first and main stage of the education system at school. It is in elementary school that the foundations of knowledge and skills are laid, which the child will multiply and develop in the future. We work within the framework of student-centered education. This is a system of work of each teacher and the school as a whole, aimed at maximizing the disclosure and cultivation of the personal qualities of each child. At the same time, the educational material no longer acts as an end in itself, but as a means and tool that creates conditions for the full manifestation and development of the personal qualities of the subjects of the educational process.

The atmosphere in elementary school is close to family. Students are always happy to come to class, knowing that today they will discover something new and interesting for themselves. Here they will be supported, praised and given attention and care by their beloved teachers.

The main lines of a child’s development in elementary school are:
– the line of formation of the child’s educational and cognitive activity;
– the line of mastering the educational material, the formation of the skills of free transition from educational to non-educational activities;
– the line of social and socio-psychological orientation in reality;
From this follow the target guidelines that determine the content and direction of the entire process of education and upbringing:
– purposefulness and perseverance in achieving the goal;
– efficiency and readiness for independent decisions in a situation of choice.
The elementary school teacher is not limited to naming the goal of the upcoming activity, he asks questions: “Why, why are we going to do this?”, which gives the child the opportunity to set goals and objectives, purposefully get results based on their individual abilities. Efficiency: One of the main targets: to teach a child to work, to make independent decisions in various situations, which contributes to self-determination, self-assertion in a team. At the elementary school stage, such qualities as are also developed: Perseverance, diligence, accuracy, the desire to bring the work begun to the end. All these landmarks are at the forefront. if these qualities are not developed at the elementary school stage, they are unlikely to be developed later.

Extra-curricular activities also contribute to this. Teachers do a lot of work to form a class team. Each class has its own traditions, its own interesting life is in full swing: class hours, cultural trips, excursions, exhibitions, holidays, competitions.

The priority task of the elementary school is to preserve the individuality of the child, create favorable conditions for the adaptation of the child in school, health-saving technologies. This task is solved through differentiated learning, which takes into account the pace of each student, the level of his training, the formation of skills and abilities. An important role is played by the organization of group forms of teaching in the classroom, since they are based on the educational cooperation of younger students among themselves and work without step-by-step teacher guidance and control. Updating the content of existing programs in elementary school is carried out through the use of parallel programs and textbooks. All elementary school teachers use various forms and methods of cognitive activity in their work, which allows us to solve another problem – to remove the overload of children at school, to awaken in them the desire to know the world. The interaction of educational institutions is carried out: schools and preschool educational institutions in order to ensure the continuity of the educational process, the socio-cultural adaptation of the student.

Conclusion: Our students are a multifaceted developing personality with character traits, abilities, inclinations and hobbies, subjects of the educational process.

We want our students not to be similar to each other, to understand each other and adequately assess the world around them, to be able to live a full life in modern conditions. This is possible provided that we release a person who can think, analyze and make choices accordingly. In many ways, it depends on us whether our student will succeed as a person, whether he will be able to realize himself and, finally, how his fate will turn out. School subjects also help to solve these problems.

Once upon a time in ancient times, the Great Teacher decided to test his students by asking them to choose swords for themselves. One of them chose a light sword, hoping to save his strength on a long march. Another chose a long sword, hoping to hit more opponents from a safe distance with it. But the third student turned out to be the wisest, who chose the most convenient sword for himself, which became an extension of his hand. Thanks to a competent consensus between the preservation of traditions and the introduction of the latest educational programs, schools in England and the UK manage not only to give students excellent academic knowledge, but also skillfully develop social and personal qualities in them.

Primary and secondary education in England (from 5 to 16 years) is compulsory. Parents are required to either send their children to public or private schools, or obtain permission for home schooling and periodic testing of the quality of knowledge. Education in public schools is free, but available only to citizens of the United Kingdom.

Primary education in England (Primary School) is the first (not counting kindergartens – Nursery School for children from 3 years old) stage of education intended for students aged 5 to 11 years. In fact, most children enter primary school as early as 4 years old, in the so-called preparatory class (Reception Class) in the educational institution chosen for further education. “School of Russia”

This program is the most common and easiest, it is often compared with the Soviet school. Even those children who have not mastered writing and counting by the first grade can study under the “School of Russia” program. The main purpose of the EMC is educational, and the tasks correspond to this: the development in a student of such qualities as tolerance, kindness, responsibility. And, of course, the technique teaches the child conscious reading, counting and writing.

Many call the main disadvantage of the program its simplicity, as well as the fact that students practically do not use logical thinking and imagination during training.

This educational and methodological complex is much more complicated than the “School of Russia”: those children who already know how to read quite well (but not necessarily write) will be able to learn easily. Here the child is a researcher, an equal participant in the educational process along with the teacher. Schoolchildren learn to look for answers to questions themselves, no rote memorization. Also, a fairly smooth period of adaptation of the child to school can be attributed to the pluses – the volume of the studied material increases gradually, in a playful way with the help of tasks for ingenuity and fantasy.

Of the minuses – confusing, sometimes inconsistent presentation of material, a large number of study guides and notebooks.

“Perspective Primary School”

The main idea of ​​the EMC is the development of the child based on the support of his individuality (age, abilities, inclinations). In the process of education, the student acts either as a student, or as a teacher, or as an organizer of the learning situation. In the lessons, children are often divided into groups, performing various tasks together. This can be attributed to the pluses – the program implies the successful education of children with different abilities and academic performance.

Of the minuses – a superficial presentation of the material, a fast pace of learning, insufficiently well-developed textbooks (there are errors, incomprehensible wording).

“Planet of Knowledge”

Innovative direction in education! Textbooks are a set of interrelated components united by common goals, objectives, approaches to the organization of educational material. The main feature of the EMC is the integrity of the program. It manifests itself in common value priorities, in the unity of didactic approaches, as well as in the structure of textbooks and workbooks for all classes and subjects. In addition, the textbooks that are included in the program have electronic applications, which makes it possible to conduct lessons in all first grade subjects using modern technologies.

Some parents of schoolchildren consider the superficial presentation of material as the main disadvantage, as well as the constant return to the topics covered with the addition of new knowledge.

“RITM”

UMK “RITM” stands for “Development. Individuality. Creation. Thinking”. The set of textbooks combines both modern approaches to the educational process and proven methods. Judging by the reviews, the main advantage of this program is the high motivation of students to comprehend new knowledge. In addition, a truly individual approach to each child is possible due to the fact that tasks differ in the level of complexity and variability.

The disadvantages include the fact that tasks in textbooks are sometimes inaccurately formulated, so the teacher plays the main role here, who must study a lot of methodological recommendations for this program.

Perspektiva

The author of the program is L. G. Peterson, laureate of the Prize of the President of the Russian Federation in the field of education. EMC “Perspektiva” was created on the basis of modern achievements in the field of psychology and pedagogy and at the same time carefully keeps in touch with the best traditions of classical school education in Russia.

The advantage of teaching according to the Perspektiva EMC is that the system for constructing educational material allows each student to maintain and develop interest in discovering and learning new things. Of the minuses – a rather complicated program in mathematics, which will be easily absorbed only by those children who, even before school, have learned to count and perform simple mathematical operations.

The system of D. B. Elkonin — V. V. Davydov

The educational system has more than 40 years of history: at first it existed in the form of developments and experiments, and inIn 1996, the Elkonin-Davydov system was recognized as one of the state ones. A special place is given to theoretical knowledge and the logical side of education. The level of subjects taught is extremely difficult.

Elkonin-Davydov’s education system involves the formation of a large set of skills in primary school graduates. The child must learn to look for missing information when faced with a new task, to test their own hypotheses. In addition, the system assumes that the younger student will independently organize interaction with the teacher and other students, analyze and critically evaluate their own actions and partners’ points of view.

The main principle of this system is to teach children to acquire knowledge, to search for it on their own, and not to memorize school truths.
