Extra-curricular activities also contribute to this. Teachers do a lot of work to form a class team. Each class has its own traditions, its own interesting life is in full swing: class hours, cultural trips, excursions, exhibitions, holidays, competitions.
The priority task of the elementary school is to preserve the individuality of the child, create favorable conditions for the adaptation of the child in school, health-saving technologies. This task is solved through differentiated learning, which takes into account the pace of each student, the level of his training, the formation of skills and abilities. An important role is played by the organization of group forms of teaching in the classroom, since they are based on the educational cooperation of younger students among themselves and work without step-by-step teacher guidance and control. Updating the content of existing programs in elementary school is carried out through the use of parallel programs and textbooks. All elementary school teachers use various forms and methods of cognitive activity in their work, which allows us to solve another problem – to remove the overload of children at school, to awaken in them the desire to know the world. The interaction of educational institutions is carried out: schools and preschool educational institutions in order to ensure the continuity of the educational process, the socio-cultural adaptation of the student.
Conclusion: Our students are a multifaceted developing personality with character traits, abilities, inclinations and hobbies, subjects of the educational process.
We want our students not to be similar to each other, to understand each other and adequately assess the world around them, to be able to live a full life in modern conditions. This is possible provided that we release a person who can think, analyze and make choices accordingly. In many ways, it depends on us whether our student will succeed as a person, whether he will be able to realize himself and, finally, how his fate will turn out. School subjects also help to solve these problems.
