Description:

Our philosophy is to provide a caring and loving environment for your child with a Christian basis including morals and values that build a young mind and heart. We want our center to be an investment in yourchild’s future, not just a daycare experience. We are family owned and take great pride in our center which includes a state of the art air purification system and security cameras in each room.
The Infant Room focuses on the development of the basic skills. Our teachers use language and touch for visual, verbal and physical stimulation while meeting the schedules and needs of your child.
In the fast paced toddler room, we meet basic needs while giving them plenty of time to explore and discover. We have floor and table time with the teachers for verbal, visual, and physical learning. Basic skills are introduced with flash cards, art, and play with learning to share and self-expression being a priority.
In the Two Year Old Room, we begin to follow a schedule with activities and skills as little attention spans will allow. This is done through different centers, group time, free play, and teacher time. We work on sharing, how to treat others, and following rules. Potty training begins as the child is ready.
We are ready to sit down and learn more in the Three’s Room. Our schedule consists of centers, carpet times, free play, teacher time, and more specified activities and tasks. We tackle the basics by beginning to master shapes, colors, numbers, letters, and rules of behavior that were started in the two’s room.
We are getting ready for school in the 4 Year Old Room by stressing the importance of setting a schedule and following rules. We have free play, carpet time, teacher time, and centers with more activities and learning situations being introduced. We work on our social skills and communication while building on classifications, sequencing, phonics, and numbers.
School Age Kids have been in school all day and are ready to have some fun and free time now. We will assist with homework and build on what they are doing in school. This is their time to socialize while still having boundaries….

AMERICA’S MOST ACCREDITED

We’re so proud!

Nationally only 10% of daycares are accredited – nearly 100% of our learning centers are. That’s a big difference,
and that means KinderCare kids are getting the very best. Here’s why.

SCHOOL-READY

What Learning Looks Like

Our talented early-childhood teachers set kids down the path toward becoming lifelong learners in a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.

West Edmond KinderCare Programs

Infant Programs (6 weeks–1 year)

Leaving your baby in someone else’s care is a big step. Everyone at our
centers—most importantly, our naturally gifted infant teachers—will work with
you to make sure the transition goes smoothly. When you step into our infant
classroom, you’ll see how much we want your infant to feel safe, loved, and
ready to explore their world.

Toddler Programs (1–2 Years)

Everything in our toddler classroom is designed for little explorers. That’s
because a lot is going on at this age. When your child is wandering all over the
place, that means they’re learning and discovering new things every day. We’ll
help them explore their interests (and find new ones!) as they play and learn.

Discovery Preschool Programs (2–3 Years)

This age is filled with so much wonder and curiosity. That’s why we offer a ton
of books and toys and bring artwork down to kids eye level. Children in
discovery preschool also begin to learn how we all work together in a
classroom. Simple math and science, pretend play, and group play help them
get used to a more structured school setting.

Preschool Programs (3–4 Years)

This age is all about expression, when kids really start to form their own ideas
about what they want to play and how they want to create. Every day in our
preschool classroom, your child will explore science experiments, create
artwork, and play pretend—all the skills needed for their big next step:
kindergarten!

Prekindergarten Programs (4–5 Years)

When you walk into one of our pre-K classrooms, you’ll see artwork and
writing displayed around the room. Labels are everywhere to help kids connect
letters with words. You’ll also see pictures on the walls that reflect the families
in our community. Your child will also deepen their knowledge in language,
math, science, Spanish, and social skills.

Our Teachers

We’re the only company in early childhood education to select teachers based on natural talent. Being a great educator isn’t enough though.
KinderCare teachers are also amazing listeners, nurturers, boo-boo fixers, and smile-makers. Put more simply,
we love our teachers and your child will, too.

Meet just a few of our amazing KinderCare teachers!

A KINDERCARE TEACHER WITH

An Artist’s Heart

“My classroom is full of art!” says Mary Annthipie-Bane, an award-winning early childhood educator at KinderCare. Art and creative expression, she says, help children discover who they really are.

We put our best-in-class teachers in a best-in-class workplace. We’re so proud to have been named one of Gallup’s 37 winners of the Great Workplace Award.
When you put great teachers in an engaging center, your children will experience
an amazing place to learn and grow.

Grow With Us has been providing quality child care since 1988 in our community. Over the course of this time, we have strived to constantly improve and update our centers, our curriculum, and the value that we offer for the children and families in our program. Recent advancements in technology and research have paved the way for improvements in the quality of early learning. Grow With Us has been at the forefront of these advancements in the early learning field by partnering with Early Achievers.

What is Early Achievers?

Early Achievers is a framework for improving the quality of early care in Washington to ensure that:

 • Children have access to high-quality early learning experiences that help them develop the skills they need to be successful in school and beyond.

 • Parents can find high-quality child care and early learning programs that fit their needs by providing evidence-based information about facility quality.

• Early learning professionals have access to the resources and supports they need to provide quality care that supports each child’s learning and development.

Early Achievers has built a state-wide system of high quality early learning by bringing families, early learning professionals, and resources together to support each child’s learning and development.

How does Early Achievers work?

Early Achievers uses an easy-to-understand rating system to track growth in quality improvement of participating early care providers. At Levels I and 2, early learning professionals are “participating in quality improvement” through training and activities. Facilities that are rated Levels 3—5 have achieved a “quality level of excellence” through an on-site evaluation focused on the learning environment and interactions between teachers and children. For more information, please click the early achievers link below.

Grow With Us Preschool and Childcare

proudly uses The Creative Curriculum in our classrooms!

We can only begin to imagine the future careers that today’s children will take on, which is why it’s so important that we provide them with a strong foundation. Research shows that a whole child approach to education – one where children develop not only math and literacy skills but also the social-emotional, physical, and cognitive skills necessary to communicate, think both critically and creatively, and solve complex problems – is developmentally appropriate and better prepares children for life well beyond their time in a classroom.

The Creative Curriculum® for Preschool is a comprehensive, research-based curriculum that promotes exploration and discovery as a way of learning, enabling children to develop confidence, creativity, and lifelong critical thinking skills.

During the traditional press conference, Edmond Igoshin, Director of the Education Department of Nizhnevartovsk, answered questions from journalists.
Let’s exchange experiences
At the very beginning of the meeting, the speaker spoke about a trip to Kazakhstan as part of the Yugra delegation to study the project “Nazarbayev. Intellectual School.
The project, created on the initiative of the first president of the republic, Nursultan Nazarbayev, with the aim of developing and testing modern methods of education, has been operating for just over ten years. The educational program for the Intellectual Schools was written in cooperation with the world’s leading universities, but, despite the Western orientation, much attention is paid to patriotism and national traditions. For example, for seventh grade students, one of the required subjects is a lesson in playing the dombra (a Kazakh musical instrument). Children are also given the opportunity to live in the village for a week or two in order to get to know their roots better. Edmond Valeryevich noted that the level of training of schoolchildren is very high and there are a lot of noteworthy projects in Kazakhstani schools.
But we also have something to show. As part of the exchange of experience between the schools of Kazakhstan and Yugra, last year the Kazakhs visited Surgut and Khanty-Mansiysk, and this year the foreign delegation will be hosted by Nizhnevartovsk. The guests will get acquainted with the activities of several schools in the city and, perhaps, give them an assessment.
Activation at “Gosuslugakh”
Igoshin was asked a variety of questions, including about “activations”. Previously, parents and schoolchildren found out whether there would be lessons today from messages on local TV, but in December 2019year in the mobile application “Public Services of Yugra” launched a new service “Activated days”. If the information from these two sources differs, the head of the department advised the townspeople to focus on the State Services.
On the pages of the newspaper “MV” we have already written that the schools of the district will introduce a dietary menu for six categories of children with certain diseases. At the same time, Edmond Valeryevich emphasized that meals in schools can still be classified as dietary.
– Today, the replacement of the menu for children with diseases requiring special nutrition is carried out in all schools in the city. With the advent of the cyclic menu, what we used to do in manual mode will take on a certain shape, – said the director of the department of education.
Kindergarten for a cupcake?
Continuing the theme, journalists drew attention to the fact that some kindergartens are considering the possibility of selling food. There is concern that these products will be purchased at the expense of the parent fee. Edmond Valeryevich assured that even if this practice is introduced, it will not affect parents and children in any way. He stressed that for the first time such an initiative came about four years ago from the parents of kindergarten No. 41. This does not bring any special income to a preschool institution, but there are parents who simply find it convenient to pick up a child after work and buy, for example, pastries there. On this issue, one of the kindergartens even conducted a survey, the results of which made it clear that half of the parents support the innovation, and the other half is not interested. Nevertheless, there were no categorically tuned. Edmond Igoshin emphasized that from the point of view of legislation, there are no violations in the sale of food products by kindergartens.
On the eve of the housewarming party
Further, from preschool education, the conversation again smoothly turned to schools. Most of the questions concerned, of course, the opening of a new educational institution in the eighteenth microdistrict.
Recall that the school, designed for 1725 places, should open on September 1, 2020. Now the construction of the first educational building is being completed, the rest will be commissioned in the third quarter. There will be areas for classes, sports grounds and recreation areas. Outside school hours, the premises are planned to be used as a center for additional education. Bidding for the purchase of furniture and equipment is already underway. Applications will be accepted around June/July.
Work has begun on the formation of a team of employees. Anyone who wants to work at the new school can send a resume to the Department of Education on a confidential basis. So far, one hundred and fifty applications from candidates have been received. Both student teachers and university graduates have a chance to start working in a new school, and we are also working with them.
The name has not yet been thought up, the townspeople are also offered to join this issue. You can send your ideas to the e-mail of the Department of Education [email protected]. In the law on education there is no concept of “school”, there is an “educational organization”. This gives ample opportunities in choosing a name.
For the time being, the school will be general education, but over time, physics, mathematics, and chemistry and biology classes should appear. The very structure of the institution is conducive to this.
Those who want more
As for pupils, a survey was conducted in existing schools and graduating groups of kindergartens in order to identify children who plan to transfer to a new school. There were more applicants than the educational institution could accommodate. In this regard, it was decided to give priority to students from nearby microdistricts – 17, 18, 23 and 24. If there are vacant places, then they will accept children from other quarters located behind Khanty-Mansiyskaya Street.
– I understand the disappointment of the parents of neighboring microdistricts who would like to transfer their children to a new school, but I remind you that two more schools are planned to be built in this part of the city. One of them in quarter 25 is planned to be commissioned in 2022, the second – in quarter 20 should be introduced by 2024, Edmond Igoshin added.
Thus, the “mortgage valley” will be provided with a sufficient number of educational institutions. In the short term, the construction of two schools under a concession agreement in 9and 10 in microdistricts.
Pyatidnevka: “for” and “against”
The expediency of introducing “five days” in schools has been discussed for more than a year. Edmond Valeryevich noted that each educational institution decides this issue on an individual basis, but also expressed his opinion on this matter:
– I think that this issue should be approached in a balanced way. It is not entirely clear the decision of schools in which senior classes study on a five-day basis, because this leads to overload. And in primary school, five days may be enough.
However, a recent survey on the portal of the education system showed that many people want to rest two days a week. Another question is whether children and parents understand what kind of burden falls on the shoulders of students during the five-day period?
In this regard, a comprehensive decision was made to tell in detail about the prospects for the development of general and additional education in Nizhnevartovsk. It is clear that it is not easy to achieve perfection, but, given the opinion of parents and the children themselves, this system can be made better.

    Father’s love for illegitimate Edmond

No less than for you, legal brother,

    What a strange word: “legitimate”!

Okay, my legal one. Here is the letter,

    And if my forgery succeeds,

Edmond, the noble, will push the noble.

I am in my prime. I’m going uphill.

Gods keep the illegal from now on!

    Includes Gloucester .

    Gloucester

Sent to exile Kent! I did not say goodbye to the French king

    and quarreled!

Left the yard! He renounced the crown

Suddenly, under the influence of a minute! –

Well, what’s the news, my Edmond?

    Edmond

    None, my lord.

    (Hides the letter.)

    Gloucester

Why did you hide this letter in such a hurry?

    Edmond

I haven’t heard any news, my lord.

    Gloucester

What paper are you reading now?

    Edmond

I haven’t read anything, my lord.

    Gloucester

Didn’t read anything? What, then, did you hide so hastily in your pocket? Give me a sheet. If there is nothing in it, I can see it even without glasses.

    Edmond

Sir, excuse me. This letter is from my brother. I haven’t finished reading it yet. But from what I’ve been able to parse, you’d better not read it.

    Gloucester

    Give me a letter.

    Edmond

Whether I show it to you or not, I will do the same bad thing. Judging by its content, this letter is not good.

    Gloucester

    We’ll see, we’ll see…

    Edmond

To my brother’s credit, I want to believe he wrote me like that just to test me.

    Gloucester

    (reading)

“This reverence for old age poisons us the best years of our lives and puts money into our hands too late, when, due to decrepitude, we can no longer use it to our pleasure. I am inclined to believe that the tyranny of the old is a useless prejudice that dominates us only because we tolerate it. Let’s meet and talk more. If father could go to sleep and not wake up until I wake him up, you would get half of his income and the constant love of your brother Edgar. What’s this? CONSPIRACY? “…fall asleep and not wake up…you would get half of his income.” And this is my son Edgar! And his hand rose to draw these letters! His heart was full of such thoughts!.. When did you get this? Who brought this letter?

    Edmond

That’s the point, my lord, nobody. They threw it at my window.

    Gloucester

    Is that your brother’s handwriting?

    Edmond

If the letter were good, I would have no doubts about this. But in such a letter, his handwriting seems doubtful to me.

    Gloucester

    This is his handwriting.

    Edmond

It was written by his hand, but his heart did not participate in it.

    Gloucester

Has he ever spoken to you like this before?

    Edmond

Never. But he often expressed the opinion that sons of age should take care of aging fathers and manage their property.

    Gloucester

What a scoundrel, what a scoundrel! The same thoughts as in the letter! Disgusting villain! Vile, insensitive animal. Worse than an animal!.. Go, my dear, look for him. I’ll put him under lock and key. Monstrous villain! Where is he?

    Edmond

I don’t know, my lord. But I’ll tell you what: hold back your outrage until you have more solid evidence. It will be right. If you begin to act by force, not being right, this will tarnish your honor and completely undermine his attachment to you. I am ready to vouch for my life that he wrote all this, just to check how much I love you, and for nothing else, I assure you.

    Gloucester

    Do you think so?

    Edmond

I’ll help you make sure. If you like, I’ll put you in a place where you can eavesdrop on our conversations. It can be done no further than tonight.

    Gloucester

He can’t be such a monster.

    Edmond

    Of course not.

    Gloucester

To a father who loves him with such tenderness and strength! Earth and sky! “Edmond, sneak into his confidence, bring him to the surface. Do it for me. I am ready to give everything to know the truth.

    Edmond

I’ll go look for him now, bring him up to talk about the letter and let you know everything.

    Gloucester

Here they are, these recent eclipses, solar and lunar! They do not bode well. Whatever scientists say about it, nature feels their consequences. Love cools down, friendship weakens, fratricidal strife is everywhere. There are riots in the cities, discord in the villages, in the palaces of treason, and the family bond between parents and children is crumbling. Or this is the case, as with me, when the son rebels against his father. Or like a king. This is another example. Here the father goes against his own offspring. Our best time is past. Bitterness, betrayal, disastrous disorder will accompany us to the grave. Expose that bastard, Edmond. You won’t regret it. Try Please. Or here’s another example. Noble Kent is banished. For what? Just because he’s honest. Marvelous! (Exits.)

    Edmond

That’s how it always is. How stupid! When we ourselves spoil and distort our lives, having gorged ourselves on well-being, we attribute our misfortunes to the sun, moon and stars. True, one might think that we are fools by the will of heaven, swindlers, thieves and traitors – due to atmospheric action, drunkards, liars and lechers – under the irresistible pressure of the planets. We have supernatural explanations to justify everything bad. A splendid subterfuge of human licentiousness – to blame all one’s guilt on the stars! Father played pranks with mother under the constellation Draco. I was born under the sign of the Big Dipper. It follows that I must be rude and depraved. What nonsense! I am what I am, and would be the same if the most chaste star twinkled over my cradle… Here comes Edgar. He appears just in time, like the denouement in an old comedy. I’ll make myself sad like crazy Tom from Bedlam.4

    Enter Edgar .

Oh, these eclipses are harbingers of future strife! Fa, sol, la, mi…

    Edgar

Well, brother Edmond? Are you seriously thinking?

    Edmund

I’ve been thinking, brother, about the events that I’ve read should follow the recent eclipses.

    Edgar

    That’s what you do!

    Edmond

I assure you, the predictions I have read about unfortunately come true. Relations between children and parents are perverted, pestilence, high cost, general enmity sets in. The state is torn apart by civil strife, the people threaten the king and the nobility, suspicion arises, friends go into exile, the army falls apart, spouses cheat on each other, and so on and so forth.

    Edgar

Since when did you become an astronomer?

    Edmond

Let’s leave it. Better tell me, when was the last time you saw your father?

    Edgar

    Last night.

    Edmond

    Did you talk to him?

    Edgar

    Yes, two hours straight.

    Edmond

Did you part on good terms? Did you notice any displeasure in him when he spoke and looked at you?

    Edgar

    Nothing.

    Edmond

Remember well what you did to hurt him, and, for heaven’s sake, stay out of his sight for a while until he calms down. Now he curses you for what the light stands and is ready to tear you apart from anger.

    Edgar

    Some scoundrel slandered me.

    Edmond

I am afraid of this too. Please be careful until his fury subsides.
