The Children’s Ombudsman will check a kindergarten in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, where kids sang a song about “Uncle Vova”. VIDEO — URA.RU

The children’s ombudsman of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra Tatyana Mokhovikova will visit the kindergarten in Nizhnevartovsk, where children sang the song “Uncle Vova, we are with you” at the matinee. The commissioner for the protection of children’s rights told the journalist “URA.RU” about this, having learned from him about this story.

The reporting concert of the Do-mi-sol-ka group, which was reported by the Sibir.Realii publication, was held in kindergarten No. 68 at the end of May, but it has only just begun to be actively discussed in the media space. The performance of the children who sang Vyacheslav Antonov’s song “Uncle Vova, we are with you” was filmed by the mother of one of the pupils of the garden, Alexander Terikov. She posted the video on social networks, accompanied by the comment: “For some reason, I don’t want the commander to call my daughter to the last battle.”

“Children do not understand what they are singing about. My daughter then sang “the hippopotamus got it”, because at the age of 4 she has no idea what a hegemon is. And he doesn’t fumble at all with what is there in the European Union.

Our director of the Department of Education recommended the heads of songs about the sun and palms, and not about wringing Alaska from the United States,” Aleksandra Terikova told a Sibir.Realii correspondent.

Many residents of the city share her opinion. Nizhnevartovsk TV channel N1 conducted an anonymous survey on social networks. 65% of respondents reacted negatively to the choice of the song. “Children should sing songs according to their age and those that they understand, and not those that adult uncles and aunts make them sing,” said one of the respondents.

Children’s Ombudsman of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra Tatyana Mokhovikova learned about this story from a URA.RU correspondent. She did not give an assessment of what happened, but noted that she would visit a preschool. “Tomorrow I will be in Nizhnevartovsk, I will drop by this 68 kindergarten,” she said.

Edmond Igoshin, Director of the Education Department of the Administration of Nizhnevartovsk, noted that there are many wonderful songs. “I think that in this case, the kindergarten, music director and parents should have taken into account the age characteristics of the children. I agree with parents who are not entirely happy that such a composition was chosen to be performed by children from kindergarten, ”he commented.

But Igoshin reminded “URARU” that the kindergarten and parents can do whatever they think is right and true, referring to the law “On Education”, which speaks of the autonomy of an educational organization. “At a working meeting with heads of kindergartens and school leaders, I drew attention to the fact that employees of educational institutions are careful about the choice of compositions that are performed at events. These compositions should correspond to the age of the children and the theme of the event,” concluded Edmond Igoshin. In the kindergarten, where the URA.RU journalist also called, the correspondent was told that the management was not there.

Earlier, we recall that a scandal had already flared up on the Web because of the same song about the last fight “for Uncle Vova”. Then a video was filmed for it with the participation of cadets. It was reported that this was done at the initiative of State Duma deputy Anna Kuvychko. She posted the video on her social media page, but after negative reviews, she decided to delete it.

Prepare a sleigh in the summer, and school all year round

In Nizhnevartovsk, “school fever” has already started. In the evenings, the shops are full of mothers with children and thoughtful dads with bank cards in their hands. Everyone rushes about like crazy to dress up their children for the new school year, to provide them with stationery, all sorts of benefits and hundreds of little things. But this process has another side, which we practically do not see. Not only students, but also schools are preparing for the Day of Knowledge, and the process there is no less intensive. If the children only need to read a few books and complete a couple of tasks during the summer, then for their teachers and officials of the Department of Education, summer is a busy time. And, let’s add, very effective.

Readiness No. 1

“Why are you only talking about summer?” Edmond Igoshin, director of the city education department, asked us. – The process of preparation for the new academic year never stops. Yes, the peak of this activity falls on the warm season, but in winter, as a rule, plans are already being formed, in the spring there are auctions for the positions necessary for the purchase, and so on. This work never ends.

However, of course, Knowledge Day becomes a deadline for the entire educational system or a starting point, if you like, when you can assess the readiness of educational institutions to accept students and sum up the subtotal balance under the huge amount of work done.

So, all 34 schools in Nizhnevartovsk are ready for the meeting of students and, according to Edmond Valeryevich, have already passed the commission acceptance. There were minor complaints from the security forces and the state police (and where without them?), But the people in uniform did not reveal anything critical and unavoidable. Our educational institutions are protected from terrorism, fires and other hardships. Moreover, they are, in sports terms, in great shape, and many of them have completely changed over the summer. This was noted not only by officials, but also by members of the public.

— Every year, representatives of school public committees, which include dozens of active moms and dads, take part in events to assess the quality of preparation for the new academic year. We carefully monitor the feedback of all parents and analyze the information. The residents of Vartov speak well of the work done and the vector of development in general. During the years that I have been working in this post, and this is about seven years, really much has been done, – said Pavel Larikov, chairman of the public committee for the development of education, deputy of the Nizhnevartovsk City Council.

It’s time to move on to examples

The list of changes in Nizhnevartovsk schools and kindergartens that took place over the summer is endless. Too long list. Not one page. This is the renewal of the fund of educational literature (tens of thousands of new copies), the purchase of new furniture, educational and digital equipment, the replacement of window blocks and infrastructure elements, cosmetic and major repairs. There is not and cannot be a single denominator here, because each educational institution (including kindergartens – author’s note) is preparing based on its own plans, needs and availability of funds.

Take, for example, secondary school No. 11. Here the porch was repaired, windows were changed in five classrooms and sets of furniture in six, 13 new multimedia projectors were bought and many other things. But most importantly, the entire interior design of the school from the first to the fourth floors has been updated.

— We have been preparing for these changes since last January. We developed the project jointly by the parent committee, found funds. The process turned out to be large-scale, and subventions from the budget were not enough. The deputies who provided funds from their own funds helped very well, such as, for example, the deputy of the Tyumen Regional Duma Yuri Elin, – said the director of the educational institution Inna Dombrovskaya.

Speaking of design. The school repainted literally every centimeter of the surface. They applied geometric patterns and many interesting little things to the walls. Where elementary school students will be engaged, orange and other bright colors mainly reign, and green, yellow, blue and turquoise colors were also used for painting. The design was thought out in such a way as to create functional zones with the help of color, designed for different ages and needs of children. For high school students, for example, the scale was chosen less catchy, soothing.

But that’s not all. Now you can draw on some walls of the school. To do this, there are places covered with special films for chalk or marker. Also, air hockey, table tennis and football appeared in the educational institution, which are usually installed in children’s entertainment centers. Inna Viktorovna noted that the guys can now get not only knowledge, but also decent leisure during breaks. The teachers of the school tried to make the children feel comfortable all day, because the average student spends at least eight hours a day here. Classes in the morning, and then electives and free hours – this is the model to which all modern education aspires.

About the vectors of development

Of course, not all schools in Nizhnevartovsk were able to update as powerfully over the summer as the eleventh school. And so far, not everyone has managed to switch to one-shift training, like her. According to statistics, about 10% of the city’s students are engaged in the second shift. But this indicator will fall from year to year, because this is not just a trend of the times, but a requirement of a presidential decree: by 2021, all junior classes, and by 2025 in general, all students should study only in the first shift.

“The city will cope with this task, perhaps even earlier than the deadlines set by the president,” Igoshin said, but noted that this requires new educational institutions, and work in this direction is also intensive: a school is already being built in the 18th microdistrict, there are projects expansion of two more educational institutions.

But in general, the trends that we cited on the example of 11 schools are already spreading everywhere. This is a new approach to design, and the installation of board games, and a film for drawing on the walls. Moreover, Edmond Valeryevich is sure that a student should spend time in his alma mater with pleasure, this is a guarantee of his good mood, good attendance, and, as a result, grades. Our guys, by the way, this year showed very good results in the Unified State Examination, having achieved six hundred-point marks and dozens of other very good results.

However, today’s education lives not only with recess games and multimedia projectors, and a million different ways are used to cheer up and motivate children. Igoshin, for example, is an active supporter of an invigorating school morning: when cheerful music plays in the hall of an educational institution, and head teachers and class teachers meet their children literally at the door. It immediately sets you in the right mood. Also, in many schools of the city, the Just-dance project will be implemented – something like a disco at recess or before classes, when students can dance to good music and have fun. After all, it is no secret to anyone that the loads in modern education are very high, and a child needs a good rest no less than a competent teacher and a well-balanced curriculum.

— I myself have worked in education for over 20 years, and have been retired for 15 years.
