Autonomous non-profit organization of additional professional education “Academy” (hereinafter – the Organization) provides on a paid basis educational services provided for by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On education”, in accordance with the Rules for the provision of paid educational services (approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 15, 2013 N 706), the Charter of the Organization, the Regulations on the procedure and conditions for the provision of paid educational services in ANO DPO “Academy”. nine0007

Paid educational services are provided in order to provide quality training for workers, specialists and other persons in various fields of activity.

Paid educational services are provided only at the request of students and in accordance with the terms of the concluded agreement on the provision of educational services between the Organization and the student or the organization sending its employees for training (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement).

The organization provides the following types of educational services:

• additional vocational training. education (training, professional retraining)
• training under vocational training programs for workers and employees (vocational training, retraining, advanced training)
• training in additional general developmental programs (additional education for children and adults)

The Organization of licensed paid educational services is possible on the basis of a license from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Samara Region for this type of activity in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. nine0007

The Organization provides educational services in accordance with the procedure and within the time limits determined by the Charter of the Organization, approved curricula, and the terms of the concluded Agreement.

The organization enters into an agreement if it is possible to provide the requested educational service.

An organization is not entitled to give preference to one person over another in relation to the conclusion of an agreement, except as provided by law and other regulatory legal acts.
