Maximum care and attention. On the first days of the Center for Support of Mobilized Families / Sergei Sobyanin’s website

Dear Muscovites,

In the coming months, several thousand Muscovites will perform the most difficult and life-threatening tasks to protect the sovereignty and security of Russia.

All of them can be sure that the city will take their relatives and friends under special protection.

Starting from October 5, the Moscow Government provides systematic support to the families of mobilized citizens.

We work in two directions: at requests of relatives who apply to the City Center for Support of Mobilized Families (Sergiy Radonezhsky St., 1, building 1), and proactively without waiting for requests and appeals from people.

As of today, employees of social services independently contacted the majority of mobilized families, in which there are minor children.

All of them were exempted from payment for kindergarten, sections and circles, as well as aftercare from 1st to 6th grades. Schoolchildren from grades 1 to 11 were provided with free hot two meals a day.

At the request of their parents, some children were placed in kindergartens near their homes, either for the first time or were transferred from other preschools.

The wife of the mobilized was late for work because she had to take the children to the kindergarten herself. My husband used to do it. Support Center staff helped to transfer the kids to a kindergarten near the house. The children were offered interesting circles and extracurricular activities. As a result, my mother kept her usual job and saved the family budget, because. a place in a kindergarten, as well as circles and sections for her children, have now become free.

Within the next week, all families raising minor children will receive assistance with schools and kindergartens. And in the future we will address these issues as we receive requests from citizens.

6,500 relatives of mobilized citizens turned to the specialists of the Support Center. In addition, several thousand people came to the flagship MFCs, which work with the families of those mobilized to provide material assistance.

Each appeal is considered as carefully and individually as possible. Real help was provided for 95% of requests. However, many of them are fulfilled every day. And if more time is required, then the Support Center specialists remain in touch with the relatives of those mobilized until the issue is finally resolved.

As expected, there are many requests for help for elderly family members and people with disabilities . Over the course of two weeks, more than 160 people out of turn received vouchers to live in veterans’ homes or received home-based social services.

These services are provided to relatives of those mobilized regardless of family composition and income level.

In the near future, the Center’s specialists will begin to proactively contact the parents of those mobilized over 60 and offer all possible assistance – treatment, home social services or participation in the Moscow Longevity project.

Relatives with disabilities will be offered rehabilitation and other support.

Career guidance, training and employment services are in demand. More than 500 people applied with similar requests. Of these, about 370 have already been enrolled in courses, 200 have started classes.

Appropriate vacancies were selected for 150 applicants and an interview with the employer was scheduled. And 15 people have already started a new job.

A young girl recently married. She has no profession, and her husband played the role of breadwinner in the family. During a conversation with a specialist, she said that she liked the design, and she did a great job renovating the house. Employment specialists picked up training courses for her. When she graduates, she will be able to go to work in a kitchen design company, and even the salon near the house has already been picked up .

8.6 thousand requests were received regarding the payment of material assistance . About 5,000 mobilized families have already received funds.

Many relatives of the mobilized need moral support . Psychologists of the Center conducted about 600 sessions for adults and children.

For assistance in registration of mortgage holidays, benefits and subsidies , and other issues, lawyers conducted more than 3,400 consultations.

MFC specialists helped more than 3,300 families to receive public services or advice on paying utility bills, submitting meter readings, registering the status of a low-income family, using e-service portals, etc.

Relatives of mobilized people often come with non-standard questions . And we do everything we can to help solve them.

25 people applied to the Center for medical assistance for themselves or their loved ones. All of them received it immediately. For example, two relatives of the mobilized were unscheduled hospitalized in city hospitals.

One woman said that her mother-in-law needs constant treatment, and her husband used to take her to the doctors and for procedures several times a week. Yes, and you have to go to the dacha for the harvest, there are a lot of household chores. It is clear that one-time financial assistance to pay for a taxi will not solve the problem. Offered this woman to get rights. The center provided free courses at a driving school.

They also apply for help with pets. In this case, the specialists of the Center involve volunteer organizations.

Dear relatives of the mobilized,

If you need help, be sure to contact the Mobilized Family Support Center.

Together with you we worry about your family and friends.

Your mayor Sergei Sobyanin
