Linden and apple trees of different varieties are used for landscaping courtyards and inter-quarter zones, they form separate alleys, as well as rowan, pine, maple, viburnum, bird cherry, lilac and other types of trees and shrubs.

Behind the park, on the embankment, there will be a walking area along the water, a pier, a beach with gazebos and a solarium, a children’s play area, a beach volleyball court, and table tennis tables.

It is planned that the management company will interact with residents through a mobile application, through which it will be possible to pay utility bills, leave a request for repairs, order additional services, for example, apartment cleaning, window washing. Residential complex River Park is currently the most inexpensive new building on the right bank of Uktus. The price per square meter in it is 13% lower than the average cost of a meter in the city and lower than the prices of neighboring new buildings by 16-28%.
