Linden and apple trees of different varieties are used for landscaping courtyards and inter-quarter zones, they form separate alleys, as well as rowan, pine, maple, viburnum, bird cherry, lilac and other types of trees and shrubs.

Residential complex River Park is currently the most inexpensive new building on the right bank of Uktus. The price per square meter in it is 13% lower than the average cost of a meter in the city and lower than the prices of neighboring new buildings by 16-28%.
