“I love this place. I was very nervous about sending my 2 year old baby since we speak only Spanish at home, I told them the situation and they have been great! My daughter is already speaking English and she is always happy when she gets there. Ms Gigi has been a great teacher. Highly recommended!”
-N. Castro

This is a fabulous daycare and school! Every single teacher is gentle, loving and caring towards the children. From the phone call to set up the appointment for a tour and the tour with Ms. Sheila the director and the entire time we have been here the entire experience has been positive and encouraging to both my child and myself; engaging to my child and inviting to myself as a parent. I have zero

complaints about this facility or it’s staff but as a parent there are times questions arise. Every single time I have asked questions, expressed a concern or simply shared a point of view my comments have been taken seriously and if necessary actioned. The directors are so responsive I double check myself before airing any concerns to make sure they are valid and not just me having a bad day. I would highly recommend this Childtime facility to anyone looking for quality care for their child. Even if the price seems a little higher than you feel you can pay for younger children, check your resources, double check for work related discounts and do all you can to put your child in their care. You won’t regret it!

The Best Blossoms Montessori School in the area is committed to educating children based on the belief that the most rapid and significant periods of learning and development occurs during the earliest years of life, pre-school years from birth to the age of six. The primary goal of Blossoms Montessori program is to help each child reach his full potential in all areas of life. Our program offers activities to the children that promote the development of social skills, emotional growth, physical coordination as well as cognitive preparation. The holistic curriculum, under the direction of a specially prepared teacher, allows the child to experience the joy of learning and ensure the development of self-esteem. This holistic Montessori curriculum with the aid of specially trained faculty provides the children experiences from which they create their knowledge.
Blossoms Montessori School provides an outstanding Montessori program and a nurturing environment to the developing the emotional, social, academic and creative potential of every child. Orphans who were bullied in the USA for 10 years were refused adoption in Russia

Another scandal unfolds with an American foster family that adopted three Russian orphans at once. According to the children’s ombudsman Pavel Astakhov, adoptive parents from Silsby, Texas systematically abused and beaten three orphans from Russia – 17-year-old Alexei, Anastasia and Svetlana Klimov 16 and 15 years old.
Photo: PhotoXPress
In 2003, Alexei, Nastya and Sveta Klimov were adopted by the Deckert family and taken from their native Krasnokamsk, Perm Region, to the Texas town of Silsby. And only now it became clear that the living conditions of children were far from normal. Back in 2008, the American social worker Diana Black received signals about the cruelty that took place in the family, and came to them with an inspection. The guys looked emaciated, thin, complained of beatings and natural torture – supposedly their mother, Penny Deckert, locked them in a room without food and light, and beat them. At the time of the inspector’s visit, Alexei Klimov (his adoptive parents gave him the name Zachary) lost his front teeth, which his stepmother allegedly knocked out by hitting him in the face with a boot … For the past five years, Diana Black has been sending complaints and demands to law enforcement agencies, trying to attract the attention of the authorities. But the Deckert couple did not want to give up the children, while the authorities counter accused the social worker of inciting children to run away from the family, as they periodically tried to escape. And on March 21, information appeared that one of the adopted daughters in this family was subjected to sexual violence.
The Texas Attorney’s Office, investigating the Deckerts case, is to find out who is right and who is wrong in this case. Also, the Investigative Committee of Russia began a pre-investigation check on this fact.
“As follows from the information available to the investigators, Aleksey Klimov was subjected to repeated torture and ill-treatment by his adoptive mother, Penya Dekert. More than a year ago, the teenager ran away from his foster family and now his whereabouts are unknown. Two of his sisters Anastasia and Svetlana Klimov are currently removed from the foster family and placed in a social institution,” said Vladimir Markin, a representative of the UK.
“MK” found out that the juvenile Klimovs were adopted from … kindergarten:
– The fact is that until 2006 our kindergarten served as an orphanage, being a structural unit of the fifth city school, – says the head of kindergarten No. 41 g Krasnokamsk Tamara Temnikova. – Now we are already the most ordinary kindergarten and have transferred these functions to the orphanage-boarding school. Before the adoption, the Klimov children did not live long with us – they were three or four years old.
In Krasnokamsk guardianship, they remember how happy they were for the little Klimovs, when in 2003 they were adopted by the Americans right from kindergarten and taken to their distant and well-fed America, which seemed to ordinary Krasnokamsk residents a branch of heaven on earth. Moreover, the Klimov brother and two sisters were orphans with a living mother: single mother Irina was deprived of parental rights for all three back at 1999 for drunkenness.
“We don’t know where Irina Klimova is now, it’s a long time ago,” says Vera Korshikova, an employee of the guardianship department. – Not the fact that she is alive and in her mind. Of course, we will look for her … But only so that the situation does not turn out the same as with the unfortunate Kirill Kuzmin. But the Klimovs do not have a father and never have. Although some male name was recorded on birth certificates, but marked “according to the mother.”
– Relatives on the mother’s side refused to adopt or take care of children, – Pavel Mikov, Commissioner for Children’s Rights in the Perm Territory, told MK. – Then the Klimovs were offered for adoption to Russian citizens, but everyone refused, about which there are marks in the personal files of the children. Few people will take all three at once, but we did not want to separate the family. After that, the children were offered for acquaintance to foreign adoptive parents, and the Dekert family took them away – in full accordance with the law, according to a decision issued by the Perm Regional Court. Moreover, it is worth noting that the Deckert family complied with all Russian requirements – they regularly sent reports and photo-video materials on how the children adapt to the new home for three years – there were no complaints about them. But many families do not do this! They also put the babies on consular records in the United States, which is also not done by all adoptive parents. In general, nothing foreshadowed trouble!
