The authorities of Krasnoyarsk built a kindergarten with a road through 116 private land plots » Zapad24

In the Krasnoyarsk microdistrict Solnechny, a new kindergarten No. 56 was opened. The three-story building, designed for 240 seats, was purchased by the city administration from the entrepreneur.

There are 8 groups in the kindergarten: nursery (for children from 1.5 to 3 years old), middle (for children from 3 to 4 years old) and mixed-age groups (for children from 5 to 7 years old). It is reported that 85 children are currently attending the new kindergarten.

“We will have a psychologist’s and a speech therapist’s offices, in addition, we plan to conduct a variety of additional classes. Yoga classes will begin on November 15, and teachers with children will be engaged in lego construction and English. We will have mental arithmetic lessons on which kids will learn to quickly count in their minds, develop logic and thinking. And in winter we will teach children to cross-country ski. Sports equipment has already been purchased,” said Nadezhda Zvereva, head of the kindergarten.

The mayor’s office of the regional capital noted that the institution is equipped with a modern security system. Video cameras are installed around the perimeter and at the entrance. Parents of pupils get into the kindergarten with the help of a chip, each person entering the building is seen by a security officer. In nursery groups, for convenience and safety, additional evacuation exits have been made. There is a modern freight elevator in the dining room, ready-made meals are promptly delivered from the catering department to groups.

Mayor of Krasnoyarsk Vladislav Loginov notes that the problem of transport accessibility remains unresolved. The thing is that the road to the kindergarten passes through 116 plots of privately owned land. He spoke about this in his telegram channel, emphasizing that he was going to solve this problem.

“The problematic issue is the road to the kindergarten. Now it passes through 116 plots of private land, which postpones the creation of a full-fledged roadway. I instructed the specialists of the UKS and UDIB to prepare a suitable temporary solution to the problem so that it would be safe to get to the kindergarten,” the mayor of the regional capital wrote .

The residents of Solnechny today are discussing that in the morning it is impossible to drive up to the kindergarten in principle. They can only be surprised at what the authorities were thinking when they started building a kindergarten in this place and, in general, planned the development of Solnechny.

“116 plots of private land!!!! – – (116)..how did you plan the construction??!. How can you build like that. This is at least 3 years of court decisions!!”
“. .. the trick is that in the morning there is no way to drive up to it, because all the yards are crowded with cars. Bullfinches are like a network of a cramped labyrinth without getting out” so, but for some reason they don’t provide for roads, but the houses are stuck on top of each other, this is normal.”
(The style, spelling and punctuation of the authors are preserved, editor’s note )

Let’s add that Krasnoyarsk residents in the comments are actively corresponding in the comments about the construction of a kindergarten and a school in Obraztsovo. So far, as noted in the mayor’s office, there is not even a project.
