On September 29, 2005 In The Zone officially opened it’s doors. Originally known as Skate Zone, the company changed its name to In The Zone in order to better encompass it’s expanding services. Since its inception, In The Zone has eclipsed every benchmark in the industry. In The Zone has been at or near capacity since the company was founded because of its focus on providing safe, Christ centered and innovative programs and commitment to community. The company has expanded into four main sectors: ITZ Preschool, ITZ After School Camp, ITZ Summer Camp and ITZ Infant Care.

In The Zone After School Camp opened in January 2007, and has been at more than 95 % capacity since March of the same year. When the company was founded one of the primary goals was to create its After School Camp. This program quickly became a leader in the local market and continues to provide new and innovative services to it’s campers.

In The Zone Summer Camp started in the Summer of 2007. The Summer Camp has been at or near capacity since 2007 and enrolment continues to grow.  Since it’s conception, ITZ Summer Camp has quickly become the most dynamic Summer Camp on the Coast. The philosophy is simple: provide a safe environment where kids are always busy and the fun never ends. They take field trips four days-a-week and never slow down.

In an effort to meet the needs of its growing customer base, In The Zone opened its Preschool Program in August 2008.  ITZ Preschool is one of the only full-time Christian preschools in the market and continues to set itself apart from others by providing quality educational services at competitive prices. ITZ Preschool prides itself on preparing children for kindergarten and for life!”

In August 2008, ITZ welcomed Mosaic Church into it’s facility on a long-term basis. The Church leased the facility on Sunday morning and several nights throughout the week.  The relationship between the two organizations remains strong.

In The Zone St. Martin was built in 2013. Through a partnership with the Jackson County School District, In The Zone opened its operations in the St. Martin community in August 2012. The company subleased two elementary schools and served students from St. Martin East Elem., St. Martin North Elem., St. Martin Upper Elem., and St. Martin Middle School. In August 2013, In The Zone opened it’s brand new 15.000 s/f facility where it holds an after school program today. The program is a mirror image of the successful program already offered in Ocean Springs.

In The Zone Ocean Springs was built in 2015. The 2.5 million dollar facility is located at 3614 Bienville Blvd. in Ocean Springs. This facility is the home of the companies’ Infant Care, Preschool, After School, Summer Camp Programs. These programs that have been operating since 2005 at the previous location.  The state of the art facility is approximately 25,000 sqft and provides a 20,000sqft playground. The facility boasts a gymnasium/skate floor, four large multi-purpose rooms, a 3,000sq/ft gaming area, seven preschool classrooms, a commercial kitchen and covered student pick-up/drop-off area.
