But meanwhile, physical education in kindergarten and school is also the first step towards a healthy lifestyle. And what opinion the child will form during the first contact with physical culture, his attitude to loads in the future will largely depend. For some, physical education lessons become a nightmare and a test of strength, and for someone, a favorite lesson that develops into love for a real sport.
