Education in the Russian Federation”, which entered into force on 01. 09.2013 from
On 01.01.2014, work was organized in 8 preschool institutions of the city
counseling centers for families that provide children with pre-school
education in the form of family education.

The main tasks of counseling centers
are:

• providing methodological assistance to parents (legal
  representatives) of the child on the comprehensive development of the preschool child
  age;

• providing psychological and pedagogical assistance to parents
  (legal representatives) of the child on the organization
  educational and educational activities with a preschool child
  age;

• providing diagnostic assistance to parents (legitimate
  representatives) of the child, recognition and diagnosis of developmental problems
  preschool child;

• providing advice to parents (legitimate
  representatives) of the child, on organizational and legal issues of education,
  teaching a preschool child.

At counseling centers with parents (legitimate
representatives) of preschool children, the work is carried out by the following
specialists:

• educator,

• educational psychologist,

• teacher-speech therapist,

• teacher-defectologist.

Help from parents (legal representatives) can be
provided both on an individual basis and in the format of small group work on
lecture halls; during theoretical and practical seminars; in the shape of
methodical recommendations. It is planned to organize the release of information,
propaganda, educational products (booklets, posters, memos, leaflets,
brochures).

GBDOU Kindergarten No. 10 of the Moscow district “Bogatyr”

The state budgetary preschool educational institution kindergarten No. 10 of the Moskovsky district of St. Petersburg “Bogatyr” (GBDOU No. 10) works with children from 1.5 to 7 years old with allergic diseases, limited nutritional health opportunities (celiac disease) and children with severe disabilities speech, with phonetic and phonemic speech disorders from 3 to 7 years.

• for children with disabilities (with severe speech disorders, with phonetic and phonemic speech disorders) – 1 group of different ages (the group is open on 01. 09.2021).

The design capacity of the kindergarten is 110 pupils.
Admission of children to kindergarten is carried out according to the direction of the commission for the recruitment of preschool educational institutions of the Department of Education of the Moscow region and the conclusion of the territorial psychological, medical and pedagogical commission of the Moscow region.
The mission of the institution: each child receives a full-fledged high-quality education in accordance with his individual needs and abilities.

The educational institution carries out its activities in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On Education in the Russian Federation”, the Federal State Educational Standard for Preschool Education, “Hygienic standards and requirements for ensuring the safety and (or) harmlessness of environmental factors for humans”, ” Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for organizations of upbringing and education, recreation and rehabilitation of children and youth”, the Charter of the GBDOU, the Agreement between parents (legal representatives) and GBDOU.
The activities of the educational institution are aimed at providing favorable conditions for the stay and development of children and high-quality medical, psychological and pedagogical support for each child.

A professional team of teachers (educators, educational psychologist, speech therapist, physical education instructor, music director) and doctors (allergist, dietitian, physiotherapy nurse, massage nurse) work with children.
