Our 21,000-square-foot Center features large, open classrooms with an abundance of natural light, which encourages young learners to explore in a safe environment. Our spacious outdoor learning areas include age-appropriate play stations and toys that help children develop gross and fine motor skills.

The Center’s curriculum implements Ohio’s Infant and Toddler Guidelines and the Ohio Early Learning Content Standards. It follows the children’s interests, is assessment-supported, builds on the children’s knowledge and abilities and provides for the physical, social/emotional, language, aesthetic, and cognitive development of the children. The Center also uses ACCESS curriculum, an intentional, integrated and inquiry-based curriculum for children. It was developed at the Bombeck Family Learning Center by teachers, administrators, the curriculum specialist and early and middle childhood faculty.

The Bombeck Family Learning Center serves as the demonstration school for UD students studying early childhood education. Lois was a doting mother and student who had her second child last month, her uncle Joel Oglesby told the Washington Post.

A 27-year-old girl has just returned to work in a kindergarten after her maternity leave. Joel Oglesby called his niece “a very devoted mother”. Lois was studying to be a nurse.

She studied Earth and Environmental Sciences at Wright State University in Dayton and was due to graduate in 2020. This summer, she worked as a tour guide at the Missoula Smokejumper Visitor Center in Montana.

Nicholas was a graduate student at the University of St. Francis in Pennsylvania, where he worked on a master’s degree in the School Cancer Treatment Program. In Ohio, the guy was on an internship.

“Nicholas has dedicated himself to caring for others” , the university said in a statement. On his Twitter account, Coomer often quoted verses from the Bible.

Thomas, who was called “TJ” by family and friends, was “a great father, brother and protector” of , his cousin Jevin Lamar told New York times. Thomas was the father of four children.

His friend Shannon Newell described McNichols on Facebook as “sweet and full of life” .

“I can’t believe Thomas is gone. He always joked at work, making us laugh. Rest in peace, TJ” .

Turner worked as a machinist in Springboro, Ohio and celebrated his 30th birthday just last week. He played football at school and after graduating received an engineering degree from the University of Toledo.

Most often posted photos of his big black dog on social networks. “This is my girl” , he wrote under one photo.

“I just found out my friend died last night in a shooting in Dayton ,” his friend Tammy Napier Myers wrote on Facebook following the news of his death. – This reminds me once again how precious life is. Time is one of the most beautiful gifts we receive, but once it’s gone, we can’t get it back.”

“I was devastated when I heard this terrible news, it seems that my heart stopped ,” wrote another friend of theirs, Tonya Amos. – We sat next to each other every day. We laughed and cried together. They shared life’s problems and supported each other. I can’t imagine how their families feel if I feel so terrible. Lord have mercy”.

Police identify Dayton, Ohio shooter as 24-year-old Connor Betts . Now the police are searching the house of Betts’ parents, where he lived with his sister. Betts is accused of shooting 9man and injured 26 others near a popular bar in Dayton. Previously, the guy had no criminal record, with the exception of minor traffic violations.

Tragic incidents in the states of Ohio and Texas, led to the death of 29 people. Now the country has declared five days of mourning. Mass shootings in the United States are a common phenomenon. Many attribute this to free access to weapons.

Mass murder in El Paso, Texas was the largest in its history

In the city of Dayton, Ohio and El Paso, Texas, with a difference of 13 hours, shooting at civilians was opened. As a result, 29 people died. 13 hours after the incident in El Paso, an armed man wearing a bulletproof vest opened fire in Dayton, Ohio. It turned out to be a local college student, Connor Betts, who studied psychology.

As a result, 9 people were killed. Another 27 were injured, 4 of them are in critical condition. Betts also killed his own sister. The killer was neutralized by employees in a matter of minutes. There could really have been more victims, since the area where the tragedy occurred is very busy.

Betts fired a .223 semi-automatic weapon. The same weapon was used in the 2012 shooting at a Newtown kindergarten. Then 20 children aged 6-7 died.
