In Semey, the city competition among kindergartens for the best performance of studying fire safety rules has ended – Factum

The organizer of this event for 8 years has been the Department of Emergency Situations of the city of Semey. The idea of ​​​​creation did not come out of the blue. Preschool education requires considerable attention and approach, therefore, it is best to study safety rules through a playful and mobile form, experts of the EHS believe. In order for a child to learn the information well, and most importantly, to learn simple truths: how to behave during a fire, what not to do and who to call for help – you just need to beat the situation, and then fix it with song and dance.

“Our task was to make the majority of kindergartens in the city of Semey interested in this project,” says Aigul Mirsaitova, chief specialist of the Department of Civil and Emergencies in the city of Semey. “We tried to create healthy labor competition among preschool educational institutions. So that each representative is programmed for the result and understands the full significance of the issues of raising children, which is laid down at the initial stages. The topics of the speech change every year. We pay attention not only to fire safety, but also to the rules of behavior on the water, in winter, we touch upon environmental issues. ”

The performance competition lasted for a month. The role of “theater critics” was played by Semey’s staff, who, based on the results of the screenings, evaluated the best production. It must be admitted that everything was taken into account: the bright performance of the children, the artistry of the participants, the storyline, and beautiful design, but most importantly, the unusual presentation of “safe material” that the child should remember.

Undoubtedly, by the unanimous decision of the judges, the grand prix in the competition of performances was received by the team of kindergarten No. 15. Special thanks deserve the teaching staff, who tried to invest in the children an immense amount of information in the shortest possible time. Pupils of kindergarten No. 15 are children of “temporary stay”. That is, the child, as prescribed by doctors, attends kindergarten for the period of rehabilitation from 6 months to a year. The garden is fully supported by the state. Therefore, many children, at the end of the rehabilitation course, leaving the walls of the garden cannot afford to visit other preschool institutions. “Therefore, we try, in a short time, to give the child bright impressions of childhood, so that only positive memories remain in his memory. Our performance lasts about 40 minutes, more than 30 children from different age groups from 4 to 5 years old are involved. This is a colossal work of our employees. To be able to convey and invest the necessary information to each child, with their own characteristics, character, psychology, ”Nursulu Shakshabayeva, director of kindergarten No. 15, shares her impressions.

Young talents on stage showed an interesting storyline with scenery and original costumes. Boys and girls, using the example of a physical education and choreography lesson, showed the working elements of firefighters, talked about the most important rules. The ABC of safety did not bypass the “babies”, which were played by inimitable five-year-old children, hinting that truths should be laid down from an early age. The staging on a serious topic about fire safety contained elements of humor. Therefore, there was a place for laughter and something to think about.

The rest of the prizes, based on the results, were awarded to Nur-Daulet Kindergarten – 1st place, Nursery – Kindergarten No. 5 “Bala Alemi” – 2nd place, and Nursery – Kindergarten No. 4 “Baldauren” – 3rd place.

Every year more and more people wish to take part in this competition. This practice, using the example of Semey colleagues of the Department of Emergency Situations, East Kazakhstan region, will gradually begin to introduce throughout the East Kazakhstan region.

With the implementation of the project, seven families raising children aged three to six years have the opportunity of distance learning and education in their village. Parents together with their children will interact with the school in the village of Polnovata, which will oversee the project in the district. Nadezhda Savina, adviser to the first deputy governor Alexei Shipilov, came to the opening, she is also the initiator and curator of this project, addressing the villagers, she said: “This project was supported by the governor of the district Natalya Vladimirovna Komarova. Thanks to the head of the Beloyarsky district, Sergei Manenkov, the project “Camp School – Garden” was launched in Ugra. We also plan to open our camp schools in several places, where the children of indigenous people will study next to their mothers and fathers. I will ask you to actively participate in this project, the whole world is watching us, you, the inhabitants of the village of Tugiyany, are pioneers. We, just like a vaccine against covid, will find together a vaccine against the disappearance of our native languages ​​and culture.” On this significant day for the residents of the village of Tugiyany, Nadezhda Savina presented the kindergarten school with a laptop and a clay bell with national patterns. Indeed, the children of indigenous people, living next to their parents, will receive a decent education, like their peers. Beloyarsky district became the first in this educational project.

On the opening day, the preschool children had a “Hello, Kindergarten” matinee. The right of the first call was granted to the director of the Polnovatskaya secondary school, Alexei Luzyanin. Training will be organized on the basis of the “Mobile e-education” platform.

According to him, a teacher will work in the village of Tugiyany, who is part of the staff of the Polnovatskaya school. He will be in charge of this project. For parents and guests, Galina Kairova, who is the curator of the preschool group in the village of Tugiyany, presented a master class on the Mobile E-Education platform. She spoke about the content of the educational platform for preschoolers and conducted the first lesson “Gifts of Autumn”.

It is encouraging to note the importance of distance learning, which preserves the traditions, culture and mother tongue of indigenous peoples. In the future, similar kindergarten schools will be opened in the Surgut region.
