Children Daycare requirements in Pryor

Quality preschool is an important aspect of raising a family. The availability and cost of such services, however, can vary considerably from one location to the next specially if you’re living in city like Pryor.

Many parents may not be able to get out of work or just hang around their house all day to take care of their children. In this case, many will consider hiring childcare to take care of their kids when they need it.

  • mother & father should visit the kindergarten and see if they like it and if their toddler will be comfortable.
  • They should also talk to the caretaker and other children.
  • It’s often a good idea to ask about verification and follow-up questions, such as how their curriculum is structured, who will provide care in the event that the caregiver is tired or on maternity leave, as well as whether or not they offer infant care.
  • what programs they offer and how many hours they provide.

It is important to find out when the center is open during the week and weekends when nearby schools are not in session.

Should you go ahead and begin monthly payments or should you look for a more affordable option? You need to first answer two questions: Is there room at other daycare centers that are less expensive? Have you considered other options such as staying-at-home preschool programs?

Cherokee Nation to open $16 million daycare center near Pryor

The Cherokee Nation will build a $16 million day care center on land donated by MidAmerica Industrial Park in Mayes County, officials said Tuesday.

The project will provide “a win-win” for industrial park workers and Cherokee citizens, who face a shortage of childcare services in the area, Chief Chief Chuck Hoskin Jr. said.

“Only 20% of working parents at Pryor have access to available childcare slots,” Hoskin said. “So the demand is very high and we felt it was important to help our community meet that need and serve our younger Cherokee population.”

The industrial park, which includes facilities from Google, DuPont, Siemens and other Fortune 500 companies, has dedicated 12 acres of land where the tribe will build a 27,000 square foot Cherokee Nation Child Development Center.

The facility will accommodate up to 175 children while creating 50 new jobs, officials said.

“Every day, our goal is to deliver what our businesses need to succeed,” said David Stewart, CEO of MidAmerica. “MidAmerica is becoming a multi-faceted employment center adapting to the needs of our employers while driving population growth and job opportunities in northeast Oklahoma.”

The daycare will be located to the east of a mixed-use development known as “The District”, 162 acres of retail, housing and leisure approximately 10 minutes south of downtown Pryor, about 45 minutes northeast of Tulsa.

The district will include 30,000 square feet of retail space, a 300-unit multi-family community, 160 single-family homes, and 10 acres of parks and outdoor spaces connected by walking and biking trails.

The daycare project will be inaugurated at the end of this year, officials said.

Urgent Care FAQs

  • How much will an urgent care visit in Pryor cost?

The price charged at an urgent care, whether in Pryor or elsewhere, will be based on the location, and there are no actual standard costs between the clinics. Assuming you are paying with cash, you might come across an urgent clinic that charges you $50 while another situated some mile away charges you $100 for the same services. The standard cost in urgent care where insurance cover is not involved ranges from $100 to $125. This price is generally the standard price of a visit before extra services. There are a couple of additional care services that could make your appointment to an urgent care costly including x-rays and lab tests, medications and injections (such as immunization), casting broken bones, as well as stitches and splints. If you have a viable insurance plan in place, the standard pay will be between $20 – 50 depending on your insurance coverage and whether you are in contact with the provider.

  • Are Pryor urgent care centers open after hours?

With the list of locations above, use the filters provided to narrow the results to find the best urgent care for your needs.

  • What is urgent care?

Urgent care are available to assist patients that are looking for immediate, convenient medical care. In that manner, they are similar to an emergency room. The difference, however, is that ERs are meant to treat major, life-threatening injuries and illnesses while urgent care centers manage life’s minor bruises and bumps. In simple terms, an urgent care is seen as a walk-in health center that focuses in offering non-emergent health care conditions, including the treatment of the typical illnesses and injuries such as fractures and sprains, cuts and burns, scrapes, stings and bites, flu and cold symptoms, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, and much more. Most urgent care facilities offer both diagnostic and preventive care such as well visits, immunizations, STD testing and annual physicals. For regular visits and check-ups on these clinics, you should expect to pay between $20 and $100. The good thing is that most urgent care clinics will accept major PPOs and insurance cover, Medicare, as well as self-pay in the form of credit cards or cash. Urgent care clinics are located in most parts of the country in various regions to offset emergency room visits and provide a gap in healthcare services. They take patients during all hours of operations, which offer a significant convenience to most people who have and continue to undergo the need for sudden and immediate medical attention.

Frankly, I love this place. I love first med. I was treated here several years ago for pneumonia and was given superb service. I have taken several rapid Covid tests here and I appreciate the care they take to ensure that their patients are safe. This particular first med urgent care has an extremely friendly and warm staff.
I did accidentally pushed know that I would not recommend first med but clearly I will recommend it to anyone and I have sent several people there for Covid test. Thank you

The wait time was not the fault of access but internet connection issues and my filing out the paperwork incorrectly. I’ve used access urgent many times of the years. I appreciate everything about that place. The staff go above and beyond. I’ve never had a very long wait. More than anything I feel doctors and nurses are more thorough than our regular GP. If access urgent care ever decided to add or become a regular family practice I would change my GP in a heartbeat. They are the best in town.

I had been to a different text urgent care I. Town yesterday and the difference in care and attitude is incredible. We really appreciate the way the PA listened to what we said and that she was able to help us out and give us the next steps for treatment. She explained everything and we really liked her and will be back. They also asked for nothing out of pocket today, said they would submit to my insurance and send me a bill for any difference.

My family & I have been to this location 3 times now, each time for rapid Covid testing. I appreciate that we’ve been able to stay in our car & have the staff come to us. Each one has been receptive, attentive & thorough. At our most recent visit, it was suggested my son have flu & strep testing in addition to Covid, & it’s a good thing because his strep test was positive & the doctor came out to deliver the news. I would recommend My Doctor Urgent Care to others, & I have.

It was frustrating not being able to come in on a “walk-in” basis. What is the point of urgent care if you can’t be seen on the same day. We had to schedule an appointment for the following day but still ended up waiting for 45 minutes until we were seen because in an “emergency” who came in before us. This is a far cry from the service we have received in the past. The staff is still amazing. But we will look at other urgent care providers in the future

Came in for a “fish hook injury “ I was just needing a tetanus shot . I was impressed that I didn’t have to ask for antibiotics she also orders X-rays to make sure all of the hook was complete out ( no fragments after my husband cut out the hook) . The PA was very thorough. I am a nurse so I was ready to have to advocate for my care but I didn’t have to . I have no complaints and everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I drive past a few urgent care facilities from Tulsa to go to the Skiatook location for just that reason . You ladies rock !

The staff at urgent care in Pryor are very friendly and caring, from the last at the desk that checks u in, to the nurses and doctors.

Doctor sucked! He seemed too busy to take any x-rays and said it would be better if I went to the ER to get better x-rays. They have better machines. I was going to go to the Owasso urgent care for X-rays , this is where I always go but they text back and said they’re machine was down would I like to go to another one. My mistake. I will never go to the Skiatook urgent care if I have to make another choice.

My experience with this urgent care is the best ever! The nurses were amazing & the doctor I gave to say was amazing! I have s been coming to this urgent care for a while now & brought my kids as well & this is the first time I felt heard by the doctor like she truly cared! Her bedside manners were great! This goes a long way when your not feeling well @ all! A gold star across the board! Thank you..

I made an appointment in advanced. I get to the appointment 30 minutes early. There are 4 walk ins before me. My appointment time comes and I’m still waiting. 3 of the walk ins have went before me. Then the 4th one goes before me, 20 minutes later than my appointment time. By this time, I’ve been waiting a little over an hour since I checked in. Another pt comes in and is called in before me. I literally waited a hour and a half to be seen. I thought this would be quickest place to be seen since my sons PCP was full and my son needed in fast. I could’ve went to the ER and been seen faster. The receptionist was pretty rude as well. I will not be coming back to the Pryor Urgent Care.

Great experience! Online appointment scheduling was excellent; waiting room was full when I arrived but was able to get in within 15 minutes of my appointment time. Additionally, the doctor who saw me had great “bedside manner” and made me feel like I wasn’t a thorn during her busy day. Definitely recommend!
Side Note: I had an appointment with my PCM at a different location 2 weeks prior to being seen here. The appointment was during the holidays and it was cancelled on me the day of my appointment. The earliest they could get me in was 2 weeks later. I dealt with my condition (Not Emergency Room problem) as long as I could but realized I couldn’t make it another 4 days (I was miserable!) I didn’t want to go to an emergency room so searched for a walk-in clinic and decided to go to MedNOW Urgent Care. I’m glad I did and will go here again if I can’t get in to see my PCM in a timely manner and it’s not a condition warranting an Emergency Room visit.

Arrived for a rapid Covid test that was for two scheduled appointments they were very busy which is understandable but we were more or less forgotten then the staff that came out to take the test was very rude and inconsiderate and unprofessional her name was America I was able to address this with the PA I have been a patient for years with quick urgent care today was the first time that I felt the disappointment that I felt we are in a pandemic and this staff did not seem compliant to change gloves without being requested to do so then got an attitude regarding it I was very polite and asked for my own health and the health of my family and friends as well as her health and the response I got was unacceptable when she told me that me and my co-worker were in the same vehicle for our Covid test which was her excuse for not changing her gloves before she was asked if she would be I told her that does not matter we are both patients I again was told sternly same vehicle when I asked for her name she gave it in a rude manner and then asked me my name which she already knew ha ha at least I was hoping so she just did my Covid test then went directly to do my coworkers Covid test I am still upset about this visit today publicly provided should I do I

Katt, PA-C and the rest of the staff from front desk to the nurses were great. I haven’t been to this facility in several years and I was thankful to be seen and heard today. Everyone was courteous and attentive. As a nurse practitioner in an ED, I was very impressed by their care and did not feel as if I was in an urgent care, per se, but in a family medicine clinic, where the time was taken to treat me as a patient and not a number.

I’ve had to go to this Urgent Care twice in the last month and both times I felt that the staff and Doctors were great! Seemed very knowledgeable and professional! Great asset for Pryor, Oklahoma! Very much appreciate these folks!

This is the second comment I have made today. Everything was good until I checked on the RX. I called pharmacy at 1:30 pm, no RX. Went there at 3:30 no RX. Came home and called Urgent Care and it had been called in to Owasso CVS. Ok, I live in Claremore, I went to urgent care in Claremore and it was called into Owasso. Next time I know when asked what pharmacy I will say Claremore CVS. Problem solved! I work 5 am to 5 pm and I wanted to pick this up in case I needed to start it tomorrow. I think the person I talked to was Brooke or Bridgett. She told me she would have it sent to Claremore. This was at 4 pm. I go back to pharmacy at 6:30 pm it’s on hold at Owasso so the pharmacy had it transferred to Claremore, where I waited 30 minutes! How would you feel!

I’ve been miserably sick with a sinus infection for 5 days. Last night was unbearable. I had to hold ice packs to my face to relieve the pain. I arrived at Urgent Care at 8:30 this morning. I was given a steroid shot and an antibiotic prescription, and I already feel better. Everyone was very nice to me. I could smell disinfectant—- that was a good thing! I’m SO glad that my husband encouraged me to go this morning! Thank you, Urgent Care! I appreciate you so much!

This doctor was amazing! I have been dealing with this for years and he was the first dr who actually showed he cared! He didnt just throw antibiotics at me and say bye. He showed so much compassion and cared how i felt. He genuinely wanted me to feel better. He educated me on how to try to get rid of this which is hard to do and he taught me how to live with this while waiting for it to go away. He didnt tell me how horrible i was for going to urgent care and not my pcp. He also didnt treat me like an idiot. He was so sweet and even offered to have me come in to drain what needed to drain but instead he called in different meds hoping they would work and told me when to come in person. I wish i could choose him every time!

My nurse with the blond hair (I’m so sorry, the president could have been there and there’s a chance I may have not put 2 and 2 together) she was wonderful! Her bedside manner was on point! The only person you’d possibly receive better care from is your own mother, and unless she’s in the healthcare field we’ll just have to call it close.
Thank you to dr. Daniel for being extremely time efficient, you made me feel like a person whose time mattered, you answered all questions in a manner that did not leave me with more questions than I even began with.
Will be recommending, and I can say that’s honestly the first time I’ve ever said those words when “urgent care” was the topic.

I found My Doctor Urgent Care 4-5 years ago and I have always received great, timely care when needed. Recently, I tried the virtual Visit from home instead of driving to the office and it was so easy and convenient! I highly recommend My Dr Urgent Care. I don’t use any other urgent care for myself. I also recommend downloading the SOLV app, booking an appointment when necessary, and then wait for a text message when your appointment comes up. You then click the link in the text from the physician to jump right into the call. Using virtual visits is a great way to prevent the spread of COVID and keep yourself and healthcare providers from spreading any colds/viruses/illness.

Urgent Care in Pryor

Urgent care is Pryor’s best option for quality medical care when you need it, offering walk-in appointments during extended hours and on weekends. Solv even has clinic partners in the Pryor-area that offer online scheduling, allowing you to book a visit convenient to your schedule and skip the wait.

Walk-in clinics provide a convenient, fast alternative to emergency rooms—even primary care providers—treating minor injuries and illnesses including strep throat, infections, cold and flu symptoms, allergies, rashes, burns, bites, and more. Additionally, most offer preventative care including annual well exams, lab testing, and vaccinations.

When you’re in need of medical care for a non-life threatening condition, trust the urgent care providers nearby. And whenever possible, make it easier by scheduling and managing your visit with Solv.

Urgent Care Guide

In a recent survey conducted with the Urgent Care Association, Solv found that patients were waiting an average of 24 days for appointments with their primary care provider. In a world of instant gratification, consumers demand more. They demand now. If you want to watch a movie, you download it in minutes or stream it instantly. If you need groceries, you can pick up your phone and have them delivered to you within the hour. If you need restaurant reservations, you find one with availability, book online, walk in minutes later and sit right down. Healthcare shouldn’t be any different.

That’s why urgent care has been growing at a faster pace than any other healthcare service in the United States. And it is why healthcare consumers search for “urgent care” more than 5x more than “primary care” or “family doctor,” combined. These consumers are highly actionable, searching with high intent terms like “urgent care near me.” They want same day access to quality healthcare providers when they are sick or injured – after hours, one weekends and on holidays – without the cost and inconvenience of the emergency room.

Urgent care centers typically treat minor illnesses like the flu, sinus infections and strep throat, as well as injuries like bone fractures and sprains, cuts, scrapes and burns, making these clinics ideal for diagnosing and treating non-emergent healthcare needs. And at a growing rate urgent care clinics are offering preventative care services including annual physicals and well visits, flu shots and other immunizations and vaccines, taking on the role of primary care provider for the tens of millions of consumers that don’t have one.

For kids there are special pediatric urgent care centers, usually open after hours for patients between the ages of 1 and 18.

Urgent Care Services & Pricing

Urgent care centers, which are part of the walk-in clinic healthcare category, are a convenient resource for consumers needing treatment for minor illnesses and injuries. Services that you would normally receive at your primary care office are usually available at an urgent care including annual and school physicals, flu shots and immunizations, treatment for illnesses including colds, flu stomach pains, sinus and ear infections and more. You can also be seen for injuries such as burns, bites, sprains and breaks – things that you might first thing to go to the emergency room vs urgent care, but you’ll have a shorter wait and smaller bill at the urgent care. As for cost, without insurance, you should expect between $100-140 for your visit, plus the cost of any labs, tests or images. With insurance, urgent care will be similar to seeing a specialist with applicable co-pay.

Insurance & Payments

Nearly all urgent care centers take commercial insurance and many (if not most) will take medicare. As such if you have insurance coverage, you can expect the financial experience to be similar to visiting a specialist where you have a co-pay, usually $35-50, due at the time of the visit. Any additional lab work, x-rays or other tests performed will be billed against your insurance first and any supplemental balance due will be invoiced to you after the fact. Without insurance, you’ll pay a visit fee between $100-140 at the time of your visit. This is typically 25-50% more than your primary care provider, but usually the convenience is well worth the additional cost. If you are interested in a telehealth or video visit, your cost could be as much as 50% less than an urgent care, you could be diagnosed and prescribed medication and you’ll never have to leave your home.

Urgent Care Hours & Wait Times

Every urgent care center – even those part of the same group or brand – may have different hours. While they are meant to be conveniently accessible during times when your primary care provider is not, that’s subjective and highly variable. A traditional formula, however, is that an urgent care is open 6 to 7 days a week usually between the hours of 8 am to 8 pm. That could shift to nearly any 8-12 hour period between 7 am and 10 pm. You’ll even find some clinics open 24 hours a day, similar to an emergency room. As for wait time, most patients report waiting between 15-45 minutes on average, but that can certainly vary, as well. It’s usually best to find an urgent care near you to either confirm the hours online, or call the clinic directly to verify. Or, you can book a same day doctor appointment online with Solv.

    What is skincare like

Daily self-care is just as important as proper nutrition and an active lifestyle. It allows you to look good and like yourself in the mirror. Taking care of ourselves, we prolong the youthfulness of the skin and fight wrinkles.

Personal care can be roughly divided into four types: facial care, body care, hand care and hair care. All parts of the body need attention. But how to find time if we return from work exhausted in the evening and want to sleep longer in the morning?

We will collect your life hacks on a special page. You can also share tips on caring for your clothes, keeping your house in order, and eating right. On February 11, the editors will choose the best life hacks, the authors of which will get useful prizes from Scarlett.

How to find time for self-care

Self-care is not worth neglecting, even if it seems to you that there is no time or energy for it at all. To make it easier to take care of yourself, make the procedure a standard and turn it into a habit. Set aside 30 minutes a day for this.

Wash your face along with brushing your teeth and eating. Morning and evening, every day.

Even if you are lazy and have no energy, force yourself to wash and apply moisturizer. After a week of daily care, you will notice the difference and wash your face effortlessly because you know it will make you look your best.

The main thing is that the washing and care procedures bring as little trouble as possible and take as little time as possible. Therefore, keep all the means at hand so as not to look for the right tube or jar.

Also, plan your morning and evening. Cooking from a recipe is much easier than improvising. It is the same with daily self-care: if you know what and when you will do, the process becomes easier.

Plan your week in the same way. For example, on Monday and Thursday you pay attention to your hair, on Wednesday and Saturday you do facial procedures (masks, peeling, facial cleansing), on Sunday – for the body. Set aside another day for a manicure and pedicure. This does not take much time, especially if you have planned the process and transferred it from the category of extraordinary to everyday.

The key to success is consistency and consistency.

    Facial care

No beauty treatments in beauty salons can replace daily facial care.

    Morning

Morning facial consists of three standard procedures: cleansing, moisturizing and sun protection.

    Cleansing

First, wash your face with gel, milk, micellar water or other facial cleanser (the choice is large – choose what is pleasant and comfortable to use). Do not wash with too hot water, so as not to dry out the skin. Do not seek to cleanse the skin to a “creak” – this will wash off the protective layer, making it dehydrated and irritated. Use a mild cleanser. It should not tighten the skin and cause discomfort.

    Moisturizing

After cleansing, wipe the face with tonic or lotion. It will remove the remaining water and cleanser. Then apply moisturizer to your face. It will retain moisture and protect the skin from dust and dirt.

Choose a cream according to your skin type. As a rule, in winter it is a denser cream, in summer it is lighter. The main thing is that you are comfortable. If necessary, before applying the cream, you can use a moisturizing face serum.

    Sun protection

If you spend more than 30-40 minutes a day outdoors, use products with SPF. Sun protection is needed both in summer and winter: in cold weather, the radiation does not disappear, damaging the skin in the same way as in summer. Apply sunscreen over your facial moisturizer, or immediately use a moisturizer with SPF.

    Evening

Evening facial also consists of three procedures: cleansing, toning and moisturizing.

If you wear make-up, use a make-up remover. After that, wash your face, as in the morning, and wipe the skin with tonic. Then apply moisturizer. You can use the same as in the morning, if it does not have sunscreens, or a special night one.

These are standard facial treatments. In addition to daily care, do moisturizing, nourishing, cleansing masks and peeling once or twice a week. Choose products according to your skin type and do not overdo it: using many products at once can cause irritation. In addition, you need to monitor how cosmetic products are combined with each other.

Facial cleansing and massage at home

We are used to the fact that cosmetologists perform hardware procedures using special tools. However, facial cleansing and massage can be done at home with the help of a cosmetic kit.

Scarlett Skin and Nail Care Unit SC-CA305M10

It is a good helper for skin care. There are four nozzles in the set: a brush for cleansing and peeling, a facial massager, a latex sponge for skin care around the eyes and a sponge for washing. The first cleanses and exfoliates the skin well, making moisturizers and serums better perform their functions. You need to use it once or twice a week – depending on the type of skin, so as not to damage the epidermis (the protective, topmost layer of the skin). The brush can be used instead of a scrub.

The Facial Massager promotes better blood circulation and helps maintain facial contours. If you can’t find time for a salon massage, such a device is a good alternative.

The sponge can be used every day when using the cleanser. It is softer than a brush and gently cleanses the skin of daytime pollution.

    Tips and tricks

The beauty and health of the skin depends not only on proper care, but also on daily habits. They do not require a lot of strength and energy, but have a great impact on the condition and appearance of the skin. It is enough to take these rules for yourself once to prolong the youthfulness of the skin.

    • Eat right, drink enough water and stop bad habits.
    • Take vitamins or eat more fruits and vegetables. The lack of nutrients affects the condition of the skin: it fades, cracks and flakes. However, vitamins should be taken with caution – it is better as prescribed by a doctor after passing the necessary tests.
    • Drink fish oil. It is a good source of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins A and D. Fish oil fights Oral supplementation with fish oil reduces dryness and pruritus in the acetone-induced dry skin rat model. with inflammation, enhances the protective ability of the skin and generally improves its appearance.
    • Avoid touching or rubbing your face. This is how you annoy her.
    • Use a humidifier and keep the humidity in the apartment between 30 and 60%. This is especially true in winter, when heating is turned on in the apartment. Hot batteries dry the air, causing the body to lose moisture. This also affects the skin of the face: it begins to peel and crack. A humidifier solves the problem and helps fight dehydrated skin.
    • Try to keep the room temperature between 20 and 23 °C. This will also prevent dehydration of the skin.
    • Use lip balm and scrub, do not lick lips.
    • Use a facial trimmer to get rid of unwanted hair.

Scarlett Eyelash Trimmer and Styler SC-TR307T01

It can also be used to shape eyebrows and curl eyelashes. No need to pull each hair with tweezers, with a trimmer this process is much easier and faster. In addition, you save money and time by not spending them on visiting a beauty salon.

    • Wear sunglasses. They will prevent premature wrinkles under the eyes and protect the eyes from UV rays and street dust.
    • Use sunscreen in both summer and winter. The sun is the main cause of skin aging. Due to ultraviolet radiation, wrinkles and age spots appear on the skin, it loses its elasticity, sags, collagen is destroyed in it. This does not happen immediately, but over time, the effect of solar radiation accumulates, and after 30 years the above problems appear.
    • Do not go to the solarium. It dries the skin, causes Tanning equipment, tanning and ultraviolet exposure. premature aging and skin cancer (the risk of developing melanoma from visiting a solarium is higher than the risk of developing lung cancer from smoking). Therefore, give up the solarium, no matter how much you like the look of tanned skin.

    Body care

Body care does not require much effort: the skin needs to be cleansed, moisturized, scrub once a week. The best time for skin care is before, during and after water treatments.

    • Take a contrast shower. It tones and cleanses the skin, while maintaining its firmness and elasticity. However, do not overdo it with the temperature of the water: hot water should not be boiling water, cold water should not be icy. Take a shower for a short time so as not to disturb the lipid layer of the skin.
    • Shower with lukewarm or slightly hot water (no steam). Hot water destroys the lipid layer of the skin, causing it to become dehydrated and irritated.
    • If you take a bath, also monitor the temperature of the water and stay in it for no more than 20 minutes. In order not to overdry the skin, add special oils to the water, and then moisturize the skin well.
    • Use mild cleansers (for dry or sensitive skin). They gently cleanse the skin without damaging it.
    • Use moisturizing creams and lotions after showering. You can apply them directly to damp skin to enhance the effect.
    • Exfoliate once a week to remove old cells and renew the skin. In addition, exfoliation helps moisturizers absorb better into the skin and extend their duration.
    • The use of a body scrub can be replaced by a massage with a dry brush: thanks to this procedure, the skin becomes smooth and toned. At first, such a massage seems painful, but then the discomfort disappears.
    • Don’t forget about physical activity. Walk down the street or to the gym – the main thing is that you lead an active lifestyle. For example, WHO recommends Global recommendations on physical activity for health. at least 150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week (even walking is considered a moderate step).

    Hand and foot care

    • Wash your hands with a mild soap (you can use baby soap) or even a facial cleanser. Regular soap often dries and dehydrates the skin. Does Antibacterial Soap work even worse on hands? You Can Skip It, Use Plain Soap and Water. antibacterial soap: it kills bacteria, but at the same time it dries out the skin and destroys its protective barrier.
    • Moisturize your hands in the morning, 30 minutes before going outside, and at night before bed. In the morning you can use a lighter cream, in the evening – thicker and richer. Do not forget about sun protection and use a cream with SPF.
    • Manicure and pedicure set will significantly save your time and budget.

    • After your manicure, don’t forget to moisturize your hands and use cuticle oil.
    • A nice and useful foot care gadget – a hot tub.

This is a cool device to relax your feet and relieve tension accumulated after a day on your feet. It stimulates blood circulation and activates the lymphatic system, softens the skin on the heels and prepares the feet for a pedicure.

    Hair care

Washing hair is a traumatic process. Wet hair is more prone to breakage and damage, so it’s important to wash, dry and condition your hair properly.

    How to choose a shampoo

Choose a shampoo based on your scalp, not your hair. We wash our hair precisely in order to cleanse it (and not the hair itself) of sebum. Therefore, apply shampoo to the hair roots and the head itself, paying less attention to the tips. They will get their fair share of cleansing when you wash the cleanser off the roots.

If you have dry skin on your face, your scalp is also likely to be dry. Choose gentle shampoos, even if you have oily skin. To avoid irritation, it is better to use a mild shampoo and wash your hair more often than to use an aggressive hair product twice a week.

How often to wash your hair

The frequency of washing your hair depends on the type of skin: there are no strict recommendations on how often you need to wash your hair. Wash them when they get dirty. If you use styling products every day, then washing your hair daily is completely justified. Don’t try to “retrain” your hair by washing it once a week in the hope that it will become less greasy. They won’t: subcutaneous fat is the result of hormones, and not the frequency of shampooing. However, do not wash your hair too often, because in response to irritation, the skin may begin to secrete more oil and begin to peel.

    Helpful Hints

    • Comb your hair before washing your hair. Start at the ends, then move on to the roots. This will make it easier to comb your hair after washing and damage their structure less.
    • Apply the conditioner or mask to the ends of the hair, avoiding the roots. Do not use a lot of product to make it easier to wash it off. Rinse your head with moderately hot or warm water: too hot water steams the scalp and expands the pores, which makes the bulbs more likely to fall out.
    • If you wash your hair at night, do not lie down with wet hair. First, you can easily catch a cold. Secondly, when wet, hair is more prone to breakage and loss.
    • Conditioners, masks and other products do not restore hair. They cannot be restored because they are dead tissue (the living part of the hair is under the epidermis). Hair products only create the appearance of smoothness and silkiness. Nevertheless, it is still worth using conditioners and masks, since they protect the hair from mechanical damage (combing, blow-drying, using curling irons and other hair devices).
    • Use a good ionic hair dryer. Don’t be afraid to blow dry your hair. It is an indispensable assistant in hair care, which saves time and allows you to dry your hair much faster than if we dried it naturally. But in order not to damage them, use a hair dryer with an air ionization function.

      Hair dryer Scarlett SC-HD70I47

This hair dryer neutralizes positively charged ions that trap moisture and dry out hair. Instead, the water droplets are crushed and then absorbed by the hair scales. So the hair is not electrified, retains the necessary moisture and smoothness, and the ends are less prone to cross-section.

The importance and necessity of facial care

One can argue endlessly that the face is a mirror of our age and health. .. This, of course,
yes – but there are more pragmatic reasons why a comprehensive facial should be
    essential daily routine.

It is important to understand that daily facial care is not only taking care of the current state of the skin: cleansing, nourishing, moisturizing and strengthening it. It is also a serious work for the future. Properly selected facial skin care allows you to fight the signs of premature aging, dehydration, the appearance of fine wrinkles, ptosis (sagging skin) and hyperpigmentation.

How to take care of your face: basic rules of care

The basic rules of skin care can be quite simple and easy to do. If you don’t know where to start a well-organized and systematic facial care, first we recommend checking your daily routines with our checklist gel, moisturizer, firming serum – or by searching for specific ingredients in the composition, taking into account the needs of the skin. However, the same main ingredient may need, depending on the type of skin, different complementary components.

For example, CeraVe cleansing gels: one for oily and normal skin and the other for dry, “uneven” skin will have fundamentally different auxiliary components. The first forms an intense cleansing foam, and the second has a soft cream-gel texture.

    Care is regular

Home facial skin care must be daily and comprehensive – regardless of life situations, fatigue or surroundings. Even on vacation, business trip, after parties or children’s holidays, it is necessary to allocate time for the usual beauty routines, without missing a single stage.

    Care is consistent

A well-chosen facial can consist of certain steps, such as:

    1. Cleansing
    2. Toning
    3. Moisturizing / Nourishing / Firming

In addition, several times a week it is recommended to practice:

    • exfoliation (getting rid of dead skin cells) using, for example, scrub or peeling;
    • application of cosmetic masks tailored to the individual needs of the skin.

How to choose your daily care products

Now let’s take a closer look at how to choose cosmetic products depending on skin type and needs.

Selection of products according to skin type

As we have already mentioned, this is one of the most important factors that will largely determine the effectiveness of the product you have chosen and its benefits for the skin.

Oily skin : Intensively cleansing, soothing and moisturizing products are recommended for you. It is possible to give preference to products that do not “clog” pores – this can usually be understood by the “non-comedogenic” mark on the package or in the product description.

Dry skin : Look out for intensely hydrating, repairing and firming products. Your goal: to restore the protective barrier of the skin and prevent moisture from evaporating from its surface.

Combination skin : For combination skin, choose products that will help maintain the skin’s lipid barrier without clogging the pores in the T-zone.

Normal leather : In this case, it is recommended to ensure that the skin does not dry out. You can choose products that strengthen the protective functions of the skin and help prevent dehydration.

When choosing the right products, you can be guided by the information on which type of skin the product is intended for, indicated on the package. After all, manufacturers are trying to create cosmetics specifically taking into account the needs of a particular type of skin.

    Selection of funds by composition

When choosing facial care products at home, you should pay attention to the composition of the product you are interested in. Each component has a specific role to play, for example, some ingredients may be responsible for the texture of the formula, while others allow the product to perform its caring properties.

Here are a few components we recommend to take a closer look at:

    • Ceramides : essential lipids that are responsible for the integrity and functionality of the skin’s protective barrier.
    • Hyaluronic acid : An essential moisturizing agent that penetrates the epidermis and retains moisture in the skin for a long time.
    • Glycerin : A substance that actively attracts water, helps retain it in the skin and maintains the protective functions of the skin.
    • Niacinamide : A water-soluble vitamin B3 that has a soothing effect on the skin.

    Home care step by step

After we figured out what the right facial treatment can be and what points to pay attention to when choosing cosmetics, let’s go through all the stages of step-by-step facial skin care.

    Make-up removal

Mandatory step, which is aimed at ridding the skin of makeup residues, particles of dirt and household dust, traces of sweat … Even if you “practically do not make up”, we do not recommend skipping this step and starting immediately with cleansing.

    Recommended product :

CeraVe Moisture Cleansing Micellar Water .

It contains ceramides, which strengthen the protective barrier and prevent excessive moisture loss, and niacinamide, which soothes the skin.

    Cleansing

Daily skin care includes cleansing twice a day: not only in the evening, but also in the morning. And if evening cleansing seems natural to us, then morning cleansing may raise questions … It is necessary to remove traces of skin activity at night and prepare it for further morning care.

    Recommended product :

CeraVe Cleansing Foam Cleanser for normal to dry skin .
Its formula includes ceramides and amino acids important for the skin. Cream-foam not only cleanses, but also moisturizes the skin without disturbing its natural protective barrier.

    Toning

Here it is important not only to complete the cleansing of the skin, but also, if necessary, to restore its hydro-lipid balance. This can be done with a tonic or light lotion, enriched with additional caring ingredients according to the needs of the skin.

    Moisturizing/Nourishing/Repairing

At this stage, we can usually apply a treatment that performs one of these functions, depending on the individual needs of our skin. It is important to apply day and night creams in a timely manner, do not think that this is just a marketing ploy.

The use of a day cream in the morning is recommended as it can provide the skin with long-lasting hydration and protection from environmental aggressors. And night can be the best time for nourishing or repairing creams to work.

    Exfoliation

As a rule, it may not be included in the daily beauty routine, but it is recommended to use 2-3 times a week (depending on the instructions for use, skin type and condition). The main task of exfoliating products is to gently remove dead skin cells and even out the skin microrelief. Pay attention to products that contain gentle exfoliating ingredients and do not have an overly aggressive effect on the skin.

    Recommended product :

SA CeraVe Softening Cleansing Gel for Dry Skin .
The formula with ceramides, salicylic and hyaluronic acids gently and gently exfoliates dry and uneven skin without damaging its protective barrier, which helps retain moisture in it.

    Facial Skin Care Tips

Even having figured out how to choose the right facial care, do not forget that a healthy look, beauty and youthfulness of the skin can depend not only on the correct selection and use of cosmetics, but also on a large number of external factors.

    Healthy lifestyle

As trite as this advice may sound, it really works. The basic principles of a healthy lifestyle help maintain healthy skin:

    1. Try to drink plenty of pure water, avoiding excessive tea and coffee.
    2. It is recommended to eat at least 5 servings (the size of a fist) of vegetables and fruits per day.
    3. It is worth refraining from smoking, drinking alcohol, fatty and excessively salty foods.
    4. It is recommended to sleep in a cool (not higher than 21-22 C) and humid (40-60%) room, regularly clean the mattress and pillows,
on which particles of dead skin cells accumulate.

    Sun protection

Use cosmetics with SPF not only in warm and sunny seasons. Ultraviolet rays can be very aggressive even in cloudy weather and can provoke not only sunburn, but also dehydration, hyperpigmentation and premature aging of the skin.

Please note that in urban areas it is necessary to use SPF protection – even if you travel by car or spend a lot of time in office premises. Aggressive UV rays penetrate through car windows and through the windows of office buildings.

Responsible approach to the choice of cosmetics
    cosmetics.

In order to make your choice easier, I would like to note that, for example, CeraVe cosmetics has the following advantages:

Formulated with the participation of dermatologists, some of them have been evaluated by ECARF – the European Center
    allergy research.

    Fragrance and paraben free.

Contains moisturizing and firming ingredients to support skin’s protective functions.

Formulated with MVE technology for consistent release of ingredients and long lasting action
    cosmetic product.

We hope that our detailed instructions and recommendations will help you understand how to care for your skin, how
correctly select and in what sequence to apply cosmetics and how to keep young for a long time

    Daily skin care rules

    by Diana Kukushkina

    in Health

Alas, but youth and beauty are not eternal. But you can deceive age if you choose the right daily self-care. Facial skin requires special attention, it needs proper “nutrition”, training and drinking regimen. AnySports will tell you about the most beneficial facial treatments, as well as advise on the best time to perform them.

    Morning care

To wake up faster and restore your skin to a healthy look, you need to take a number of simple but effective steps:

Start your morning with a glass of water

Water invigorated and refreshed. And if you add lemon, which is rich in vitamin C, to a glass, the drink will help in the fight against wrinkles and age spots. This citrus is involved in the synthesis of collagen, which is responsible for skin elasticity.

    Get into face fitness

Dedicate at least five minutes to facial gymnastics. With regular performance of special exercises, you can strengthen the facial muscles, improve blood circulation and lymph movement in the tissues. The effect of face fitness is cumulative. After just a few weeks, you will notice how the skin on the face begins to smooth out, becoming more elastic and toned.

    Wash your face

Morning wash is different for different skin types. Contrasting washes are suitable for someone, which help to improve subcutaneous blood circulation – the face will acquire a healthy color and get rid of signs of puffiness. Someone should choose to treat their face with pieces of ice made from herbal decoction. To understand what you need, consult with experts. There are contraindications in which it is better to refuse cold exposure to the skin in favor of simply washing with warm water.

    Cleanse and moisturize the skin

Some people think that the morning skin cleansing procedure can be neglected, but this is a big mistake. During the night, sebum secretion products and dust accumulate on your face. Beauticians advise using a cleanser that is selected according to your skin type. Then you should apply a tonic, which will not only complete the cleansing procedure, but also prepare the skin for the next step – moisturizing. Apply a moisturizer to your skin and your face is ready for makeup.

    Day Facial

During the day, most women have an impressive layer of makeup on their face, so they do not need any cleansing procedures. However, do not leave the skin completely unattended during the day. Here are some important things to keep in mind:

    Get your make-up right

During the day, women love to “powder their nose” by applying layer after layer of makeup. But they hardly think that pores are clogged in this way, and this can provoke the appearance of blackheads and acne. Therefore, if a greasy shine appears on your face, use matting wipes. If the makeup does not hold at all – the blush has slipped, the mascara and eyeliner are smeared, and the shadows are rolled up, it is better to wash and “draw” everything again.

    Use moisturizing products

During the day, the skin needs additional moisture, especially if you are in an air-conditioned room. One of the few products that can be applied over makeup is thermal water. It’s great if you give your face a rest by giving up cosmetics: you can please your skin with a refreshing mask, or simply treat your face with a tonic, and then apply a light cream on it.

    Do not touch your face

Many of us have a habit of constantly touching our face, which is very bad for the health of your skin. Firstly, due to unnecessary touches, it quickly loses its firmness and elasticity. Secondly, this can be one of the main causes of inflammation on the skin, since it is difficult to keep track of the cleanliness of the hands.

    Stay hydrated

The skin of the face is well hydrated when the whole body is not dehydrated. That is why it is so important to observe the drinking regime throughout the day. Experts believe that on average a person needs to consume at least two liters of clean water per day.

    on the topic:

What products will help to maintain youth and beauty

    Basic facial care rules

GODRESS OF THE MEDERATIONS 9000 face should rest from the dust accumulated during the day, as well as various cosmetics, so take care of its cleansing. If you do not fall down from fatigue, treat yourself to nourishing masks, various peels or a light massage. But never forget the essential care steps:

Thoroughly cleanse, tone and moisturize the skin

First, remove all cosmetics from the surface of the epidermis using a special foam or milk. Then you can carry out the procedure for a deeper cleansing of the skin, using scrubs or masks. After – use a tonic, which will not only remove the remnants of the cleanser, but also narrow the pores. Properly selected tonic will gradually strengthen the structure of the skin, making it smoother and more elastic. Only after cleansing and toning is your skin ready to be moisturized. At night, you can use creams, leave-in masks, or serums with a more nourishing and dense texture.

Spend 15-20 minutes doing facial exercises

Some experts believe that the evening is the best time to fight wrinkles and sagging facial skin. Make it a rule to do at least a few face fitness exercises before bed. Remember that exercise technique is important here, otherwise you may harm yourself.

Here are some exercises that will help keep your face beautiful and youthful:

    1. An exercise to energize the face. Helps restore lost muscle tone and expressive facial features. Open your mouth and pull the corners of your lips in the direction of the teeth: the upper lip should cover the teeth from above, and the lower lip from below. Tighten your mouth so that there are no smiles. Repeat small pulsations in a circle, without touching the face, move your fingers in the direction of the cheekbones. Perform the exercise until you feel a burning sensation of lactic acid in the corners of your mouth, then do 30 more repetitions.
    2. Eye opening exercise . It will help strengthen the circular muscle of the eye, restore the tone of the lower and upper eyelids. You will also increase blood flow to the eye and will be able to resist the withering of the delicate skin in this area of the face. Place your index fingers over the bridge of your nose between your eyebrows so that your fingernails touch each other. Place your thumbs under the lower eyelids at the outer edge of the eye, so that the nails touch the skin. Imagine that you are depicting glasses. Close your eyes tightly and slightly pull your index fingers up between your eyebrows, and pull your thumbs towards your ears. Then try to close your eyes even tighter while maintaining even breathing. Now, to create even more resistance, stretch forward and pull your shoulders back. Hold this position for a count of 40.

rules for daily and basic facial skin care at home

    12/25/2020

    9 min

Effective facial care is subject to certain laws. His “three whales” are high-quality and correctly selected means, consistency and regularity. In this article, we will talk about how to properly care for your face, how competent home skin care is built from the point of view of professionals, and where to start if you want to support the biological resources of your epidermis.

    • How to properly care for your face: 5 basic rules
    • Home Facial Care: A Step-by-Step Guide

How to properly care for your face: 5 basic rules

And the first thing to remember is the universal rules that explain how to care for your skin in order to maintain (or acquire) an even, radiant tone, smoothness and elasticity, clean skin without inflammation, hypersensitivity and redness.

How to properly care for your face: 5 basic rules

For any skin type, you should choose mild cleansers that are comfortable for you personally. Their main task is to remove impurities twice a day without disturbing the pH of the skin (in the morning, when you need to remove the remnants of night care and excess sebum, and also in the evening after a long day, when the skin needs to be cleansed of makeup, soot particles, dust and dead cells, mixed with sebum). Pay attention to the compositions: gentle, but no less effective products contain glycerin, probiotics important for the protective barrier of the skin, soft surfactants (amilit, purisoft, sodium laureth sulfate and others).

Rule #2. For the skin around the eyes, we choose specialized care

The skin around the eyes is thinner, more sensitive and practically devoid of the natural defense mechanism of the epidermis – the sebaceous glands. For this reason, care for it should be specialized, taking into account the special needs of the eyelids.

For example, dermatological and cosmetology brands have hypoallergenic products for these areas and have been tested by ophthalmologists. They are recommended to be applied with your fingertips with a slight indentation from the lash line in the morning and evening after your main care.

Rule #3. We do not neglect moisture

This need always comes first: just as the human body needs water more than food, so our skin needs moisture more than, for example, anti-aging actives. Lack of moisture in skin care leads to dehydration, which leads to dullness, early wrinkles, increased sebum production, flaking and reduced resistance to daily external influences.

Regularly use moisturizing day and night creams, serums with hyaluronic acid and other hydrofixing agents, masks to prevent dehydration.

Rule #4. Concentrated care is part of the beauty routine, not the only part of it

No matter how great our desire to limit ourselves to one bottle with a high content of assets, such a strategy does not always give noticeable results. In combination, base creams and concentrated serums work better, providing optimal facial skin care. Ideally, you should take serum and cream from the same range – their compositions work smoothly and effectively.

Rule #5. Anti-aging care should not be tied to the numbers in the passport

Passport age can say little about your skin. Thinking about your first anti-aging care, focus on your reflection in the mirror, the needs of your skin and your own feelings.

Facial care at home: a step-by-step guide

How to take care of your skin every day, day after day? A variety of strategies flicker on the forums – from layering a dozen products in a strict sequence to limiting them to two universal products. We present an exemplary step-by-step facial skin care recommended by cosmetologists.

    1. Purification. Proper facial care begins with makeup removal and washing. Be guided by your own feelings: sometimes women with very dry skin prefer a cleansing with water and mild foam, and women with oily skin may well choose a waterless cleansing if they are more comfortable with it.
    2. Toning. After washing your face, dry your face with a clean towel or tissue, then use a cotton pad to apply toner. Step-by-step facial skin care includes toning not only to enhance the effect of subsequent care, but also to restore the acid-base balance disturbed by hard tap water with an alkaline pH.
    3. Serum. Now it’s time to work on the assets. Apply the serum with light massage movements, not forgetting the neck and earlobes. Allow the product to fully absorb before the next step of care.
    4. Basic care. Basic facial skin care is light or nourishing creams, as well as fluids and emulsions. Spread day and night products over the skin without stretching it. Recall that some basic treatments include substances that can increase the photosensitivity of the skin. For this reason, they are used only at bedtime.
    5. Eye contour treatment. Apply creams and serums for the skin around the eyes with patting movements, moving along the lower eyelid from the outer corner to the inner, and along the upper fixed eyelid – in the opposite direction.
    6. Sun protection. This is the end of the evening care, after the night cream, wait at least 30 minutes and go to bed. And the morning beauty routine continues: just before leaving the house, it’s time for sunscreen – with a high (50) SPF on vacation and moderate in urban conditions. Apply it on the face and neck without rubbing into the skin.

I have been using this product, namely the Vichi Cleansing Foam, for more than 10 years.
I am allergic, I have tried a bunch of other products before, and this cleanser was the only one that suits me in all respects. My face does not tighten, makeup is easily removed, it does not tighten the skin, there is no peeling, the corners of the lips do not crack, it is soft, pleasant and does not irritate by smell.
I don’t even experiment anymore, I use it only, and I advise everyone.
I always have it on my dressing table and in stock, time-tested!

    19/20

    Tatyana Ivanovna

The PURETÉ THERMALE line is airy, light and pleasant. Whether it’s a 3-in-1 cleanser, micellar water, etc., I like everything, but this CLEANSING foam deserves special attention! The skin does not dry, does not tighten, it cleans perfectly, very economically (enough for 2-3 months). I use it 2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening. I recommend.

    20/20

    Maria Sirotina

One of my all-time favorite foams. She is so soft and cuddly. Makes the skin so velvety, there is no feeling of tightness after use. It removes make-up very well, I have not tried to wash it off with it. I don’t do this, but ordinary mascara, eyeliner, lipstick – this is the only way to cope. Moisturizes the skin and does not cause irritation. I don’t have allergies or redness from it. Convenient dispenser thanks to which the foam is consumed economically!

    Tonics and lotions

Lotions are the most common products for problem skin: they have an anti-inflammatory effect and exfoliate dead cells. Tonics restore the natural pH of the epidermis, neutralize the negative effects of hard tap water and improve the permeability of the skin for further care active compounds.

    Pureté Thermale Perfecting Toner

Hypoallergenic toner contains vitamin E, glycerin and thermal water to improve cell oxygenation. Comfortable texture does not leave behind stickiness.

    Normaderm Pore Tightening Lotion

Care based on salicylic and glycolic acids does not provoke an increase in skin sensitivity due to the glycerin and thermal water included in the composition. As a result, the manifestations of acne are gradually reduced, the pores are cleansed, narrowed and become invisible.

Perfect lotion. Perfectly soothes the skin, has a very pleasant smell. I use it not every day, but 2-3 times a week, I apply my usual cream on top. The composition contains glycolic acid, which has an exfoliating effect. During the day I use a cream with SPF 30. The lotion perfectly tightens pores, eliminates oily sheen. Suitable for sensitive skin. What is even more pleasing is the economical consumption.

I use it in combination with a fluid from the same series on the advice of a dermatologist.
There were problems: oily sheen, subcutaneous and small acne.
I have been using the 3rd month for 2 tubes, every day in the morning and in the evening.
There is still a greasy sheen and sometimes small pimples pop up, but there are no more large subcutaneous pimples.
I won’t say that it’s “wow super duper fire”, but overall I like it. And my skin does not dry out from the word at all, as many write.
Of the minuses: very cutting and a pronounced smell of alcohol.

    5/20

    Julia Silina

I liked the lotion, tightens pores, tones my oily skin does not dry

    Oksana Zavalova

This lotion is apparently for very problematic skin. Because it dries powerfully, any care after it is like a pellet to an elephant, tightens the pores abruptly, but it tightens, and does not hide them. The lotion did not suit me categorically, I use it on my husband (he just has problems), and in general it helps with small pimples, but it also tightens what is literally visible. Well, plus the wild smell of alcohol…

I started using it in 20 and I can say that it is a worthwhile product for the money! I have oily skin, now there is no fat in the morning. I recommend to everyone!

Good solid lotion for combination and oily skin I don’t like it when there is a lot of alcohol in the composition, but this product helps out well in the exacerbation phase, perfectly soothes, tightens pores and reduces inflammation, I always have it in my stocks as a sos remedy, it also suits my husband with his oily skin perfectly, I recommend

    10/20

    Elizaveta Aidarova

The lotion is 100% cheaper! After use, the skin became whiter smooth and even. It cleanses very gently without drying the skin. I will definitely try the whole series for problem skin.

It smells of alcohol, but not much.
    Doesn’t dry out the skin.
If you wipe your face during the day, it starts to shine in an hour.

Wonderful facial tonic, perfectly removes tightness of the skin after washing, there are much fewer imperfections, the skin after its application is soft, delicate, pleasant aroma, one might say magical!

    14/20

    Ekaterina Mironycheva

I like it very much, firstly the texture itself is light and pleasant to the touch with a pleasant light smell of freshness. Takde perfectly copes with its task, cleans the skin at a time, relieves redness and irritation at a time.

    15/20

    Kristina Braslavskaya

Soft, does not dry, helps with pimples that pop up a couple of times a month. The smell is neutral.

    16/20

Took a teenager with problem sensitive skin. After the first application, the redness subsided, the acne became noticeably smaller. Pleasant smell, does not dry the skin. I recommend it. After application, a pleasant chill is felt. Reduces pores with regular use. Doesn’t dry out the skin. Smell pleasant

    18/20

    Alena Mironova

I really liked the lotion. It cleans well, visibly tightens pores. Perfect for my sensitive skin.

Super product! Removes redness, does not dry the skin, tightens pores. Very pleasant smell and economical consumption.

    20/20

    Ekaterina Kuznetsova

Age-related skin, but prone to oiliness, rashes, enlarged pores. I use it after the micellar lotion and cleansing gel of the same brand. I use it as a tonic. It removes excess shine, dries up inflammation and they pass noticeably quickly, narrows the pores slightly, but this is enough so that they do not clog. In general, the feeling of a “clean” face for almost the whole day.

    Serums

Treatments with high concentrations of actives are recommended to be used on a permanent basis once or twice a day.

    Minéral Daily Serum Gel 89

Thermal water combined with a high concentration of hyaluronic acid gives the skin a daily dose of beauty and reduces the damaging effects of external aggressive factors. Moisturizes, strengthens and restores natural pH.

    I really liked this serum!
For my skin, even in winter, one or two applications a day after cleansing with micellar water for sensitive skin are enough. Perfectly moisturizes and refreshes the skin, making it very tender. I’ve been using it for about two months. The feeling of dryness and irritation disappeared, the skin stopped peeling and looks much better. Even the wrinkles around the eyes have become almost invisible. And the cost is very economical.

Wonderful product!!! I doubted the acquisition for a very long time, it turned out that all my worries were in vain. Age 42, thin skin, mimic wrinkles appeared a long time ago, it is very problematic to find the right care to feel (face) comfortable. Light serum, moisturizes, cools due to the gel texture. I have combination skin and it suits me perfectly. I apply day cream on top. After application, the skin looks rested, fresh and hydrated! Not sticky like many other serums.

Neovadiol serum with a compensating complex

Age-related changes in the hormonal system inevitably lead to a slowdown in the regeneration processes in skin tissues. Serum Neovadiol compensates for these processes, restores skin layers, smoothes wrinkles, effectively fights flabbiness and makes the face oval clearer.

    Facial care creams

Basic facial care consists of day and night creams selected according to skin type and its main problem.

    Aqualia Thermale Moisture Cream

Contains an isotonic cocktail of hyaluronic acid and cell-regenerating mannose for freshness and optimal hydration. The hypoallergenic formula will appeal to owners of normal sensitive skin. The range also includes a cream for dry to very dry skin.

Aqualia thermal light – well, very good moisturizing! Light, when applied to the skin, it is quickly absorbed, I have no feeling of greasy, a very pleasant smell. In winter, I apply moisturizing creams at night, and in the morning there is not even a hint of dry skin, although there are generally dry patches on my face. Also a very good effect is noticeable on the neck! And wrinkles are reduced (…well, or just less noticeable, it doesn’t matter)))).

I love this cream, it really moisturizes, nourishes the skin and simply erases wrinkles from the face. A jar of cute design made of glass, like most of Vichy’s creams, the volume is 50 ml, this amount is enough for me for a long time. I love this cream very much! Unobtrusive, gentle. Excellent skin care. I always take it to myself for the summer. But this winter I also decided to take it – heating dries the skin very much.

The cream perfectly moisturizes, has a light texture and is pleasant to use. I use Aqualia Thermal cream in the summer – the cream is not greasy, it is perfectly absorbed and does not leave a greasy sheen, it is well suited as a base for make-up – it does not roll down. I am very satisfied with the cream, I recommend it.

A good option for moisturizing in the summer. The cream is light, pleasant texture, has an unobtrusive smell. It moisturizes the skin very well, indeed, the lines of dehydration become smaller. The only drawback for me is that it leaves a shine after application.

Answers to frequently asked questions about facial care

    You asked, we answer.

When should I use SPF protection?

In a nutshell, sun protection is a must before leaving the house, all year round and in any weather. The fact is that UVA radiation, which is responsible for photoaging, easily penetrates through clouds and window panes. Pay attention to your sun care – it should contain filters that block a wide range of solar radiation. Choose a high SPF both in urban areas and on the beach.

What features of facial care after 30 years should I pay attention to?

Anti-ageing and anti-wrinkle and toning practices are what you need to care for the first visible signs of aging, regardless of age. It is equally important to care for the skin of the neck and monitor your posture every day, these are the best ways to prevent the appearance of “Rings of Venus” and a second chin.

How to properly care for a problematic oily face with acne?

Rules for the care of problematic facial skin affect all stages of the beauty routine. 1) Look for products that are mild yet effective in cleansing—preferably a gel texture—with a slightly acidic pH of 5.5. 2) Enter into care products with anti-inflammatory, absorbent and exfoliating effects: salicylic and glycolic acids, clay, coal, volcanic perlite, oligoelements. 3) Take care of strengthening the protective barrier of the skin with products enriched with probiotics and minerals. 4) Do not skip the moisturizing step in your daily care, preferring light serums and fluids.

What do you need to take care of pigmented skin?

The most effective method for reducing age spots is a gentle exfoliation based on fruit acids. To prevent new age spots, use daily skin care with antioxidants, do not forget about sunscreen (antioxidants and SPF together provide very reliable protection against the root cause of sun pigmentation).

And one more parting word from the experts. Facial care and, of course, neck care should be daily. Regularity is the key to healthy, radiant skin without problems.

    Cleansing is the basis

Home care begins with cleansing the face, because during the day dust, dirt, sebum, dead cells and decorative cosmetics accumulate on the skin. In the evenings, make-up must be removed, and it is better to do this with cosmetic milk, make-up remover cream, cleansing lotion , micellar water.

For oily skin, a gel is suitable, while for dry and sensitive skin, it is good to use foam or mousse. Pick up cleansers individually – now even micellar water is available for different skin types.

It is not bad to supplement cleansing procedures with clay masks, scrubs, which are best applied in the evening after washing. These products cleanse the pores and have a detox effect, it is enough to use them 1-2 times a week. Instead of regular scrubs, you can buy exfoliant – this product dissolves dead skin cells, acting very gently.

Night and day cream: 24/7 care

The use of a cream is one of the important and indispensable components in facial skin care. Day cream or milk is applied in the morning, their main function is to moisturize and nourish the skin during the day. Since the day cream is the base for make-up, it should be light and airy so that the skin can breathe and retain moisture.

It’s good if your day cream includes a sunscreen, no matter what time of the year you apply it. The winter sun is no less active than the summer sun! Do not forget to take care of the delicate skin around the eyes and apply eye cream on it.

Oil-based creams have a thicker texture and are absorbed slowly, so they are best left for the evening. Night cream should saturate the skin with vitamins, trace elements and other useful substances to make it look radiant in the morning. Judging by reviews about night face cream , it can be replaced with any nourishing agent, which also ensures cell renewal, smoothes wrinkles, tightens facial contours and improves skin color.

    Masks for instant transformation

    Renata Vlasova

    Cosmetologist

“I include face masks in my mandatory self-care program. The fact is that the mask solves many skin problems, since it contains a high concentration of biologically active components. There is a mask for every age, skin type and condition. We, women, should definitely use such cosmetics to look well-groomed.

There are different types of masks: moisturizing, softening, nourishing, whitening, mud, clay, anti-aging, tightening, collagen, soothing and anti-acne. Use the products that suit you according to your skin type. If you don’t have time to take care of yourself, fabric masks soaked in a vitamin composition will come to the rescue – you just need to put them on your face, and then you can go about your business.

    Hand and foot care

Hands can easily tell a woman’s age, so it’s important to incorporate hand care into your daily routine. In addition, all year round, the skin of the hands is exposed to the harmful effects of the environment. Every evening, it is advisable to lubricate the hands with a nourishing or moisturizing cream, rubbing it with light massaging movements, and use cleansing scrubs once a week.

You can try homemade hand care products – cottage cheese, banana, cucumber, honey, egg or herbal masks. They are recommended to add olive or butter, glycerin, oatmeal, lemon juice and vitamins in capsules that can be bought at the pharmacy.

The same is recommended for foot skin care. Plus, once a week, do an oil bath for the feet and after it, apply a cream to relieve tired legs. And of course, do not forget about manicure and pedicure.

To keep the body and soul young

    Larisa Shaposhnikova

    Spa Master

“Body care includes not only daily water procedures. Periodically arrange skin cleaning with scrub and subsequent wrapping. There is no time for such procedures, just make a mask – chocolate, honey or milk. After showering, apply toner to the body and let it absorb naturally.”

Even with a busy life schedule, you can find some time for yourself.

And one more important piece of advice – get enough sleep, rest more and eat right, then you will always look fresh and young!

    Note

If you care about the beauty and health of your skin, make sure that you always have thermal water in your cosmetic bag. This face cleanser is indispensable not only in the street , but also at home . Thermal spring water This product perfectly moisturizes and soothes the skin, relieves inflammation and protects the face from environmental influences. It can even be sprayed over makeup.

    Rules for skin care
Almost everyone dreams of beautiful skin. We are ready to invest a huge amount of effort, time and money in achieving this dream, visit cosmetologists and plastic surgeons, try various procedures, buy expensive creams – just to achieve the ideal.

But sometimes it turns out that in order for our skin to look good, it is enough just to take a few very simple steps.

    Stop scrubbing hard

Often, in the struggle for beautiful clean skin, we go too far. We use aggressive cleansers, after which, as it seems to us, the skin really becomes clean, you can often hear the expression “already squeaks”. What does this tell us? That the entire protective layer is washed off the skin, it is overdried, and begins to actively produce fat in order to recover. As a result, this leads to early formation of wrinkles, acne and inflammatory elements. A similar effect can be achieved with excessively active use of scrubs. If you have dry, sensitive or prone to inflammatory skin, scrubs are forbidden to you at all.

Various devices for mechanical cleansing have an even more aggressive effect on the skin: abrasive sponges, skin brushes, with which we ruthlessly rub our face.

All this leads to the formation of microdamages of the surface layers of the skin, as a result, it becomes rougher, inflammatory elements appear on it.

    What’s right?

To exfoliate dead cells, get rid of “black spots” and even out complexion, cleansers with acids are most effective. Ask your beautician to choose the best cleanser for your skin type.

    Do not self-medicate acne

No one is happy with pimples and “black dots” on the skin. Hands are reaching out to squeeze them out, and advertising of numerous products promises that one has only to buy this magic lotion / ointment / cream, and everything will pass in just 5 minutes. Unfortunately, if everything were so simple, people with problematic skin would not have met at all – where would they come from, if any pimple can be so easily and quickly eliminated?

    And how is it right?

Acne treatment should be carried out by a dermatologist or cosmetologist. The approach to treatment is always complex, and first of all, the doctor will recommend doing a biochemical blood test, an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity, suggest checking for the presence of parasites, and possibly referring an immunologist, gastroenterologist, gynecologist or endocrinologist for a consultation, if there are indications for this. And only after problems with the gastrointestinal tract, with the liver, with the genitourinary system and others are excluded, treatment can be prescribed.

The approach to acne treatment differs depending on the severity of the disease, the prevalence of the process, the age and sex of the patient.

Since acne most often appears due to hormonal dysfunction, they are usually treated with hormonal contraceptives (only for girls) and retinoids (for both girls and men). All drugs are prescribed only after a comprehensive examination and under the constant supervision of a physician. The selection of contraceptives is carried out jointly by a gynecologist and a dermatologist, taking into account the individual characteristics of the patient’s body.

Retinoids are a synthetic analogue of vitamin A, specifically designed to treat acne. Retinoids, in most cases, can achieve a stable remission up to 5-6 years.

For all types of acne, local treatment is mandatory. The drug is selected depending on the severity of the manifestations and the nature of the rash.

In addition to the specific treatment of acne, the doctor will work to eliminate the root cause of the disease: this may be the appointment of drugs that normalize the function of the gastrointestinal tract, the treatment of parasitosis, the correct selection of cosmetics that will not have a comedogenic effect (does not clog pores), correction of the personal hygiene system.

    Do not sunbathe

We have repeatedly raised this topic on the pages of our magazine. But it will never be superfluous to repeat: the sun is one of the most formidable enemies of our skin! Excessive exposure to ultraviolet radiation leads to photoaging, hyperpigmentation, thins and dries out the skin. The saddest thing is that damage accumulates gradually, and you can enjoy sunbathing for quite a long time before you notice at one far from perfect moment that the quality of your skin has deteriorated sharply: many wrinkles have appeared, elasticity has been lost, ugly spots have appeared on it. Getting rid of the consequences of the abuse of sunlight is very, very difficult.

    What’s right?

Protect your skin from the sun all year round! In summer, in the south and in winter ski resorts, use a cream with a protection factor (SPF) of at least 50-60, in the city – at least 20-30. And remember that UV protection is needed both in winter and on a cloudy day.

    Stop experimenting

Trying something new is always interesting. But not always experiments, especially in the field of beauty and health, lead to good results. The Internet and pages of magazines are full of various tips: smear your face with kefir, oatmeal, strawberries, make onion hair masks (yes, grate onions and spread your hair: the effect, and most importantly, the smell is amazing!), crush aspirin tablets and grease with this heels, buy this “unique” cream with an incomprehensible composition on a Chinese site … We think we can not continue – everyone has met these tips many times. And for sure, every girl can tell a couple of funny or sad (depending on the consequences) stories about her cosmetic experiments.

At best, with such experiments, you will simply lose time and money, at worst, it will take a long and difficult time to treat damaged skin.

    What’s right?

Nowadays, there are many proven, certified, reliable drugs and methods that will achieve the desired effect without risk to health. A cosmetologist will help you choose an effective and safe remedy for solving almost any skin problem.

    Maintain hygiene

It is obvious to everyone that it is necessary to cleanse the skin regularly. But about some other items that are constantly in contact with our skin, we sometimes forget.

    Phone screen

Regularly wipe the phone screen with special wipes. It has already been proven that more bacteria accumulate on the phone than on the toilet seat! And if you don’t want all this on your face – and with a high degree of possibility of causing skin irritation – make it a rule to keep your phone clean.

    Make-up brushes and sponges

All make-up products should be thoroughly cleaned regularly. Brushes and sponges are constantly in contact with our skin, they accumulate sebum, dust, cosmetic residues – all this is a fertile environment for microbes. So be sure to wash all your brushes with detergent from time to time and dry them thoroughly. Sponges and sponges can be put in the microwave for a minute after washing for additional disinfection.

    Cushions

Pillows constantly interact with our face, and it is important not to forget that as a result, a lot of things accumulate on pillowcases: all the same sebum, dust, remnants of our face creams … Do not forget to regularly change pillowcases on pillows – at least once a week, if you have problem-free skin, and once every three days – if there are inflammatory elements on the skin. Pillowcases are best chosen from natural fabrics: cotton, linen, silk.

    Hats

In autumn and winter, it is often possible to notice that irritation and inflammation appear on the forehead and cheeks. This may be due to hats, scarves, hoods that protect us from the cold. Of course, we don’t suggest going bareheaded in the cold, but be sure to keep an eye on how often you wash your hats and scarves. In addition, pay attention to the material of the hat – some materials can irritate the skin.

We hope our simple tips will help you take a step towards perfect skin!

Daily skin care should include the following simple steps:

    1. Cleansing
Wash your face morning and evening with a mild cleanser. This is a mandatory item – we live in a big city, dust, dirt, grease, sweat accumulate on the skin …

Be sure to clean your face from makeup every evening, in no case should you go to bed wearing makeup – it is very harmful to the skin! Makeup is best removed with special products, micellar water or hydrophilic oil.

    2. Toning
After washing, wipe your face with a cotton pad with tonic. So you additionally cleanse the skin and at the same time take care of it.
