I can’t say enough wonderful things about this preschool. I was referred by one of my husbands coworkers and thank goodness I was! My son has been going there full time for two years now and loves it. I never felt that horrible mom guilt leaving him in the arms of these amazing teachers! Seriously love each one of them.
They do tons of crafts and learning activities, have a dance instructor come in, and a music man to sing and dance. Shams (the owner) plans lots of fun field trips to get the kids out and about every couple months or so. And for the day to day activities, they have an app where there is updates and photos posted all day long.

Infant / Toddler program

Parenting can be both difficult and rewarding. But it can be even more difficult trusting other people to care for your child while you’re away. We understand this because we’re parents too. It is our policy to treat our Stars with the same love and attentiveness as we give our own children at home. With this in mind, we have crafted a learning environment that is inviting, warm, and supportive for infants.

Children poisoned by chlorine in one of the kindergartens in Karaganda: July 18, 2023, 08:39

KARAGANDA. KAZINFORM – Children got poisoned by bleach in one of the city’s kindergartens. Some of the children, parents say, simply managed with a gastric lavage, someone got a burn of the esophagus, Kazinform reports with reference to ekaraganda.kz.

Alina Livansho’s son has been attending this kindergarten for several years now. The poisoning, my mother shares, happened on the evening of July 10th. The boy was diagnosed with a chemical burn of the esophagus and stomach of the second degree, and now he is being treated at the children’s hospital at Shakhterov, 83. On July 17, he is expected to be discharged, the child’s condition is stable – but the family is waiting for the results of the X-ray.

“Chlorinated water was given to my son by the teacher herself – from a glass. In her words, at that moment she thought it was water, – Alina shares. – In addition to my son, another girl was poisoned, but her condition, as far as I know, is better. When this happened, no one really notified us: the parents found out about what had happened only when they came to the kindergarten in the evening . .. If an ambulance had been called immediately and the children’s stomach was washed, everything would be fine with my child. I think that the kindergarten staff treated their work irresponsibly. We turned to the Mikhailovsky police department – we know that an investigation should begin. In the meantime, the kindergarten teacher and nurse continue their work there … We also contacted the city education department – this case, we were told, is under consideration.

The regional health department shares that the child was admitted to the Regional Children’s Hospital on July 10 because of the poisoning.

“An examination was carried out and treatment was prescribed. At the moment, the child’s condition is stable, closer to satisfactory. It is being prepared for discharge,” the ministry said.

The city department of education of Karaganda notes that on July 11, the day after the incident, the persons responsible for this were brought to disciplinary responsibility:

“The Department of Education of Karaganda informs: on July 10, 2023, at about 6:30 pm, the children of the Erketai group asked for water during a walk at the Baiterek Nursery School. The teacher went to the group and poured water from the kettle, into which the assistant teacher threw one tablet of deo-chlorine to clean the kettle from plaque. The teacher didn’t know about it. The two children took several sips of the solution. A medical worker at 18:55 called an ambulance. This fact became possible due to the poor work of the health worker in instructing the assistants to educators, the ignorance of the assistants to the educator of the requirements for compliance with sanitary standards for processing dishes and observing the drinking regime. On July 11, all those responsible – a health worker, an educator, an assistant educator – were brought to disciplinary responsibility, ”the ministry said.

Specialists from leading tour operators in Cuba shared the secrets of choosing family hotels in four resorts of this Caribbean country. We present the TOP-20 proven hotels in Cuba for tourists with children. There are like VIP and budget options.

Many tourists still have a stereotype that Cuba remains a reserve of socialism with all the ensuing consequences. For example, such is an overly “tired” hotel infrastructure, unable to provide the level of comfort necessary for families with children.

But this is far from true. Few tourist professionals, and therefore tourists, know that the destination can also be recommended for family vacations. The main thing is to know which hotels in which resort to choose.

A separate block, according to the expert, is the “Merry Regional Studies” cycle – children get acquainted with the history, geography and peoples of the island of Freedom, and also find out what animals, plants and marine life are found in this region.

Only for young guests from Coral Travel and Sunmar, classes are held on the “Fundamentals of Mental Arithmetic” and the English course – Sunny English.

Adapted to the tastes of Russian children in Memories Varadero Beach Resort 4* and Grand Memories Varadero 5* hotels and food: the Coral Sun Famıly Club brand chef has already conducted a training for hotel chefs, children’s buffets are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a “Russian” children’s menu.

Another hotel that can be safely recommended to families with children is Cubanacan Brisasdel Caribe 4*.

Specialists of the tour operator PEGAS Touristik described the hotel as follows: a very good hotel with a magnificent beach, clear ocean, friendly Russian-speaking staff, green area, water activities, and a convenient location. For younger guests there is a swimming pool and a mini-club from 4-12 years old.

Specialists of the ANEX Tour tour operator also pay attention to the Iberostar Tainos 4 * hotel. Decent hotel that welcomes guests all year round. Was built in 1999, the last renovation was in 2007. The hotel has a mini-club for children (from 4 to 12 years old), a play area, a swimming pool, babysitting services for a fee.

Demanded by families with children and the hotel Iberostar Laguna Azul 5 *. The hotel is located 17 km from the city center and 40 km from the airport. Located 200 m from the beach. Consists of a main building and 2 additional buildings.

A decent level of service awaits family tourists at the Barcelo Solymar 5 * hotel. The hotel for children has a playground, a mini club for children from 4 to 12 years old, a swimming pool, babysitting services for a fee and on request, mini disco (20:30-21:30), baby cots and high chairs.

If tourists with children want more budget accommodation, then, tour operators advise, it is worth recommending the following options to them:

Starfish Varadero (Ex.Aguas Azules) 3* (baby cot, high chairs, kids pool, kids club (4-12 years old),

and Sol Sirenas Coral 4* (pool, mini-club from 9:00-17:00, animation, playground, high chairs).

WITH CHILDREN TO THE CUBAN RESORT OLGIN: WHICH HOTEL TO CHOOSE

Holguin is the second most important resort on the island. It is famous for the fact that it was here in 1792 that Christopher Columbus landed and was amazed and delighted with the beauty of these places, the whiteness of the sand and the crystal clear sea waters.

Five centuries have passed, and the resort still justifies the title of “the most beautiful place”, which the great navigator considered it to be.

Here is a real expanse for lovers of water sports, incl. diving, lovers of sightseeing holidays will also like it here, it is convenient to go on an excursion, for example, to Santiago de Cuba, the unofficial capital of the country.
