Childcare Reviews — Loving Arms Child Care

We asked some of the children’s parents for comments on what they thought of our service, and the answers they gave were extremely heart-warming. Below are some of the comments which we received from parents all over Northeastern Kansas. We sincerely hope that you will read them and imagine your child being safe in our facility.

“ As a former employee of only being there 6 months it was such an amazing experience and opportunity to learning new things to becoming a teacher one day. The staff are awesome and so genuine, they made me feel so comfortable; we talked about anything and everything. The company itself is also really professional and has the structure and organization that parents are looking for to let not only anybody take care of there babies. I will miss them so much! “

My kids have been going here before and after school for about 6 months. The teachers are amazing, informative and loving. They always communicate and are transparent about everything. I was nervous at first but I am comfortable with their care now. They love it and have made many new friends. Alli and Tyrone are always very welcoming. I love the safety measures they have in place and feel super safe with my kids being here. If you are looking for quality care with a safe and fun environment, then this is the place for you. Easily the best child care facility in town.

Our daughter is (almost) 3 years old and has been going here since before she was 1. We were in a crunch for finding childcare when we moved here and went with the first place we could find that had availability… best choice ever! As a mom, it can be hard to trust just anyone with your child and I couldn’t ask for better caretakers for my child. They love her and treat her as their own and every morning she wakes up super excited to go to “school” because she wants to see her teachers and friends. Their communication is fabulous and are always there to help with any questions you may have.

My son has been going to Loving Arms since 2017 (going on 4 years). I first met with Tyrone for a tour; his experience and professionalism made me feel comfortable right away. Their rates seem comparable. (Although I do wish you could get a “week off” once a year – even for part-timers) I was more than impressed with their summer program. They really work hard to keep the kids occupied! One day it was movies… another bowling… a couple days at the pool… Then there was mini field trips. My son LOVED his summers! The staff is friendly and informative. I’m pleased with their security and log in procedures. You can even log in on their web site and check on your lil ones. Loving Arms – as far as our experiences – is just fantastic! I’ve recommended them a few times, and will gladly do it again!

Our son started at Loving Arms when he was only a few months old and is now 3.

We cannot thank the staff enough for the amazing care that they have provided our son, especially Tyrone, Latashia, and Tyronica. Our son has learned so much from the staff from shapes, to animals, songs, dances, numbers, special events and celebrations and so on the staff is always creating memorable learning that our son can’t wait to tell us about.

Just as importantly, the staff truly made us feel like family. Our son knows all the staff members names and they always make our family feel welcome at pick up and drop off. We will truly miss seeing everyone on a daily basis and would highly recommend this daycare as a great place for your child. Thank you Loving Arms!

Our daughter (turns 1 tomorrow) has been going here since she was 4 months old. The teachers and the staff are amazing. Always so friendly, courteous and professional. I can tell my daughters teachers (Ms Alex and Ms Betty) truly care/love her and take amazing care of her. Alli and Tyrone are also other huge favorites of my daughter. When I say they are amazing she will literally jump out of my arms to go to them and give big hugs or play. I think that speaks volumes of the care provide!!! Thank you for all you guys do!

Shawn Bueckers

Today I went in for a tour and to check availability! They did not have an opening for my two year old but what they did have was a very friendly and inviting facility. The staff was amazing and extremely knowledgeable, I felt so at peace at Loving Arms after touring other daycares today and not finding the home atmosphere with the nurturing staff. Today I found a safe, homey, and welcoming atmosphere with the most nurturing staff ever at Loving Arms! I would highly recommend their services to everyone especially the mothers who are always so worried about your little ones. Thank you Loving Arms for such an amazing tour and the warm welcoming!

Also, the facility was VERY clean and organized ❤️

What’s Available?

Child Care Assistance (CCA) is available to the children of income-eligible parents who are absent for a portion of the day due to employment or participation in academic or vocational training or PROMISE JOBS activities.  Assistance may also be available for a limited period of time to the children of a parent looking for employment.

Child care services are provided to people participating in activities approved under the PROMISE JOBS program and people who receive Family Investment Program (FIP) assistance without regard to Child Care Assistance eligibility requirements if there is a need for child care services.  PROMISE JOBS staff administer Child Care Assistance for child care needed to participate in PROMISE JOBS activities.

Child care services for a child with protective needs are provided without regard to income.  To receive protective child care services, the family must meet specific requirements, and child care must be identified in the child’s case permanency plan as a necessary service.

Eligibility

You may get help from the Child Care Assistance program if you:

  • Have a child who needs care who is under the age of 13 (or under the age of 19 if the child has special needs).
  • Are a member of a Family Investment Program (FIP) participant household.

If you’re not a Family Investment Program participant, you may qualify for the CCA program if you:

  • Have a child who needs care who is under the age of 13 (or under the age of 19 if the child has special needs) and have income under the program’s limits and work an average of 28 hours per week; or
  • Attend an approved training or education program full-time; or
  • Attend approved training part-time and also work part-time for a total of at least 28 hours per week; or
  • Are looking for work; or
  • Become unable to work or attend school because of an approved medical reason.

NOTE:  Child care provided while you participate in postsecondary education or training has a 24-month lifetime limit.

Who Can Care for My Child?

You may choose a child care provider from a variety of arrangements.  You can choose:

  • A licensed child care center, including licensed before and after school programs

  • A registered child development home

  • A nonregistered child care home

  • Someone who cares for your children in your own home

What Must My Child Care Provider Do?

Your provider must be approved by DHS in order to receive payment from the CCA program.  Many providers are already approved by DHS to provide care for the CCA program.  If you do not know whether your provider is approved, ask your DHS CCA worker for assistance.

What If I Have Questions?

Contact the Centralized Child Care Assistance Eligibility Unit (CCA) at 866-448-4605 or email [email protected] for questions about child care. About the project

The Polyarnaya 25 residential area is located in the north of Moscow. Babushkinskaya metro station is 15 minutes away by public transport or by electric scooter — there are four scooter parking lots next to the project. The project includes ten residential buildings, two kindergartens, a school, underground and multi-level parking lots.

This is a cozy residential quarter, where there is everything for a comfortable life. From each house there is an exit to a closed courtyard-park, where cars do not drive and random passers-by do not walk. This is a peaceful place to relax, read a book and practice yoga. There are sports grounds with exercise machines in the yard – it is convenient to do exercises in the fresh air right next to the house. And for children, we will build playgrounds from natural and safe materials.

Shops, cafes and other services will open on the first floors. To go grocery shopping, buy a coffee or take a pizza to go, it will be enough to go down the elevator.

From Polyarnaya 25 you can walk to the Yauza park, the longest in Europe, in half an hour. And on a scooter to the park – only 12 minutes. There are walking and bicycle paths, playgrounds, playgrounds, picnic areas and a dog training area. The park has unusual sports facilities, such as a skate park and a go-kart track. And in 15 minutes by car there is a picturesque estate Sviblovo.
