I liked almost everything about this hotel. The hotel is very close to Sawgrass Outlet Mall and not that far from beaches and attractions. There were many restaurants nearby, some of them so close that you can just walk to them. We liked that we were always greeted with a smile. The hotel was immaculate. The beds were comfortable. The size of our room was good. The gym was a huge plus. Finding a parking space has never been a problem. The maids on our floor were friendly and always asked if we needed anything. We liked the pool and jacuzzi. Starbucks in the lobby and bar was a plus too.
The hotel should invest in guest laundries.
Check-in times should be earlier and be more flexible with guest arrival times, especially if check-in times are booked in advance. We got our room at exactly 4pm so we had to wait an hour in the lobby. Russia,

I loved the helpfulness of the front desk staff. Dusima and Michael were very kind and helpful all the time. Always ready to help and solve any problem with a smile on your face. Also the shuttle drivers – David, Tujan and Brandon – were always in a good mood and were ready to pick up guests or take them anywhere. The room and bathroom were generally clean. The cookies that the guest receives at the front desk are simply magical! Salomon was always in a good mood. He is the first person guests meet upon arrival.
