Hello, my name is Laura Skidmore. I’m bilingual (English/ Spanish) and I am a licensed child care provider. I am licensed by the Department of Health Services, license # SGH-19016. CPR & First Aid Certified and have my fingerprint clearance card. As required by the Arizona Department of Health Services, I have completed many hours of training in Child Growth and Development, Health and Safety, Nutrition, Business Administration and Community Services. I have also completed numerous college credits with regard to Early Childhood Education. My Bambinos Child Care is a bilingual program (English/Spanish). I have education as a Spanish/English Medical Interpreter (Estrella Community College) and Spanish/English Court Interpreter (University of Arizona).

Recent Review:

I highly recommend My Bambinos Child Care and Ms. Laura! Finding childcare a few months after the pandemic started was quite stressful. I didn’t want my daughter going back to a large daycare center. That’swhen we found My Bambinos Child Care and I couldn’t be happier! Laura and John are amazing people! You receive the professional childcare service with a loving intimate family feel. Laura and John truly have dedicated their lives (and home) to loving and caring for children and you can feel and see how passionate they are about it. Their whole downstairs and backyard is set-up for the children and is safe and clean with lots of activities and toys. My daughter loves the preschool time and has learned so much. She’s always rehearsing and showing me what she’s learned at home. She also raves about Ms. Laura’s cooking and I feel that she has gotten less picky because all of the children are eating the same things and together. Seeing the love my daughter has for Ms. Laura says it all for me. She has truly impacted my daughter’s life in the most wonderful of ways and I couldn’t be more thankful to her for loving and caring for my daughter like her own….

Recent Review:

My daughter has been taken care of by Cassie since she was 2 months old. When I say Cassie is thorough, she is thorough. When I felt as though I was missing out on so many things with returning to work, I wouldreceive pictures and video updates on how she was doing. Cassie is always so loving/nurturing as if my daughter was one of her own. I love the amount of one on one time that she is able to get as well. You can truly tell that Cassie cares and puts her all into taking care of each child. I feel so at peace knowing that she is so well taken care of. I would highly recommend Little Big Hearts Daycare to any parent in the market for a new daycare. Cassie is very flexible and very reliable! :)…

Karen and Mike Verlardi are the very proud owners of the Primrose School of East Mesa and Primrose School at Palm Valley which both opened 2008. Their 3 children (Nichole, Michael and Danielle) are the primary reason that Karen and Mike decided to open a Primrose. Their endeavor began when searching for quality childcare for their first child – this is where they realized that their high standards would make it difficult to be satisfied with the typical daycare establishment. Their desire to find the best care for their own children quickly developed into a passion to provide an educational and nurturing environment for children of the community as well as peace of mind for parents just like themselves. After they found Primrose, they knew it was a perfect partnership. Their philosophies about the importance of family balance and child security and happiness were a complete match and Primrose had the reputation and experience to help the Verlardis deliver this to the local community. “We are thrilled for the opportunity to bring an exceptional private preschool to the community, and look forward to developing relationships with children and their parents who desire first-rate educational child care.” Originally from New Jersey, Mike and Karen Verlardi have been residents of the valley since 1998. After graduating from Montclair State University and marrying – they decided to move to the west coast to further their consulting and sales careers. Karen holds an MBA from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, is a member of the American Business Women’s Association, and has held corporate positions in systems and product development for more than 14 years. Karen is the former President of Arizona in Action, a non-profit organization which was geared toward the prevention of childhood obesity.

I’ve had four of my children at the school. My schoolage kids, I attribute a lot of where they are at in school now ( good students ) to the early education and care they received at the school. My 3year old is on the same track as his brothers. Keep up the good work.

When you walk in the door you feel welcome! The director Tina has created such a family environment that is warm and loving. She greets every child and parent by name, she is always available for any concerns we might have which is hardly ever but always there to answer questions. She seems to be very well liked by all parents and kids. It makes me comfortable knowing my kids are in great hands

Tina has done an amazing job at leading the school and fostering a culture of quality childcare. I trust the teachers and see them as partners in raising my kids, and value their feedback and input. Thank you Tina!

Certificate of a preschooler

Coming soon
to a kindergarten

From April 25, 2022, a hot season will begin for preschool educational organizations in the city of Khanty-Mansiysk. Every day, parents of children who do not yet attend kindergarten and are on the waiting list for a place are called by employees of kindergartens and invited to receive (enroll) their child in kindergarten.

However, parents are not always satisfied with the kindergarten where they offer to enroll their child.

“Why do they offer a kindergarten not in accordance with the priority kindergarten set (by registration and priority right (kindergarten that a brother or sister already attends)?”

A child may be sent to a non-priority kindergarten only if there are no places in the priority kindergarten.

“What should I do if a child is sent to a kindergarten not in accordance with the priority kindergarten (not at the place of registration and not under the preferential right)?”

In this case, the parent has the right to:

apply for admission (enrollment) to the kindergarten to which the child is sent and, after enrollment, transfer the child from one kindergarten to another in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated 28. 12. 2015 No. 1527 “On approval of the procedure and conditions for the transfer of students from one organization carrying out educational activities on educational programs of preschool education to other organizations carrying out educational activities on educational programs of the appropriate levels and focus”;

refuse an offered kindergarten place by filing an application to the Department of Education to refuse a kindergarten place, the child remains on the waiting list without a kindergarten place on the current date;

use the services of private preschool educational organizations licensed to conduct educational activities for the implementation of basic general education programs of preschool education:

autonomous non-profit organization of preschool education “Antoshka”, located at: st. Lermontova, d. 10;
