TRP – the path to success!
Physical education is an important component of the overall development of a child in kindergarten. Every parent wants to see their child healthy, active and cheerful. For a child to always be like this, the foundations must be laid from early childhood.
Therefore, at preschool age, much attention is paid to the development of children’s muscles, their dexterity, strength and endurance. To ensure the health of the child, compulsory physical education is introduced in kindergarten.
Based on the Sanitary Norms and Rules, the physical education of children in preschool educational institutions is aimed at improving health and physical development, expanding the functionality of the child’s body, and developing motor skills and motor qualities. It is necessary to use forms of motor activity: morning exercises, indoor and outdoor physical education, physical training minutes, outdoor games, sports exercises, rhythmic gymnastics and others.
Targets of preschool education for physical development according to the Federal State Educational Standard:
