Additional Tuition Rates/Fees Info

• Registration Fee:
  There is an annual registration fee of $95 per year, per family that is due every August 1st.
• Due Date: Tuition is due on the Friday before each new week. 
• Food:
  We also serve breakfast, a hot lunch and snacks. (Menus will be posted weekly and daily access is available)
• Field Trips: Prices included in our fees. 
• Late Fees:
  Our school closes at 5:30 pm. For every minute past 5:30pm a $5.00 late fee will be charged to encourage you to pick up your child on time so that our staff will be free to return to their homes. 
• Inclement Weather: Inclement weather situations can alter our schedule. When it does, we go by the schedule of the Horry County Schools closing procedures. When they dismiss early, so will we. The same is true if they close. Full tuition is expected, as we cannot control the weather.   
• Absences:
  Will not be considered for a refund. Your payment ensures a spot for your child in our child care center and our staff still needs payment to reserve your spot. When your child is absent for a week without payment, your child’s spot may be given away. Please communicate with us when we are responsible for your child.

Illnesses & Emergencies

When your child is sick, parents will receive a call to pick up their child at the discretion of our day care center director. This will only happen if we believe what they have may be contagious and a doctor’s note will be required for their return.  

The following Emergency Medical Plan
will be implemented as follows: 

1. Medical conditions that are out of the scope of the staff’s training. 
2. Call 911 
3. Provide CPR/First Aid 
4. Call parent or guardian 
5. Emergency medical personnel will transport to Waccamaw Hospital. The director will stay with your child until parents arrive. 
6. Center will report these situations to DSS at our earliest convenience. 

If Emergency Evacuation is needed, we will relocate children to Creative Beginnings CDC to their address on 4047 Holmestown RD. Myrtle Beach SC 29588. Phone number: 843-215-1234.
