The full-time professional retraining course in labor protection was excellent. Lots of useful information. Knowledge was gained on maintaining documents on labor protection, investigating accidents, issuing PPE and the procedure for conducting a special assessment of working conditions. Great atmosphere during breaks. nine0003

I attended a first aid course at the Northwest Training Center. I really liked everything. The material was presented in an accessible and interesting way. The teacher is experienced, correct and pleasant in communication. Lots of practical examples, which is very important, especially when you start from scratch, like me. I was satisfied and can easily advise you to study at this training center!!!

The information itself is very voluminous and versatile. Thank you! Learned a lot of new things for myself. From the wishes, I want to have been added (although I may not have found): 1) An exemplary training program for working specialties; 2) The program for assigning 1 group in electrical safety; 3) More information on occupational risks. I would like to wish the entire staff of the SZUTS success in your educational activities! nine0003

Zarinsk | Oxygen cocktails, aromatherapy and a “winter garden”: high school students from Zarinsk and representatives of the employment center visited the sanatorium “Bodrost”
Photo: admzarinsk.ru
The study tour was organized as part of the action of the employment service “Steps to your profession”. The Employment Center invited tenth-graders of school No. 15 as guests. nine0003
Svetlana Domanova, senior nurse, conducted a tour of the Zarinsk health-improving facility.
– The sanatorium is part of the medical and sanitary department of JSC Altai-Koks, – said the specialist. – Currently, the institution offers vacationers more than 35 medical and wellness procedures.
At the beginning, the visitors were treated to phytotherapy, treated to delicious oxygen cocktails, and then taken to the medical building. Here, children and adults were shown how they heal themselves in the “mountain air” (this procedure is called hypoxic therapy) and clean the respiratory organs in a salt room (speleotherapy). nine0003
Participants of the tour were also shown how to improve their well-being with the help of water. For example, using hydromassage, Charcot’s douche, circular douche, or one of the four types of therapeutic baths.
From childhood we are told that the magnetic field is harmful. But it turns out that it can be used for medicinal purposes. In the dispensary, by the way, this is practiced with might and main, and we even saw how. A person is placed in a chamber with a special magnetic field. A regular ten-minute stay in such a device, called a magnetoturbotron, and your pressure promises to normalize. nine0003
Many people know that dirt can also be beneficial. But which one, and how to use it for the best purposes, is not all. In the mud treatment department, they said that one of the effective ways to use the substance is ozocerite and naftalan applications. For such procedures, the joints will thank you, but cellulite, psoriasis and dermatitis will not.
Participants of the excursion felt real relaxation in the aromatherapy room. The most comfortable chairs, the sounds of nature and the subtle aromas of essential oils made it possible to feel the atmosphere of tranquility. nine0003
A wonderful end to the tour was a walk through the famous “winter garden” among the townspeople. Former unemployed, and now a gardener Anastasia Ivantsova told what plants and animals live in the evergreen corner of the sanatorium, and what kind of care they require.
