Lyceum “Sirius” • Primary school
Address: Krasnodar Territory, federal territory “Sirius”, st. Mezhdunarodnaya, 10
The lyceum works full-time from 08.30 to 18.30
Classes start at 08.30
Three meals a day (second breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea)
Class capacity – up to 25 people
The main task of elementary school is personal development student in its uniqueness. It is in elementary school that the foundations of knowledge and skills are laid, which the child will develop in the future. Lyceum students interact with peers, learn to cooperate, make decisions and take responsibility. Our students are interested in the achievements of science, conduct experiments, participate in master classes and tournaments. They love to craft, create, invent. Children are focused on the result and the acquisition of new knowledge.
Sirius Presidential Lyceum implements programs of primary general education. The daily routine is designed taking into account the physiological and age characteristics of children of each age, training sessions alternate with active breaks, walks and rest, work on additional educational programs and creative studios.
Primary education is an important stage in the development of a child, which largely determines the quality of his further education and professional development. International studies and practice confirm that academic success, the level of sociocultural skills, the ability to build one’s personal line of education, the ability to choose further professional activities, readiness for cooperation, creativity, invention significantly depend on the level of development of such basic competencies and skills:
- the skill of conscious reading and working with text, including in the digital environment
- the level of development of logical and mathematical competence, the skill of variant problem solving
- experience of experimentation, solving practical natural-science and technological problems related to the experience of a child’s life.
The development of these three basic skills is at the heart of the pedagogical concept of primary education. The elementary school program is designed to provide opportunities for the cognitive, emotional and physical growth of every child. Education includes both standard academic disciplines (FSES IEO) and activities aimed at developing creative thinking, emotional intelligence, and information literacy. The pedagogical support of each class includes the work of the primary school teacher, as well as the curator of the second half of the day. Every day teachers work with the children in English, the world around them, music, fine arts, dance, robotics, theatrical skills, ceramics, cooking, as well as sports activities, swimming. This approach makes it possible to diversify the child’s personality, realizing this not only in subject areas, but also through educational trips, excursions, elective courses, additional education, internal and external events. Each child is provided with speech therapy and psychological support.
Subject-specific educational programs
Primary education at the Sirius Presidential Lyceum is carried out according to programs based on the traditional system of primary four-year education, which includes compulsory mastery of basic skills and development of basic skills by children

Organization of the educational process
Taking into account the profile orientation of the lyceum, the development of engineering thinking and design skills among lyceum students, the content of the educational program will be based on solving practical problems.
The educational system develops self-study skills in children. The Lyceum has developed its own system for assessing the quality of education, which will take into account academic achievements, the ability of children to self-assessment, the level of development of social and communication skills, skills of working in a project group.
The lyceum is a content element of the educational infrastructure of the Sirius Educational Center, the Sirius Science and Art Park, the Sirius Science and Technology University and the Sirius Innovation Science and Technology Center. This determines the possibilities for expanding the educational program through cooperation:
- with the Park of Science and Art “Sirius” in terms of excursions, research, additional education programs, inclusion of children in vacation programs
- with the University in terms of attracting students and undergraduates to classes with children
- with partner companies in terms of involving them in the development of tasks of a practical, experimental nature, taking into account the age characteristics of children

Class. All parents dream that the child gets into the best school, where they will give knowledge and prepare for the exam. It is advisable to find a school where you will not have to run away to another after the “starter” or middle classes. Alas, many strong schools do not recruit first grades. “RG” has prepared the top 10 best Russian schools, which will be enrolled in primary classes.
Vitaliy Timkiv/RIA Novosti
Let us remind you that until June 30, schools will take those who live in the assigned territory, and then – all the rest. If, of course, there are places left.
1. School 57, Moscow. There is no admission to the first classes. Fortified territories – too. Children are taken immediately to the second grade and the children pass the program of four classes there in three. This year it is planned to open four second classes. The school works according to the program “Effective beginning”. How to enter this school? Only after the child has successfully passed pedagogical diagnostics.
2. School 1589, Moscow. There are fixed houses, so first of all they will take the children “from their own” territory. These are, for example, Aminevskoe highway, Kremenchugskaya street, Artamonova street. The school has not only a general education class, but also an international one, which provides for in-depth study of foreign languages.
Is it easy for a child to get in from outside? I call the school and ask: “Is there any chance of a child from another district getting into first grade?”
“If you do not live in the assigned territory, you will be included in the additional list, and in recent years we have not even opened an additional list. All places are filled,” the director’s reception answered honestly. What program does the head teacher follow? Educational program of UMK “Planet of knowledge”.
3. School 218, Moscow. There is an attached territory. On March 29, there should be an open day for parents of future first-graders. The school relies on developmental education programs, the Zankov system line (mathematics, Russian, literary reading), the developing program “Perspective”, the program on the world around the UMC “School of Russia”. There is no accelerated learning at school.
4. Kirov Physics and Mathematics Lyceum – program “Elementary school of the 21st century” Russian language, the world around. But mathematics – according to the program of Lyudmila Georgievna Peterson. One first class will be opened. There is no fixed territory. You can imagine what a stir will be at 00 hours on April 1!
5. Lyceum 130 im. Lavrentiev, Novosibirsk is considered the base school of the Russian Academy of Sciences and is located in the famous Akademgorodok. There is an attachment, for example, Akademicheskaya, Zolotodolinskaya, Maltseva streets. Applications will begin on April 3rd.
6. Dmitrov gymnasium “Logos”. There is a fixed territory. What is interesting is the squares – Historical, Trade, Soviet.
7. Lyceum 97, Chelyabinsk. There is a fixed territory, for example, houses on Brat’ev Kashirinykh Street, Kalinina Street.
