About kindergarten – Municipal state preschool educational institution kindergarten “RADUGA”

The history of the creation of the kindergarten “Rainbow”

MDOU kindergarten “Rainbow” is located in the village of Yarn on the street. M. Melentieva 7. The kindergarten first opened its doors for children on April 7, 1986. The building of the kindergarten is of historical importance for the village of Pryazha – it is the last object of construction funded by communist subbotniks. There were seven groups in the building. The groups were equipped with new furniture and toys. On the sites there were brick verandas, slides, swings, houses. Both builders and teachers were involved in gardening the territory of the kindergarten. Many flowers were planted around the kindergarten. Until now, birch trees planted by educators delight everyone who comes to kindergarten. 30 people worked in the kindergarten.

The head of the kindergarten was Syulvi Ottovna Bochkareva, the music director was Ensi Eskovna Demeshko. In kindergarten, the children were met by teachers: Makhova Vera Ivanovna, Filyushina Irina Alexandrovna, Goncharova Tamara Andreevna, Kalinina Lyubov Grigorievna, Novikova Tatyana Ivanovna, Bern Valentina Pavlovna, Ulyanova Valentina Anatolyevna, Stelmakh Viktoria Viktorovna, Mikhailova Valentina Ivanovna, Redkina Galina Nikolaevna, Mironkova Tatyana Mikhailovna , Kozlova Svetlana Ivanovna, Lukyanova Lidia Alexandrovna, Berezina Tatyana Andreevna. Worked as a methodologist: Lukina Zoya Pavlovna. They were assisted by nannies: Shchekkieva Nina Matveevna, Gondoeva Olga Dmitrievna, Vareyka Anna Andreevna, Volkova Lyubov, Nefedova Olga. There was a very high staff turnover among the nannies. Delicious food was prepared by cooks: Rachkova Elena Pavlovna, Azarova Galina Nikolaevna. Savinova Elena was engaged in the economic part, and the housekeeper Khenova Larisa helped her. From the first days of the opening of the kindergarten and until now Yartseva Galina Dmitrievna has been working as a head nurse.

In subsequent years, the head of the kindergarten was Galina Mikhailovna Kuznetsova from 1989 to 1994, Nadezhda Alexandrovna Trofimchuk from 1994 to 1999. Since 1999, Elena Mikhailovna Avdeeva has been in charge of the kindergarten.

There were 27 children or more in groups. Two of us undressed in one locker. Then gradually the number of children decreased to 25, and then to 20 people in the group.

In those years, the kindergarten “Rainbow” worked under Vasilyeva’s program “The program for raising and educating children in kindergarten. ” There were few methodological developments, manuals. Therefore, the teachers did everything with their own hands. Some of the manuals have survived to this day (sound rulers, sets of stripes in width and length, a drawing manual – Karelian, Khokhloma, Gzhel ornamental elements). Parents were active assistants in the design of groups.

A methodical association worked on the basis of the kindergarten. Educators from all over the region came to the kindergarten to participate in conferences, seminars, and open classes.

During the demographic decline in the late 90s, our kindergarten remained the only functioning preschool out of the four previously operating. Nurseries No. 1 and No. 2 were closed, and the premises were given over to apartments.

Based on the Decree of the Head of Local Self-Government of the Pryazha District No. 218 dated 07/15/19In 98, two preschool educational institutions in the village of Pryazha were reorganized by joining the preschool educational institution “Rodnichok” to the preschool educational institution “Rainbow”, with the transfer to the preschool educational institution “Rainbow” of all property rights and obligations of the preschool educational institution “Rodnichok”. In 2000, six groups out of seven functioned in the building of the kindergarten “Rainbow”. Street buildings fell into disrepair. Brick verandas crumbled, there were almost no play buildings on the plots. But, despite the difficult financial situation, the kindergarten continued to work, to please the children and their parents. There were various events: holidays, hiking, entertainment. Work was carried out in all directions. With the arrival at 19In the year 99 of the new leader, the kindergarten was transformed: new wooden verandas, children’s buildings were built, the building is redecorated annually. Sponsors have been a big help.

From the moment the kindergarten was opened, traditions were born that are still maintained today: “Seeing off winter” with pancakes on the street, hiking with children over long distances, many excursions into nature and around the village.

Previously, there were traditional exits to the shore of the lake, swimming in the lake. Now these events are not carried out, in connection with the new requirements of SUN PIN.

In the 2000s, due to the increase in the number of preschool children in the village, the kindergarten initiated the opening of additional groups for preschool children. Since 2005, every year, groups for preschool children were opened in the building on the street. Goristaya 4 (the building of the former kindergarten “Rodnichok”).

Since 2005, the MDOU kindergarten “Rainbow” began to function in two buildings: on the street. M. Melentieva 7 and on the street. Goristaya 4. MDOU kindergarten “Rainbow” is attended by 218 children from 1.6 to 7 years old, for whom 11 age groups and a group for children with disabilities have been formed. In 2007, a CSD group was created (for frequently and long-term ill children).

Since 2002, MDOU kindergarten “Rainbow” has the second category. Our kindergarten works according to the educational program of preschool education with the priority implementation of the artistic and aesthetic development of pupils, based on the comprehensive program “Childhood”, which implements the ideas of developmental education.

Educational activities are carried out in the following priority areas:

– artistic and aesthetic

– moral – patriotic

– sports and recreation

– ethnocultural.

Kindergarten teachers widely use educational games (Voskobovich, Nikitin, Montessori, Gyenesh, Kuizner), TRIZ methods, and fairy tale therapy in their work with children. Aesthetic therapy methods are actively used in work with children. They use the programs “Young Ecologist”, “Semitsvetik”, “Color of Nature”. In recent years, environmental education programs have been successfully implemented. The conditions of the countryside contribute to a deeper study of the natural and climatic conditions of the native land through the following types:

The teaching staff is constantly working on the design and creation of an educational developmental environment focused on the development and upbringing of children, taking into account the requirements of modern didactics. In each group, developing centers have been created: intellectual, role-playing, physical culture; corners of nature, solitude, dressing up, construction. The entire space of the institution: corridors, landings, recreations in the educational process turn into fabulous islands, an ecological museum, a mini-gallery, a library, a Karelian room, a corner of moral and patriotic education. Halls for physical education and music classes, two art studios are equipped. The presence of a strong material and technical base and specially equipped premises make it possible to provide an opportunity for additional education: a theater studio, a sports and recreation group, dance circles, circles for art, Karelian. Every year, the methodological base is replenished with new manuals, literature, a multimedia projector has been purchased, but still not enough funds are allocated.

Working on the development of innovative areas, we try to preserve the traditions of our native land. (see appendix)

Currently, 70 people work in the kindergarten. Pedagogical activities are carried out by qualified creative teachers: 32% with higher education, 68% with secondary specialized pedagogical education. 3 teachers study in absentia in higher educational institutions. 12% of teachers have the highest qualification category, 56% have the first qualification category, the rest of the teachers have been certified for compliance with their position. 44% of teachers have more than 20 years of teaching experience, 15-20 years – 12%, 10-15 years – 20%, 5-10 years – 16%. Teachers are guided by the pedagogy of cooperation, adhere to the tactics of communicating with children “not next to” and “not above”, but “together”.

MDOU kindergarten “Rainbow” p. Pryazha is the central garden in the area. On the basis of our garden, there are: holidays of regional significance, methodological associations, coursework, district competitions “Teacher of the Year”, “Winter Entertainment – Fun” – for children attending kindergarten and for “unorganized” home children, sports events “Big Races” with participation of parents and children; participation of children in the events of the district: concerts, annual competitions “Cross of the Nation” and skiing, exhibitions of children’s works are held in the library, in the Pryazha Civil Registry Office, in the Pryazhinsky Temple.

Our kindergarten actively participates in various competitions and achieves good results. So, out of the four competitions “Teacher of the Year” held in the district, the teachers of our kindergarten were winners three times. (In 2008 – Sokolova E.V., in 2010 – Vershel S.N., in 2011 – Nikitina O.N.). Our garden took one of the prizes in the Republican exhibition-forum “One Hundred Heads of Education and Science of Karelia”, a prize in the Republican competition of programs in the ethno-cultural direction. And also awarded the diploma of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.A. Selyanin for participation in the competition “Best organization based on the results of work for 2006” in the nomination “For achievements in the field of education”. In 2010, our kindergarten became the winner of the regional stage and the winner of the all-Russian stage of the competition “Kindergartens for Children” in the nomination “The Best Rural Kindergarten”. In 2011, he became a participant in the same competition in the nomination “The Best Health-Saving Method”. In 2011, the work of our children took part in the International Competition “Christmas Card”, held in the children’s republican library. We repeatedly received letters of thanks, letters of honor for cooperation and close contact from such organizations as: a children’s consultation, a regional house of culture, the Administration of the Pryazha National Municipal District, a secondary educational school, a children’s library, a settlement employment service and other organizations of the village.

Based on the Decree of the Head of the Administration of the Pryazha National Municipal District of October 27, 2011 No. 1163, the Municipal Preschool Educational Institution Kindergarten “Raduga” was renamed the Municipal State Preschool Educational Institution Kindergarten “Rainbow” from 01.01.2012
