We pour all our attention into children 5 and under to make sure they’re prepared for school, and for life. Our Cottage design is tailored to encourage growth in two distinct ages—infants (8 weeks to 2 years) and preschoolers (2 to 5 years). We believe social interactions and community play major roles in early development, so children remain grouped with their peers and teachers as they grow.

Direct Support Professionals
serve individuals with disabilities in a residential group home setting by assisting with personal cares (bathing, toileting, grooming, hygiene, etc.
), transportation and support for community outings and activities, medication administration, housekeeping and cleaning duties, and meal preparation.
$15.00-$15.50 Per Hour

Schedule
: Part-time and full-time hours available (mornings, afternoons, overnights). Thirty or more hours/week is considered full-time and benefit eligible.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED
Possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
The ability to pass a criminal background and motor vehicle record check
A willingness to work hard and a desire to help others
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills
