Description:

With the help of my full-time Nanny I watch four wonderful small children of my own and have lots of experience babysitting and teaching children over the years in addition to my own. We would like to findsome additional children to watch to offset the cost of a full time Nanny which is why I have created a profile on care.com.
I teach sunday school for 4 year olds currently and have volunteered at my church to help with teaching the children for 10+ years. Since we have had our fourth child recently we hired a caring, loving, talented full time nanny. She helps with the kids, but we are hoping to find a way to split some of the costs of having her with us full time. So, we are looking to babysit one or two children. We would prefer watching kids under 9 years old so our kids can have some children to play with that are their age as well. We love going on walks, learning art, going to the playground, playing soccer and other sports, and watching educational videos. We believe that the most important way we can help our children is to teach them how they are important and loved, and shouldn’t be afraid to try new things!…

Recent Review:

My daughter has been at this daycare for a little over a year. We are so lucky to have found Ms. Carla and Little Miracles. As a new mom and coming out of the pandemic, I was more than anxious to send mylittle one to a daycare. Little Miracles has been wonderful for my daughter and for our family.
When we were first looking for daycare centers, we were struggling to find a center that we could afford and one that had room. Within an hour of contacting Ms. Carla that first summer, we were able to hear back from her and schedule an appointment to see the facility. At the time, we needed to tour while there were no kids there (of course due to the pandemic), but we were so thrilled by how our daughter took to Ms. Carla.
When our daughter started, Ms. Carla assured us that our little one was happy and cared for by sending picture updates and all the fun little crafts home. She was active, learning, and playing. Our little pandemic baby was so fulfilled.
Besides for all the crafts, ABCs, counting, now days of the week and months my little one knows (she astounds me every week by the new things she is learning) – Ms. Carla is the one who potty trained my baby and helped us follow the routine at home. Without her, I have no idea how I would have done it. Seriously, she knows kids and she is the professional.
Ms. Carla has been steadfast with her Covid protocols and this has helped her daycare stay safe and clean for all kids. The center is much smaller than other comparable centers which is best for our daughter. Ms. Carla and her team is attentive, caring, and treats all kids like her own.
As a family, we deeply appreciate her service, her love towards our little butterfly, and her guidance and grace for us as new parents to support us in this journey together….

Recent Review:

We are extremely happy with Kim’s love and care for our son. She is very caring, loving and pays attention to detail. My son literally drags me early in the morning because he just can’t wait to go to MissMimi. He enjoys learning so much and socializing with other kids. Within one week of joining Miss Mimi he started counting from 1 through 10 at barely 14months. We instantly knew we had made the best choice for our child. Highly recommend Kim because she is the very best in town and does it with all her heart. She loves these kids like her very own….
