About the Provider
Description: Psalm 139 tells us that each child has been created by God for a special purpose. Building Blocks takes seriously the responsibility of caring for young children and providing for their spiritual development in all areas of growth. We seek to partner with the home and the church as we nurture each child’s physical, emotional, cognitive and social development and instill the knowledge and love of Jesus Christ in each child’s heart.
At Building Blocks we provide a safe, fun and challenging environment with learning centers, Bible stories, and lots of outdoor play areas where children can explore, create and build confidence under the guidance of loving Christian teachers who feel called to teach young children. Our 13,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility features enclosed playground space, a 9,500 sq ft. outdoor play area, learning centers in every classroom, and video monitor system accessible to the directors of the facility. Quite frankly, there are no other facilities of this quality anywhere in the area!
Currently, there are three centers available – in Fayetteville/Hope Mills, Cameron and Raeford. All three centers are 4 Star-Rated and in the process of achieving NAEYC accreditation (see www.naeyc.org for more information). Each center accepts NACCRRA and subsidy from surrounding counties, as well as local universities.

Abstract
This review provides a comprehensive overview of recent advances in the supramolecular organisation and hierarchical self-assembly of organo-functionalised hybrid polyoxometalates (hereafter referred to as hybrid POMs), and their emerging role as multi-functional building blocks in the construction of new nanomaterials. Polyoxometalates have long been studied as a fascinating outgrowth of traditional metal-oxide chemistry, where the unusual position they occupy between individual metal oxoanions and solid-state bulk oxides imbues them with a range of attractive properties (e.g. solubility, high structural modularity and tuneable properties/reactivity). Specifically, the capacity for POMs to be covalently coupled to an effectively limitless range of organic moieties has opened exciting new avenues in their rational design, while the combination of distinct organic and inorganic components facilitates the formation of complex molecular architectures and the emergence of new, unique functionalities. Here, we present a detailed discussion of the design opportunities afforded by hybrid POMs, where fine control over their size, topology and their covalent and non-covalent interactions with a range of other species and/or substrates makes them ideal building blocks in the assembly of a broad range of supramolecular hybrid nanomaterials. We review both direct self-assembly approaches (encompassing both solution and solid-state approaches) and the non-covalent interactions of hybrid POMs with a range of suitable substrates (including cavitands, carbon nanotubes and biological systems), while giving key consideration to the underlying driving forces in each case. Ultimately, this review aims to demonstrate the enormous potential that the rational assembly of hybrid POM clusters shows for the development of next-generation nanomaterials with applications in areas as diverse as catalysis, energy-storage and molecular biology, while providing our perspective on where the next major developments in the field may emerge.

Building Blocks for Kids
Seven-year-old Cameron is the youngest of 3 children and he has 2 dogs named Mardy and Ollie. He loves to swim, play outside, and go for walks. His favorite place to go is Jungle Jims! Cameron is doing so well as he is finally talking and now talks all the time. He loves music and rides a hover board like a rock star!
Cameron was a typically developing baby and met all of his milestones on time. At 18 months, he regressed and stopped talking and making eye contact. He was diagnosed just after his 2nd birthday with Autism, ADHD and Global Developmental Delay. He was non-verbal for a long time but through lots of therapy, he is finally talking, though it is not conversational.
Cameron’s family is asking for a tall, privacy type fence to help keep him safe in their back yard, which he loves to play in. However, he gets distracted by the neighbor’s pool and constantly tries to climb the current fence.

Four Building Blocks to Create and Sustain a Positive Workplace
February 3, 2022
By Kimberley Barker and Mary Ceccanese
Do you wake up in the morning excited to come to work? Are you recognized for your contributions? Do you feel you are an important part of the organization as a whole? It would be wonderful if we all could answer yes to these questions but sadly that is not always the case. However, you can make small changes that will help you become empowered in both your work life and your personal life.
By using the four building blocks known as FUSES, you can create and sustain a positive business workplace that will help propel you and your organization forward. Each FUSE builds unique strengths that can be used independently. But collectively, these four fuses create an acceleration to an engaged, energized, thriving, and successful workforce. They lead to an explosion of positive benefits that fall onto those who light all the FUSES.
FUSE 1: Forging a Positive Workplace
In Professor Kim Cameron’s book Positive Leadership: Strategies for Extraordinary Performance, he writes about what it takes to create a “Positive Climate”[i] and refers to the “activities” that are necessary. Instead of activities, let’s think of these items as hallmarks of a positive work environment. Together they amplify the possibility of having a workplace where you can do your best and be your best, and so can everyone else in the environment.
What are these hallmarks? They are three words that are seldom heard in the workplace: compassion, forgiveness, and gratitude. Why are they important? Professor Cameron notes that “people don’t leave companies, they leave bosses. ”[ii] There may be many different reasons, but supervisors and managers play a large role in how departments function and operate. An operation that includes these hallmarks is going to be healthier physically and emotionally than one that doesn’t. This workplace is also going to be more productive and efficient, creating a win/win for both employers and employees.
Exhibiting and demonstrating compassion, forgiveness, and gratitude are not just important for supervisors and managers. They are important for everyone. This trio can transform your life and the lives of those around you.
FUSE 2: The Upside of Change
Why do we often tense up and get nervous when we find out that change is coming? Why does change need to be viewed as a bad thing? Many of us like to stay in our safe place. After all, change can be scary. Dealing with uncertainty can be difficult, but in a world that is constantly changing, to stand in one place for too long—and not improve or advance—can certainly result in an untimely demise of some sort for a product, a service, or a person. That’s the reason understanding the “why of change,” realizing the power of taking action, and becoming a change agent are important.
How many of you have an “Uncle Chuck” who still wears polyester pants from the 1970s? While he was hip then, Uncle Chuck is anything but hip in today’s world. Although clothes may come back in style again, there’s usually a tweak or two that differentiates the eras. Uncle Chuck needs to advance his style, or he will suffer an untimely fashion death, if he hasn’t already! While fashion may be something to joke about, think about organizations that remained stagnant in changing times (Sears™, Blockbuster™, and Toys “R” Us™, to name a few). The minute they stopped innovating along with their customers’ wants and behaviors was the first stage of failure for them. It is important to not just change for change’s sake, but for change to be intentional.
What if you have no control of the changes coming at you? We can’t always control the sea, but we can learn to surf the waves. If you try to really understand the need for change, it is much easier to get on board, become a change agent in your organization, and help and support those who need help with change.
FUSE 3: A Strengths-Based Approach
In his book Outliers, Malcolm Gladwell shares stories of many people who are unusual or different from society’s norms and yet make a big impact on our world.[iii] In this brilliant and entertaining work, he questions not only what distinguishes these famous and successful people but also what makes the highest achievers different. The answer is not what you think; it turns out that continuous learning, getting creative, and diligence are a big part of success! Elon Musk, Richard Branson, Oprah Winfrey, Chip and Joanna Gaines, Ina Garten, David Bromstad, and the many other successful people he describes all discovered what their strengths were and how to make them work in a unique way in our world today.
Focusing on strengths doesn’t mean we ignore weaknesses; instead, we focus on what happens in the workplace when we enhance people’s strengths. It is important for us to know our own mission/purpose, vision, and values; followed by those of a learning team and an organization. Combining all this information provides important data to know how the organization is running but also what stabilizes it and how the individual can contribute.
FUSE 4: Engage in High-Quality Connections
High-quality connections are the ties or interactions we have with one another that light us up. A more formal definition would be that they include mutual regard, trust, and respectful engagement. We have hundreds of these interactions every day. When we walk into a building from a parking lot, take local transportation, talk on the phone, or attend a meeting, we have opportunities to engage in these interactions. They are not relationships, although it is possible for them to grow into relationships; they are brief encounters that can make us feel deeply connected, disconnected, or neutral. The more connected we feel, the more benefits there are to us.
Using the pathways of respectful engagement, task enabling, trust, and play, our health can improve physiologically and psychologically, and we experience increased job satisfaction.[iv]
Research shows that these types of interactions increase our thinking and learning, build resilience, promote job satisfaction, and improve physiological and psychological health.[v] In other words, if you sincerely smile at someone when you walk past them, it causes positive health benefits to both of you. It is really that simple.

Kimberley Barker, PhD, has a passion for teaching, learning, organizational development, advocacy, and planning for the future of work. She has taught at the university level since 2010 and is co-author of You Can Create Positive Change at Work.
Mary Ceccanese is Owner and Principal Consultant at Dynamic Connections, a company that focuses on creating an engaged, energized workforce through positive business practices and is co-author of You Can Create Positive Change at Work.

Shaping the Consciousness of Abundance read online by David Cameron Gikandi (Page 4)
Chapter 2
Quantum Physics: What Are You and the World Made of
You may be wondering: what does quantum physics have to do with happiness and abundance? Well, you’d better just believe that it has, and the most immediate. How can you build a house without knowing what it is made of and how to build it?
Quantum physics explains how our world works. It is in your power to directly control the material world, but you simply may not have any idea about it. And the fact that you are not aware of how physical matter works and what role you play in it makes you perceive your life as an accident beyond your control. You may feel like you’re just a victim of circumstance, which includes whether or not you’ve found abundance.
Quantum physics is just the first step in the amazing awakening you are about to experience. You will not only understand how everything you see around you works, you will also realize how your beliefs and thoughts create matter, how you reap what you sow, and how “before you have time to ask, it will be given to you. ” This is how science eventually begins to come into line with spirituality and common sense, complements and explains them! And when someone tells you that everything is possible if you only believe it wouldn’t it be easier for you to believe if you know how it happens? Wouldn’t it be easier for you to believe if you knew it in detail, if you knew every step, if you were given scientific evidence of how your belief changes the Universe and creates what you aspire to?
One of the benefits of understanding the basics of quantum physics (and the basics of everything you need to understand) is that you will finally see clearly how our faith and right thinking work and how effective it is. This vision and understanding, this knowledge will allow you to be absolutely confident, cast aside doubts and create your reality already consciously, efficiently, gracefully – and in many ways become stronger.
Quantum physics also shows us the interconnectedness of everything that exists, reveals that we are all One Being, supporting the illusion of separation. Quantum physics also helps to understand how spirit and matter are connected, how mind and matter interact, how creation actually occurs, and how we can create together with God.
By the end of this chapter and the next four, you will be surprised to learn how much power you have at your disposal, how wonderfully our universe works, and how easy it is to create whatever you choose for yourself in it.
But first, what is quantum physics? Quantum physics is the study of the building blocks of the universe. For example, your body is made up of cells. These cells, in turn, are made up of molecules made up of atoms, which are made up of subatomic particles like electrons. This is where the world of quantum physics begins. Everything that surrounds us consists of “large agglomerations” of subatomic particles.
Your body, trees, thoughts, cars, planets, light, and everything else are “collections” of energy. All these are large groups of the same subatomic particles. The only difference between all these things is how these particles are connected to each other into building blocks that are much larger than these particles in size. Knowing how it works is the key to knowing how to change and create yourself, how to re-create the world around you.
To put it more precisely, subatomic particles are not particles in the sense in which, for example, grains of sand on a beach are particles. While atomic and other larger particles are objects or things, subatomic particles are not objects as such. These are the “probability of existence” and at the same time – the “multidimensionality of existence”. They are both waves and particles at the same time. And what all this means, you will understand by the end of this chapter.
Quantum physics asks the question, “What are these subatomic particles, how do they work, and what properties do they have?”
Let’s try to figure it out. Subatomic particles are “packets” of energy, sometimes referred to as quanta. Everything in this Universe consists of energy, and these energy formations, these “packages” show the most amazing properties! They can be controlled! The reason why they fold into luxury yachts, for example, is our own and collective thoughts. Now do you see the connection between quantum physics and wealth? Until now, you have probably built your world randomly and unconsciously. Now you have an understanding, now you are able to do it intentionally, consciously and in the direction you determine.
Journey through the quantum field
What is your body made of? from tissues and organs. What are tissues and organs made of? From cells. What are cells made of? From molecules. What are molecules made of? From atoms. What are atoms made of? from subatomic particles. What are subatomic particles made of? From energy? No. They are not made from energy; they and are energy. You are one big chunk of energy. The same is true of everything else. Spirit and consciousness create from this energy those material forms that we are accustomed to observe.
I am wealth. I am abundance. I am joy
We learn from quantum physics that the act of observing an object causes that object to be where it is. It all depends on when and how we observe it. Energy is the subatomic particles that make up atoms, which ultimately form matter. This energy exists in the form of waves propagating through time and space. And only in the process of observation do these waves turn into events localized in the space-time continuum – particles that are at a certain “time” in a certain “place”.
As soon as the observation stops, the particles turn back into waves. So your observation—your paying attention and your intention—literally creates things as spatiotemporal events. And this is a scientifically proven fact.
In the following chapters, you will learn how to focus and maintain your attention and intention, how to control your thoughts to create the exact reality you want to exist in.
I am wealth. I am abundance. I am joy
No solid object is joy. All “solid” objects are really just quick flashes of energy at the place where this “object” is located. In reality, no object can be said to simply be where it is.
So why does a human body or a machine appear to us as solid objects that exist constantly in time, although we know that in fact they are just shimmering energy fields?
Think about the images a movie projector creates on a screen. When you watch a movie, you see a person moving smoothly across the screen, when in reality it is just a sequence of twenty-four slightly different frames that change each other in front of your eyes every second so that your eyes do not even notice the gaps between them. Each such frame consists of billions of photons flashing in front of you at the speed of light. This is what our world is – very fast flashes that create the illusion of “solidity”, “solidity” and “continuity”.
Once you understand what our world really is, you begin to understand how it works, you begin to understand its true nature. Then you can completely change your idea of it, change your perception. And by changing your perception, you will be able to change the creative and creative processes taking place in your world. This is the first step towards wealth.
I am wealth. I am abundance. I am joy
All physicists agree that subatomic particles, these energy “packets” or quanta, are not particles at a particular point in the space-time continuum, like a table or a chair. They are probabilities that can exist at various points in time and space. Only the act of our observation turns them into “physical” particles at a certain point in the space-time continuum, and as soon as our attention is distracted, they turn back into probabilities. Imagine that the chair in your living room is one huge subatomic particle. The whole process would go like this:
When you are away from home and don’t think about your chair, it “disappears” and becomes a possibility. It can “reappear” somewhere in your living room or anywhere else in the universe.
When you get home and want to sit on a chair at a certain spot in your living room and start looking for it where it was, it magically appears in that spot!
This is not a fairy tale. Subatomic particles do just that!
The most amazing thing about this is that all matter is 100% composed of an unthinkable number of these subatomic particles. Therefore, all matter behaves in exactly the same way as a large collection of subatomic particles would behave. That “the chair is where it is” is the result of our observation of its presence in that place and our decision that it is there. It cannot be said that the existence of a chair is independent and independent. No matter exists by itself and independently of the observer. Therefore, scientists say that if absolutely everyone in the universe stops looking at the moon and thinking about it, the physical moon will simply cease to exist – its existence will turn into a possibility. The act of observation turns probability into certainty and eliminates all other probabilities that the same object exists anywhere else in the universe. It is our attention held on the Moon that creates the illusion of the density and duration of the existence of the physical Moon.

Proposal for the Open International Competition for Architectural Concepts for Standard Housing and Residential Development. Modular environment system
“CITY DESIGNER” – consists of a set of modules, some of them are designed for the layout of residential buildings, others are modules of different types of parking, yard improvement, modules of city streets of various meanings and, finally, a variety of functional modules for the complex filling of internal yards with everything necessary for a comfortable life. At the same time, standardization does not mean uniformity. This is an opportunity to carry out detailed quality control of each element of the city at all scales: from the bench to the building.
With easy, off-the-wheel installation, on-site construction work is kept to a minimum and more square meters of quality housing and infrastructure can be designed and built than ever before.
The combination of a house from the types of apartments chosen by the residents is carried out using specialized software, thereby reducing the time for designing each subsequent house, and the optimization of all construction processes allows generating a full-fledged environment from modern quarters in a semi-automatic mode. Due to the advantages of using cheap building technology for the main volumetric blocks of buildings, it becomes possible to expand the palette of facade finishing materials.

0200 feel every lesson given to you in this book. Some of the things that it says are easy to logically comprehend, but much belongs to the area that our mind is simply not able to cover. However, your “I” knows that everything is so, and perfectly understands what is at stake. When reading a book, be as open as possible, try to get to the very essence of what you are reading. Many things will seem to you to make no sense, since your mind is finite and is accustomed to operating only in four dimensions. Some things belong to infinity and are multidimensional in nature. They can only be comprehended by your “I”, because it is also infinite and multidimensional. Sometimes you will feel that you understand something at a deeper level than usual – and your mind may not be able to describe it, and yet somewhere deep down you will know that this understanding exists . Treasure this deep level, because it is simply impossible to comprehend it completely and completely with the mind. In any case, your mind is just a tool; everything you know is stored in your “I”. You are your “I”, and your mind is just a powerful tool and it serves you as long as you do not allow it to subdue you. However, most people mistakenly identify themselves with the mind and believe that they are the mind, and this is where all human miseries and limitations begin. Now you must fix it. Read this book and let it sink into your heart. Live it and wealth, prosperity and abundance will automatically come to you in such ways and in such quantities that you cannot even imagine – through the Law, from which there are no exceptions. Carry this book with you whenever circumstances permit. Have it on your nightstand at the head of your bed, read it for a few minutes every morning before you get up, and a few minutes before falling asleep. When you finish reading the book, start reading it again, a few pages each day. Repetition promotes internal assimilation, to the point that what is written in the book becomes second nature to you. You will understand it as much as you wish. Ready? Are you still interested? Let’s start. There are only two ways to live your life. The first is as if there are no miracles. The second is as if everything in the world is a miracle. Albert Einstein Nothing in the appearance of a caterpillar tells us that it is going to turn into a butterfly. Richard Buckminster Fuller Chapter 2 Quantum physics: what are you and the world made of You may wonder: what does quantum physics have to do with happiness and abundance? Well, you’d better just believe that it has, and the most immediate. How can you build a house without knowing what it is made of and how to build it? Quantum physics explains how our world works. It is in your power to directly control the material world, but you simply may not have any idea about it. And the fact that you are not aware of how physical matter works and what role you play in it makes you perceive your life as an accident beyond your control. You may feel like you’re just a victim of circumstance, which includes whether or not you’ve found abundance. Quantum physics is just the first step in your amazing awakening. You will not only understand how everything you see around you works, you will also realize how your beliefs and thoughts create matter, how you reap what you sow, and how “before you have time to ask, it will be given to you.” This is how science eventually begins to come into line with spirituality and common sense, complements and explains them! And when someone tells you that anything is possible if you only believe it , wouldn’t it be easier for you to believe if you know how it happens? Quantum physics asks the question, “What are these subatomic particles, how do they work, and what properties do they have?” Let’s try to figure it out. Journey through the quantum field What is your body made of? from tissues and organs. 9+7 (8172) 239-339 Your city: Vologda ✖ Yes Choose another city Cart (0) 0 ₽ Hurry up to buy! Who and how moved blocks weighing 500 tons? | History | SocietyThere are still no intelligible explanations for how giant pyramids were built, majestic temples and statues were erected. It turns out that people who lived in the Nile Valley 4-6 thousand years ago possessed fantastic engineering and construction technologies. In a short time, they were able to make an unprecedented breakthrough by erecting the famous pyramids (the pyramid of Cheops held the title of the tallest building in the world for over 3 thousand years!) and showing unprecedented skill in processing hard materials. And then all these technologies, all the unique skills of the ancient Egyptians rapidly and inexplicably disappeared. We list only some of the mysteries of Ancient Egypt. Processing of sarcophagiMost of the archeological monuments of Ancient Egypt are somehow connected with the funerary cult. The best preserved are those that were created using strong and durable materials (the longer the deceased Egyptian’s funeral inventory “serves”, the better it will be for him in the next world). The most common such material is stone. For example, some Egyptian sarcophagi were even made of granite. And not only sarcophagi, but also various elements of buildings. Many are polished with incredible craftsmanship. And how it is possible to process granite, hollowing out a burial box from it and not having modern machinery and technologies, is completely incomprehensible. Granite sarcophagus in the Pyramid of Khafre. Photo: wikipedia.org Colossi of MemnonOn the west bank of the Nile, opposite Luxor, there are two seated statues. They were created during the reign of Amenhotep III . It is believed that the statues depict the pharaoh himself, sitting at the entrance to his funeral temple. This is another tribute to the cult of the dead — to preserve the peace of the deceased pharaoh, the incarnate deity who left the earthly limits and found eternal life on the other side of being, in its former splendor and grandeur. Statues of Amenhotep III. Photo: Commons.wikimedia.org/ Olaf Tausch Today, these giant figures have almost no faces left, but their size is still amazing. And the manufacturing technology is unclear. The colossi of Memnon are made of ultra-strong quartzite, they reach a height of 18 meters, each statue weighs 750 tons. The statues rest on a quartzite pedestal weighing 500 tons! One can only put forward hypotheses about how huge multi-ton blocks of quartzite sandstone, which was mined in quarries near modern Cairo, were delivered to the construction site. After all, those who moved these blocks had to cover a distance of 670 km! And the transportation devices had to withstand the weight of 500 tons. Statue of Ramesses IIOn the western bank of the Nile, opposite the ancient city of Thebes, there is a memorial temple of Pharaoh Ramesses II (lived in the 13th century BC) – Ramesseum. It lies in ruins, but even the ruins show how grandiose this building was. Ramesseum. Bird’s eye view. Photo: Commons.wikimedia.org/ Steve F-E-Cameron The statues and temple buildings of the Ramesseum are made mainly of soft limestone, which is not particularly technologically difficult. But there is something really interesting there. In the courtyard of the memorial temple there are fragments (upper part) of the statue of Ramesses II. According to scientists, the sculpture reached a height of 18 meters and weighed 1,000 tons. The weight of the pedestal on which it once stood was 750 tons. But the main thing is that the statue is made from a single piece of pink granite. The gigantic size and the highest craftsmanship do not fit in with the technological capabilities of the people of that time. Ramesseum. Fragments of the statue of Ramesses II. Photo: Commons.wikimedia.org Crystal EyesThe statues of Ancient Egypt keep another secret. Some of the sculptures, made, for example, from limestone or even wood, have crystal inserts as eyes. True, very few of them have been found, but the quality of these lenses is so high that you involuntarily think: how can you achieve it without having a grinding machine? It is noteworthy that, like the eyes of a living person, the crystal eyes of ancient Egyptian statues are able to change their shade depending on the angle of illumination. For example, the eyes of a wooden statue of Pharaoh Horus look either blue or gray and even mimic the capillary structure of the retina. Professor Jay Enoch of the University of Berkeley in his study showed how close these glass models are to the shape and optical properties of a real human eye. Wooden statue of pharaoh Horus. Photo: www. globallookpress.com The Egyptians achieved the greatest skill in processing lenses by 2500 BC. e. After that, the technology disappeared for 700 years. Then it was revived, but after some time it was lost forever. In the future, the Egyptians simply painted the eyes of the statues with paint. Blocks for pyramidsPyramids are a visiting card of Egypt. Looking at them, any of us first of all thinks: how could this be built more than 4 thousand years ago?! Historians have many hypotheses, most of them proceed from the fact that limestone blocks were cut in quarries using chisels or copper picks. True, to date, there have been no reliable finds of such tools. But in this case it is even more difficult to answer the question: how were blocks made of heavier and harder rocks — granite, basalt, quartzite — prepared and delivered to the construction site? It has been established that most of the granite blocks were made in quarries near the modern city of Aswan. They were taken from the rock mass. And it was truly a titanic work. First, a groove with a very even wall was punched around the future block. The top of the workpiece was leveled with some kind of tool that left even grooves on the granite. But how the ancient builders extracted the prepared block from the array is impossible to imagine. As already mentioned, there are no tools at the disposal of scientists that would help to understand this. Granite blocks in quarries near Aswan. Photo: Flickr.com/upyernoz Grinding and carvingDjedkar’s pyramid has not survived to this day. But next to it there are fragments of a floor made of limestone blocks. The blocks are carefully ground to each other, and the floor plane is well leveled after laying and polished. How could this be achieved without stone processing machines? When visiting many of the monumental buildings of Ancient Egypt, one has to be surprised at the quality of processing of building materials. So, at the Pyramid of Menkaur, the walls were leveled with an unknown tool. <- Предыдущий пост: Daycare toddlers: Toddler Child Care & Early Education for 1-2 Year Olds Следующий пост: Kindercare northridge: Northridge KinderCare | Daycare, Preschool & Early Education in North Hills, CA -> |
