About Bright Minds

Bright Minds Learning and Child Care Center is a privately owned and operated facility. The owner serves as the Executive Director and is actively involved in the day to day operations of the center.

The Executive Director’s family has more than 30 years of experience in the child care industry. This experience has helped develop a quality learning program for children. Our program is designed to:

• Provide exceptional care and development for infants and toddlers.
• Provide a foundation for Pre-School and Pre-K children to build upon with the ultimate goal of having the skills, confidence and social ability for success as they enter elementary school (i.e., school readiness).
• Provide supplemental learning to our school age children and participants in our Summer Program. This includes providing academic assistance in needed areas and providing extra curricular activities that further support their growth and development.

Our professional, well trained staff has a genuine love for children, is dedicated to the teaching of young children and has a strong desire to see them grow and learn. The Bright Minds staff receives ongoing training in child care and development. In addition, our staff is trained in First Aid and CPR. All staff members undergo a criminal background check.

Our staff is friendly, courteous, helpful, always has a smile for our children and parents, and is focused on establishing a partnership with parents to ensure the best experience for our children.

We believe that a child’s development begins in infancy. Everything that a child witnesses and learns is instrumental in setting a solid foundation for their development. It is our desire to provide a center where experiences are positive and where children are inspired to grow, learn and explore. We also ensure that there are plenty of hugs, smiles, love and fun along the way!

We know that working parents have a great deal of concern when it comes to child care. They want to make sure that their children are in environments that are safe, nurturing, learning-oriented, encouraging and happy! That is what you get with Bright Minds.

Mission

Our mission is to offer a fun environment that fosters exceptional learning and care for children in our program. We seek to encourage children to expand their minds as well as develop their creativity.

We strive to be innovative and creative in our approach to learning and to ensure that a stimulating environment is maintained. We also strive to develop a partnership with our parents for the positive growth of our children. We want parents to readily see the advancement in their children and the joy that their children feel being a part of the Bright Minds family.

We believe in the proverb that says “it takes a village to raise a child”. We want to be a part of your child’s village and your partner in providing positive life experiences for your child.

As citizens of the Mableton, Cobb County and Metro Atlanta communities, we commit to working to ensure that we play a positive role in making the community better. This is done by volunteering our time, donating our resources and ensuring that we remain active and supportive of those efforts that enhance our communities.
