Another very simple and at the same time insanely delicious dessert is brownie.
And even though Brownie is from America, our hostesses liked him very much. Still, how can you not love this rich chocolate flavor and amazing moist texture.
For cooking, you do not even need a mixer, just a whisk and a good mood.
A few tips for a perfect result:
• Use good chocolate and quality alkalized cocoa, it is much darker and has a richer flavor.
• Butter must be at least 82% fat, no margarines.
• And, of course, don’t overdry the brownies!!! Observe the temperature regime.

Prepare all required ingredients.

Add all the sugar to the eggs and whisk until light in color.

Add butter to the chocolate and melt everything in a water bath or in the microwave in 10 second pulses, mixing thoroughly each time.
