Our Space
Our Facilities and Security
The first years are a critical time for learning and social development.
Program Highlights
NURTURING ENVIRONMENT
We begin by providing a safe, clean environment where every student is loved, nurtured, and supported. Our small student-teacher ratios complement high-quality learning and all teachers are trained in SIDS and Shaken Baby.
MULTI-SENSORY EXPERIENCES
As children begin to master language and mobility, they will discover a whole new world around them. The classroom is equipped with furniture, manipulatives and learning tools creating an environment ideal for the children to feel curious and independent in their space.
DAILY REPORTS
We utilize Tadpoles, a web-based childcare and preschool app (iOS and Android) that gives parents real-time notes and reminders, photos and videos of their children at day care, and school notifications and alerts. Tadpoles is designed to give childcare providers a way to keep track of kids’ needs — and parents peace of mind while keeping them informed throughout the day.
OUTDOOR PLAY
We are fortunate to have Hudson County Park right across the street and we take advantage of it as much as we can. Children (12 months & up) have plenty of room to run and play and exert all that energy their little bodies build up throughout the day.
DEVELOPMENTALLY APPROPRIATE ACTIVITIES
We incorporate fun activities that boosts language, communication skills and physical development to both challenge and stimulate the minds of our young children. Circle Time encourages toddlers to develop a wide range of skills and attitudes such as confidence, self-esteem, talking and listening.
ACCREDITATION
We are licensed by the State of New Jersey Department of Children and Families, which develops standards for childcare centers. We go beyond childcare license standards to ensure our families that their child is receiving the greatest care and education in an environment that is superior to most.

Pre-school education in France – To Paris
Rating 5.00. Votes: 5
In the most developed Western European countries, early (1-3 years old) and preschool (3-7 years old) childhood are regarded as a special national resource that makes it possible to solve complex problems of social and economic development.
Modern French crèches accept all children who have barely reached the age of three months, regardless of the nationality and citizenship of their parents.
The direct preparation for primary school is carried out in the kindergarten, which in France is also called the “mother school” (ecoles maternelles). The upbringing and educational process of the “mother school” is designed for a period of three to four years. Kindergartens accept children between the ages of 2 and 6, subject to availability. Pre-school education in France is not compulsory, but almost all children from 3 to 6 years old attend kindergarten.
It is believed that mother schools (kindergartens) are the biggest success of the entire French educational system. During the stay of children in these schools, they learn many useful things and receive full-fledged communication skills, which subsequently help them to easily adapt to the requirements of secondary schools, and then to study in higher educational institutions .
In maternal schools, children are divided into three age groups. The first is from 2 to 4 years old, where children only play. The second (middle) from 4 to 5 years old – they learn modeling, drawing and other practical skills, as well as oral communication. The third (oldest) from 5 to 6 years old is preparing to learn reading, writing and counting.
The gardens are open five days a week, six hours a day (three in the morning and three in the afternoon). In large cities, gardens are open from early morning until 18 – 19 hours, and during holidays, as many parents work and children need supervision. Quite often, in kindergartens (mother schools), children, accompanied by teachers, go hiking and have small picnics in nature for the whole day.
Scolding and shouting at little pupils is strictly prohibited, they treat the kids very carefully and affectionately. The teachers don’t let the kids cry. If the child is upset, he will be picked up and comforted, or distracted by some interesting activity.
In France, Wednesday is a traditional day that was previously reserved for religious education and activities. Most French kindergartens are closed on Wednesdays, and as a result, parents on this day either have to resort to the services of a private nanny, or seek help from relatives or take the child to special centers for sports, music and other extracurricular activities.
In France, early childhood education can be supported by the church. So, there are special institutions of preschool education that belong to the Catholic Church and are paid by the church. Approximately 10% of children attend such preschool educational institutions. It should be noted that in France, already at the stage of preschool education, much attention is paid to the integration of children with developmental problems into the environment of normally developing peers.
Together they visit common groups of preschool educational institutions. From early childhood, included in a benevolent, healthy environment, children with developmental problems are more easily socialized in the future, and their normally developing peers from early childhood get used to being tolerant, adequately assessing and accepting people with special needs.

One of the prominent sights of Bayonne
St. Mary’s Cathedral was built between the 13th and 16th centuries. in the style of northern churches. Don’t miss the Renaissance stained glass windows (16th century) and wall paintings (19th century). In the left transept, you will notice a 13th century chiseled knocker on the door, called the “ring of refuge”: legend has it that criminals on the run will find refuge here if they touch the ring.

Cool museum
In the small seaside town of Bayonne, we visited this museum with an elegant layout of the port in the 19th century with naval and merchant shipyards. It was very interesting look at the history of the Basques, especially since this is the only museum in France that opened on the embankment with the sonorous name Quay of the Corsairs back in 1924 in an old house of wealthy Basques from the late 16th century. After the reconstruction in 2001, the permanent exhibition is located on three floors. More than 2000 exhibits are presented in 20 rooms, each of which is provided with a commentary in French, Basque and Spanish. The objects and works of art are collected mainly at the beginning of the 20th century. Here you can learn about the birth of Basque identity over the centuries through religious struggles, wars in Spain . The museum contains items related to the everyday life and holidays of the Basque people. Part of the exposition is devoted to the history of the Jewish community of Bayonne. Before that, we visited a similar Basque museum in Bilbao, which also opened at that time. Therefore, a visit is a must for all history buffs.

Cleverly done
We found this botanical garden near the cathedral. The territory of the garden is small, but pay attention to its scheme – it is strictly divided into 9thematic zones, each of which is very well maintained and thought out. Beauty. The entrance is free.

interesting and tasty!
A very good museum – maybe there is a better one somewhere, but we were very pleased with it. You can watch a documentary about how chocolate is made, from collecting and drying grains to finished products. You can just look at the old and vintage mechanisms that were used before for treats. The exposition is located in several small halls.
At the exit – a boutique where you can taste chocolate and, if you want, buy, the choice is very good. Well, if there is a child, he will like to make a chocolate figurine himself and then take it home.
