We are looking for a capable Project Coordinator to support and organize a wide range of projects, from simple business events to more complex multi-site plans. As a project coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with the project manager to prepare detailed action plans with required resources, timelines and project budgets.

• Scheduling meetings both within the team and with external parties

• Perform a variety of coordination tasks such as risk management, administrative duties, project documentation, and handling financial and other inquiries.

  To succeed in this role, you must have excellent time management, communication and organizational skills and enjoy multitasking. You will need to achieve results within a strict deadline and work with clients and our team to achieve this. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with three to five years of work experience.
