I try to create comfortable conditions for the parents of my pupils. The parents of my pupils are my like-minded people and my helpers. Together we try to create comfortable and safe conditions for our children. We replenish our play and educational zones with new and interesting material, having previously discussed the necessary issues at parent-teacher meetings over a cup of tea. We organize sweet tables for children (usually this happens after thematic matinees).

Parents together with their children willingly and with pleasure participate in various thematic exhibitions, make crafts, draw. In the dressing room, I created a number of information stands where you can see the results of the children’s activities during the day, information on issues of interest, and on the photo stand you can see the life of children in kindergarten from photographs.

Preschool age is the time when the foundation of a person’s whole life is laid. And if you pay attention to the subject-environment of the child both in kindergarten and at home, his sensory susceptibility of the world around him, then this will contribute to the formation of a harmonious, self-sufficient personality.

I think that among the most important means of education in the first place is the teacher’s personal example and his word.

The educator himself must be educated. The profession of an educator makes it possible for us adults to return to the world of childhood. Working with children, you see the results of your work, a good, kind attitude from the parents of the pupils. And the most important and pleasant thing is that children love you, share their secrets, trust and ask for advice. And it’s worth it. Working as an educator, I try to give children a piece of my soul, by my own example to show my attitude to the world around us, to people, to nature. I like to look at the world through the eyes of children, find joy in it, think about my kids, empathize with their failures, help solve these failures and rejoice in successes and victories. I also think that the educator must have professional skills in order to form a comprehensively developed personality, creative, with an active life position, with his own opinion.
