The robot, named Sparrow, is equipped with an artificial intelligence application, computer vision systems, and robotic “arms” with suction cups. The new robot is already running in test mode at one of the company’s warehouses in Texas. If everything goes well, there will be many more such robots in Amazon warehouses next year.
