How to improve the condition of the child? To do this, you need to remember 2 rules: observe a diet and second, nutrition should be balanced, varied and contain the necessary vitamins and minerals.
The diet is a rational diet, that is, the setting of certain intervals between meals, as well as its quantitative and qualitative distribution throughout the day.
