New kindergartens and a school appeared in the Yuryevets microdistrict of the city of Vladimir. But so far, only in the planning draft
The authorities of the capital of the Vladimir region have begun a public discussion of adjustments to the draft planning of the ARRIAH territory with an area of 130 hectares. In the future, new skyscrapers, private houses, as well as kindergartens, a school, sports and shopping centers may appear there

launched an absentee public discussion of adjustments to the draft planning of quarters No. 6, No. 9and No. 10 in the Yuryevets microdistrict. We are talking about building a vacant area of 130 hectares to the west of the Institute town, between Vsesvyatskaya and Slavnaya streets, behind the residential high-rise buildings of Monostroy on Gvardeiskaya Street.
According to the documentation, a quarter of the site area is allocated for the construction of residential buildings: 11 hectares for high-rise buildings, 30 hectares for individual houses and mid-rise houses. More than 7 thousand people will live in the microdistrict. Another 2.14 hectares of land are laid out for kindergartens with a total capacity of 540 places, 3.46 hectares for a school designed for 1,110 students.

Separately, the project mentions the improvement of the territory. A little more than 6 hectares are allocated for landscaping – laying out the square, more than 27 hectares – for the ARRIAH sanitary protection zone. Over 40 hectares have been allocated for transport needs – for parking and garage boxes with a total capacity of almost 4,000 cars, as well as roads and a race track.
The microdistrict provides for various shops, services, places for recreation of citizens. Thus, the project documentation mentions dry cleaning, bank branches, a swimming pool, a pharmacy, a children’s and youth sports school, a clinic, a sports and leisure center and a shopping center, as well as an open area, which “is intended for mass events by residents of the quarters.

The main streets of the microdistrict will be Vsesvyatskaya and one more, named in the documentation “Projected 1”. They must ensure the maintenance of the public area – by them, parents will take their children to school and kindergartens. The width of the carriageway on Vsesvyatskaya will be 14 meters, on Projected 1 – 9 meters, and at least 5.5 meters near intra-quarter driveways.
The microdistrict, at least in the project, will be connected with the city of Vladimir by public transport. The documentation spelled out the proposed bus route: st. Institute town – st. Projected 10 – st. Projected 1 – st. Vsesvyatskaya – st. Volnaya – st. Orthodox – st. Glorious – st. Institute town. Stops will be located half a kilometer from residential buildings.

Detailed project documentation is published on the website of local governments, and is also presented for viewing in the city department of architecture and construction (Oktyabrsky Prospekt, 47, room 528).
The exposition opened on January 19 and will run for 14 days. It can only be viewed on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 12:30 to 17:00.
Public discussion of adjustments to the draft layout of quarters No. 6, No. 9 and No. 10 in the Yuryevets microdistrict will end on February 3. Comments and proposals on documentation can be sent through the feedback form on the website of the mayor’s office, a letter to the city department of architecture or the administration of the Leninsky district, or using entries in the visitor register of the exposition.
