Kids Quest at Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa

General FAQs

What activities do you offer at Kids Quest?

There are a variety of exciting activities at Kids Quest from physical challenges to video games, tablet play, and crafts. Please visit the amenities page on this website for full details on all of the great things children can experience in our care. The fun varies slightly from center to center, so please visit specific location pages for a list of play events.

What ages does Kids Quest care for?

Kids Quest hourly child care is available for children from 6 weeks through 12 years of age*. Our Tiny Tots room is specifically designed for our smallest guests, ages 6 weeks to 30 months. The main play floor is designed for children from 30 months to 12 years of age. All interest areas and kids’ activities are designed to be age-appropriate.

*Green Valley Ranch provides care to children 2.5 years through 12 years of age only.

Can I stay and play with my kids?

Kids Quest is an hourly child care and entertainment center created so that adults may explore amenities located at our host properties independent of their children. In fact, our mission is to provide “Play time for kids and free time for you!”

Do I need to bring anything for my child?

Kids Quest is a shoe-free environment that requires children to wear socks throughout their stay. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and if you forget socks they are always available for purchase. Other than that, our little guests just need their imaginations and the desire to have a fantastic time.

I have an infant, what do I need to bring to the center?

Parents are asked to provide diapers, formula, a bottle and/or sippy cup, food for infants, a change of clothes, baby wipes, and a pacifier (all if applicable). Diapers are available for purchase at a nominal fee, as well as infant and toddler-friendly snack options.

What if my child has a food allergy?

Please notify our team members upon check-in if your child has an allergy. We offer a variety of food options, but we cannot assure you there will be items to fit your child’s dietary needs.

Does Kids Quest have a behavioral policy?

Maintaining a safe and healthy atmosphere is critical to our mission. We do not discipline children in our care; however, it is appropriate to redirect unwanted behaviors. Ideally, we would like to work with families to prevent these behaviors from occurring. When necessary for the safety of all children in our care, we may need to look at dismissing a child that engages in inappropriate behavior. For further questions please speak with a manager on duty when visiting Kids Quest or call ahead of your visit for further clarification.

What are the qualifications of your employees?

Kids Quest teammates are trained and certified in CPR and first aid, as well as in all forms of play-based activities to engage your child. There are also mandatory ongoing trainings for teammates throughout their employment to supplement and refresh skills or to update credentials.

How do I check the balance on a Kids Quest gift card?

First, ensure that your card is the “new” version. New cards have “Gift Card” in the bottom left corner. If you have the new version, click here and type in the card number and pin. For more information on Kids Quest gift cards, visit our Gift Cards page.

Pricing FAQs

What is included in the hourly price?

All of the games and kids’ activity areas in the center are included in the hourly child care fee including karaoke, large playing structure, dramatic play, video games, and more! Monthly themes and activities are also included in the hourly rate unless otherwise stated in the event details. Snacks, refreshments, and meals are available at our Quest Café for an additional charge.

Is there a time limit on how long my child can stay?

Kids Quest is located throughout the country and complies with all local and state regulations. Please call the center directly before your visit for more information.

Do I need a reservation?

We are currently only taking reservations for Tiny Tots, children 6 weeks through 30 months of age. Tiny Tots are not currently available at all of our centers so please check your location page or call the center for the latest information. Otherwise, we operate on a first-come-first-serve basis. Centers do get busy, so pre-registration is offered and suggested to speed up the check-in process. At this time, reservations are required for children’s birthday parties at Kids Quest. Please see the “Parties” tab for more information on birthday parties.

Loyalty Rewards FAQs

Do you have a Rewards program?

Yes, every guest can participate in the Loyalty Rewards program. To enroll, simply provide a valid email and gaming card number for our files at check-in. Once you enroll you can begin accruing hours. For every 15 hours, a FREE hour of time is earned at Kids Quest.

Does it cost anything to join the Loyalty Rewards program?

No, our program is absolutely free to join. You simply need a valid email address and gaming card on file. Every hour your child spends at Kids Quest is counted towards your FREE hour.

Are there any other benefits to the Loyalty Rewards program?

Besides earning a FREE hour of play after you accumulate 15 hours of paid play, you will be eligible for deals and offers through the program. As well as, be the first to know about exclusive center and community events.

Is there a discount for multiple kids?

Currently, we offer the Loyalty Rewards program as a great way to accumulate free time at Kids Quest. Hours are accrued for all children checked into Kids Quest on the same record. Example: Adult caregiver checks in three (3) children for four (4) hours at Kids Quest, for a total of 12 hours accrued. After that visit, there are only (3) three hours to go for one FREE hour of care.

Through our Loyalty Rewards program, we do also offer various discounts each month.

What do I need to bring for registration?

You will need a form of photo identification to check your child in and out of our facility. If it is your first visit, you can pre-register on the location page to streamline the process.

15 Best Vegas Hotels for Kids (2022) Your Family Will Love!

If you’re wondering where to stay in Vegas with kids, I’ve got some great suggestions for you!

Even though many people think of this city as a place purely for adults, there are actually quite a few family hotels in Las Vegas that your kids will love.

Places where kids are as welcome as grown-ups – there are even many Vegas hotels with a kids club that will keep children thoroughly entertained throughout their stay.

Here are 15 of the best Vegas hotels for kids that you can consider, both on and off the main strip, when it’s time to plan your next getaway – and what each of them has to offer.

Kid Friendly Hotels in Las Vegas on the Strip

1.

The Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino

The Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino is
located right on the famous Las Vegas, NV strip – and it’s not as busy or as
crowded as you would expect to find, especially during quieter months of the
year when it’s not technically “tourist season.”

Instead of just a pool, they offer a water park – complete with sand to complete the look and feel of the real beach – and right at the same resort you can find an aquarium that totals just over 1.5 million gallons.

It’s huge, it’s impressive, and it’s sure to wow the kids.

Amenities like free wi-fi and room service are available, and the restaurants around the resort have great menu options catering to kids (even fussier ones!).

When it comes to good hotels for kids in Las Vegas, Excalibur is one of my top choices just for its dedication to the theme.

Dissolution of a marriage concluded in Las Vegas on the territory of Russia

By the way:

By the way:
We can collect maximum child support
More

Many couples want to make a wedding celebration especially unusual, bright and memorable, in Russia this is not always possible, exit registration of marriages is currently allowed in rare cases, a bill on this topic is under discussion. There are many more opportunities abroad.

So in Las Vegas, to get married, you don’t have to wait a month, by applying to the city court with a passport on any day of the year from 08:00 to 00:00, you can immediately become a married person. The ceremony can be held in a chapel, in a gazebo, in a car tunnel, without getting out of the car, in any hotel in Las Vegas or just in a beautiful place, at the bottom of the Grand Canyon, by helicopter and even in a hot air balloon.

Did you think it only happens in the movies, and everything that was in Vegas will remain in Vegas? But no, during registration they issue an official marriage certificate, which, if there is an apostille, is recognized by other states.

So our trustee, Mrs. G., went with her boyfriend to travel to America, and got married at Special Memory Wedding Church in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. As in a Hollywood movie, the wedding celebration took place, and the newlyweds returned to Russia. Some time later, the couple had a child.

Later, the husband left the family, and Mrs. G. turned to us for advice on the following issues:

  • Can this marriage be considered official?
  • What are the characteristics of such a marriage?
  • Is it possible to get a divorce in Russia?

Can a marriage contracted in another country be considered official?

Almost any marriage, even concluded in Africa in the company of aborigines, if desired, can be legalized in Russia. To do this, it is necessary to put an apostille on a foreign marriage document if the marriage was concluded in a country participating in the Hague Convention, or in all other cases, apply for legalization to a foreign consulate in the territory of the Russian Federation of the country where the marriage certificate was originally received.

However, if a violation of the norms of the Family Code of the Russian Federation is found, namely: one of the spouses is already in a registered marriage, the persons are close relatives in a straight line (parents and children, brothers and sisters, etc. ) or adoptive parents and adopted children, one of the spouses is recognized by the court as incompetent due to a mental disorder, the marriage cannot be legalized.

So, Mrs. G., immediately after the wedding, having put an apostille on a bright certificate from America, actually legalized this marriage on the territory of Russia. The husband mistakenly believed that he was an unmarried person.

Marriage certificate in Las Vegas (USA) with an apostille

What are the characteristics of a marriage in Las Vegas, USA?

From a legal point of view, except as a form of evidence, such a marriage is no different from that concluded in the Russian registry office. When legalizing a marriage, the same stamp is put in the passport. Property acquired during the marriage is considered jointly acquired, and the consent of the spouse is required when selling it. If a change of surname is recorded in a foreign certificate, it must be done.

The peculiarities include the fact that if both the husband and wife do not want to legalize marriage in Russia, then they will not be considered married.

Is it possible to get a divorce in Russia if the marriage was concluded in the USA?

If both spouses are citizens of the Russian Federation, the dissolution of the marriage takes place according to the general rules, without any particularities. The nuance lies only in the obligatory presence of a notarized translation into Russian and an apostille or a document on the legalization of a marriage certificate. This also applies to foreign birth certificates of children.

Collection of alimony can be carried out in any way, voluntarily or judicially. In this case, the spouses almost immediately after the birth of the child, even before the decision to disperse, signed an agreement with a notary on the payment of alimony, believing that their interpersonal conflicts should not affect the interests of the child.

For the dissolution of a marriage concluded in Las Vegas, our specialists:

Firstly, they determined which justice of the peace had jurisdiction over this civil case, since the child was registered with the mother, the right to choose a court arose, at the place of registration of Mrs. G. or at the place of registration of her spouse.

Secondly, we prepared a statement of claim with the following documents attached:

  • original marriage certificate with notarized translation and apostille;
  • a copy of the marriage certificate with a notarized translation and an apostille for the defendant;
  • a copy of the statement of claim for the defendant;
  • receipt of payment of state duty;
  • 2 copies of the child’s birth certificate;
  • 2 copies of the certificate of registration of the child;
  • a copy of Mrs. G.’s passport for the court and 2 copies of the power of attorney for our lawyers to represent her interests in court.

The first court session on the issue of divorce was scheduled a month after filing a lawsuit in court.

At this time, work also began with the bailiffs – executors on the issue of initiating enforcement proceedings for the collection of alimony payments by force, on the basis of an agreement on the payment of alimony, which in its force is equated to a writ of execution. If alimony payments stop or the spouse begins to evade them, the notarial agreement should be sent to the bailiffs for execution, which we did. Having prepared an application to the inter-district department of bailiffs with copies of the child’s birth certificate, passport and bank details of Mrs. G., a power of attorney for our specialists and the original notarial agreement, enforcement proceedings were started.

Agreement on the payment of alimony and a statement to the bailiffs for the recovery of alimony.

But literally two weeks later, having received a court summons, it would seem that already a former spouse, he began to make active attempts at reconciliation, initially surprised that this marriage could generally be considered legal in Russia. G. herself expressed her desire to resume marital relations. But the application to the court has already been filed, what should be done in such a situation?

The Code of Civil Procedure provides for the right of the plaintiff to withdraw the claim at any stage of the proceedings until the decision is made. At the first court session, our lawyer Akimova A.N. filed a motion to waive the claims in connection with the reconciliation of the parties. The magistrate issued a ruling to terminate the proceedings, which entered into force 15 days later and was received by our lawyers as confirmation of the preservation of the marriage. Vivid evidence of Las Vegas returned to G.

See also:
How we helped a citizen of the Russian Federation to carry out a “divorce with a Turk”.

Our trustee also decided to terminate the enforcement proceedings for the recovery of alimony. Having sent a corresponding application to the bailiff, the agreement on the payment of alimony was returned to the hands of G. , and the collection of alimony through the bailiff service was terminated.

Court ruling to terminate judicial proceedings in a divorce case and a decision to terminate enforcement proceedings.

A story with a happy ending, the family survived and even strengthened after the incident. We do not know whether the magical power of Las Vegas affected the spouses or not. But the lawyers of the ICPS “Planet of the Law” are always ready to come to your aid and terminate any marriage, no matter where in the world it was concluded.

Las Vegas with kids – Janette’s Cafe – LiveJournal

Las Vegas is the capital of lights, entertainment and sin. And also the capital of excitement, because there are more than 100 casinos there! How to plan a trip to Vegas? When is the best time to go? What is there to see? Food, entertainment, helpful tips, and Vegas with the kids. Come visit and I will tell and show everything. ..

Overview, The Strip

Las Vegas is a city in the western United States, in the state of Nevada. It is located on the territory of a rocky desert, which causes a hot climate. The coldest month is December. The most favorable months for travel are from January to May. In summer, the air temperature rises to 40+ degrees, and it is very hard to bear. April is the most favorable month for travel with comfortable temperatures ranging from 20 to 27 degrees.
The flight from Toronto to Las Vegas takes only 4.5 hours, but the time difference between the cities is 3 hours. Toronto is ahead.
Flights to Las Vegas should be taken in a package, along with a hotel. The final price depends on the level and location of the hotel. The entertainment zone of Vegas is located along the main street – the strip. It is on the strip that the main hotels are located. And visiting hotels is an integral part of a vacation in Vegas. You can walk around any hotel, regardless of where you stay. This is what an approximate strip map looks like –

Hotels

On the map, all hotels are located next to each other, and Google says that the strip is only 7km long. In fact, these are all huge distances !!! Walking only along the strip, with calls to hotels, we walked more than 20,000 steps every day! Hence tip #1 – take very comfortable shoes with you, in which you can walk for hours –

The fact is that each hotel is a huge complex, where you can walk endlessly. The invariable attributes of each of the hotels are, of course, casinos, shopping centers, cafes and restaurants. But the hotels differ from each other with their unique styles, architectural designs and entertainment programs.

Well, let’s start our journey from our hotel – The LINQ . By the way, I can safely recommend it. Location – couldn’t be better. Right in the center of the strip. The hotel is small, relatively cheap, modern, with big rooms and the highest Ferris wheel in the world!

Outside the hotel – a walking area with cafes, restaurants, and shops –

This is how beautiful the strip looks from above, from the Ferris wheel –

You can see the pools below. I would not advise you to count on the fact that you can relax in the pools. They are quite noisy, with a huge number of people. Our hotel had a pool for adults, but we could use the pool for children in a neighboring hotel – Flamingo. But there were so many plans that somehow there was no time left for the pools –

Yes, we stayed in Vegas for 4 nights. I think this is the best way to see the city, as well as visit the Grand Canyon (I’ll talk about it later).

Nearby hotel – Flamingo . One of the oldest hotels on the strip. Of course, it has already been restored many times, and it looks pretty decent –

Next I will write which hotels did not look very decent))). The hotel is notable for its small oasis, where flamingos walk, of course. We didn’t shoot live flamingos –

The neighboring hotel on the other side – Venetian . One of the most beautiful hotels on the strip. Judge for yourself –

Beautiful scenery inside –

And by the way, despite the blue sky, this is the view inside the hotel.
You can ride a gondola to the songs of a gondolier from $30+ per person –

We leave the Venetian and continue to go north. Here is our favorite hotel – Wynn

Most of the decorations are made from natural flowers –

Later, this is where we will see the most unusual, fabulous and beautiful show that we have ever seen …

We cross the road and find ourselves near the hotel Mirage . We didn’t go to all the hotels. It is simply unrealistic to overpower physically in a few days. We looked at the Mirage from the outside –

And the hotel is significant in that the stones periodically “erupt” a volcano –

Of course, it is clear that this is not a volcano, but like all the scenery of Vegas, it is part of the entertainment program. There are many such free viewing facilities in Vegas. City of entertainment after all …

Near Mirage, hotel Treasure Island

And this is a huge hotel complex – Caesar Palace . Hotel in the style of Ancient Rome –

Inside is a huge amphitheater, which was built specifically for the Celine Dion show. Now Elton John also performs in this theater.
We looked at the interactive show – Atlantis –

Next hotel – Bellagio . Famous for its singing fountains, made famous in the movie “Ocean’s Eleven”. Yes, all sorts of movies were shot in Vegas…

In the evenings, the fountains “dance” to different music every 15 minutes –

The hotel is also famous for its ceiling, which is decorated with beautiful glass flowers. There are over 2000 of them! –

We also saw a beautiful pavilion with seasonal floral decorations –

And the foyer is so beautifully decorated –

Bellagio also has a cafe with the largest chocolate fountain in the world! Well, with delicious pancakes and cakes)) –

And now let’s move to the very north of the strip to understand that it is completely optional to go there)))

In the north there is a circus hotel – Circus Circus . It seduces people with the fact that it is supposedly intended for families with children –

In fact, there are many children’s slot machines in the hotel, good circus performances are constantly held –

Huge attraction complex right inside –

The rest of the hotel is quite old and sucks, with the smell of cigarettes ingrained in the old carpets. By the way, smoking is not prohibited in all casinos, so there is always a smell of smoke there …

And one more hotel from the category “you can not visit” – Stratosphere

The northernmost hotel, on the outskirts of the strip. Like the hotel, the Circus is located in an uncomfortable area, more like an industrial / poor area than an entertainment center. It is famous for its tower, as well as extreme rides. One of these attractions is a portable carousel that circles people around the tower, high in the air.
Why do people choose such hotels? I think because of the cheap price. But being so far from the center, you still have to spend quite a lot of money on transport. Hence tip #2 . Take a hotel in the middle of the strip. This will save you money.

And now let’s go in the opposite direction, towards the south.
We look into the hotel Planet Hollywood . There are no special attractions in it, except for inexpensive restaurants and a good shopping center – Miracle Shops –

And this is the hotel Paris . Of course with the Eiffel Tower –

Romantic atmosphere of the good old Paris –

We move along the strip towards the south. Hotel Cosmopolitan . Known for a huge chandelier with hanging pink lenses –

We go to the next hotel and look at art galleries on the way –

Opposite hotel MGM . Once upon a time, several tigers lived in it, but now they are no longer there, and nothing of note remains in the hotel. Although, as it turned out, this is the largest hotel in Vegas in the number of rooms –

And this is the hotel Excalibur

And this Egyptian pyramid is the hotel Luxor

and here we are already in the southernmost hotel of the strip, we sat down to rest at – Mandalay Bay

Casino

It would be wrong not to show the main attributes of Las Vegas – the casino. There are casinos at every turn, starting from the airport. Yes, our trip was dedicated to the anniversary of my husband, and was a complete surprise for him. Here is our cheerful company departing from Tortno to Las Vegas –

And here are a couple of pictures of the casino –

We spent very little time in the casino, in the evenings, when the children were already asleep, and purely for decency)) to say that we practically did not lose anything)).
By the way, any hotel has several entrances. Naturally, through the main entrance most often you get directly to the casino, and after passing through the casino, you can already get to other parts of the hotels. Tip #3 – Look for entrance not through the casino. Well, why go through a smoky room once again, if you can immediately get into a beautiful / interesting part of the hotel.

The largest casino in the Venetian Hotel.

Shopping

Las Vegas has many shopping opportunities. There are shops in every hotel – from souvenir shops to super brand shops –

There are two outlets not far from Vegas that are said to have quite good prices. We didn’t plan to shop, so we didn’t buy anything but souvenirs.

Transportation

The easiest way to get to Las Vegas from the airport is by taxi or Uber. Being on the strip, it makes no sense to rent a car. There will simply be nowhere to park it…
It is most convenient to just walk along the strip itself, but as I wrote earlier, you will have to walk sooo much –

You can get a bus pass, but it’s not cheap. You can also buy a train pass – Monorail . We took advantage of this option one of the days. The pass cost $11 per person per day. The train flies over the strip, but does not always stop close to the hotels, and still you have to walk a lot. It is useful when you want to move from one end of the strip to the other. We have used Uber several times. And already when we went on a trip to the Grand Canyon, we rented a car.

Food

Eating out in Vegas is expensive. A small bottle of water on the strip costs $4-5. Of course, there are many restaurants, but it is quite difficult to find inexpensive options. Of course, it all depends on personal preference. We did not plan to go to fancy restaurants and spend a lot of money on food. For breakfast, we found a budget option for a restaurant. I can safely recommend this place – Ocean One Bar and Grille . The restaurant is located in the Planet Hollywood Hotel, in the heart of the strip.
One day we also had dinner at this restaurant. It was very tasty –

The most popular breakfast in Vegas is the so-called American breakfast – eggs, potatoes, bacon, toast, pancakes, pancakes or waffles. Here is one of the restaurants of the popular chain Denny’s and a typical American breakfast –

Each of the hotels has many restaurants and buffets. Friends went to the buffet at the Wynn Hotel, for brunch, and said that it was unusually varied, beautiful and tasty. You can also find restaurants of famous chefs, such as Gordon Ramsay –

And this is also one of the popular places – a cocktail bar. There are many such bars in Vegas –

At the Caesar Palace Hotel we dined at the Planet Hollywood restaurant

appeared on the threshold of restaurants –

Now, as I understand it, all these stars have long since retired from business, and restaurants are far from being in a profitable position. But it was still interesting for us to look there –

And this beauty, so similar to various sweets, is actually made of soap. In Vegas, we met many such deliciously smelling soap shops –

Well, just for the beauty of a little ice cream)) –

On entertainment in Vegas can be written endlessly. There are many of them and for every taste. Concerts of Hollywood stars, shows of the famous Du Solele Circus, musicals, famous fights, dance shows, shows for adults, magicians and hypnotists. As well as various museums and unique exhibitions. Above, I have already described which shows you can watch for free just by going to different hotels. But we also wanted to go for something special. We faced a difficult choice. Of course I wanted to see everything at once, but, unfortunately, financially it is difficult to pull. The choice fell on two of the most famous shows in Vegas. After much discussion, the choice was divided. One couple chose the famous Cirque du Solele “O” show, and the other two (including us) chose the equally famous “Le Reve” show. The fact is that both of these shows are water shows and, due to the most complex scenery, are not traveling shows. They can only be seen in Las Vegas. So show Le Reve (Wynn Hotel) –

Looking ahead, none of us have seen anything more beautiful and impressive than this show.
Place of action – round aquatic theater. It’s not huge and almost all the places are good. The first 5 rows are a bit cheaper as sitting there can get you a little wet from the spray. In the center of the aquatic theater there is a swimming pool, which changes and takes on various forms during the show. It is difficult to describe what he saw, but the show is based on a love story, with the most difficult acrobatic stunts, elements of dance, synchronized swimming, humor, with unusually beautiful scenery and costumes –

The kids went to see another show that we didn’t plan, but by the end of the holiday we decided to give them a little more fun. Blue Man Group (at the Luxor Hotel). This is a touring show. It can also be seen in other cities. As I understand it, this is a modern show in the style of “Mask Show”. The main three participants are in blue masks. The combination of music, rhythm, colors, humor and special effects. The children were absolutely delighted! They said it was the best thing they saw in Vegas))) –

We also took the kids to the 4D Cinema at the Excalibur Hotel –

We also planned to go to some adult show in the evening (there are a lot of them in Vegas), but somehow we didn’t get to it.

And one of the evenings we went to downtown, on the street Fremont . The street is known for its light show, which is projected on a huge screen, right in the sky above the street –

Around – loud music, casinos, shops, restaurants, fun. And the later it got, the more “adult” the fun became. Therefore, with the children, we did not spend much time there –

As you know, in Las Vegas you can arrange the fastest and most budget wedding. Here is one of those places where you can get married in a quick way –

And one more day we went to the Grand Canyon. It is a national park and one of the most beautiful natural parks in North America. But the story about this unique place deserves a separate post. I’ll tell you about this another time…

And finally, I’ll show you some pop))) But, as we say, What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas = Everything that happens in Vegas stays in Vegas –

Where can I leave my kids at the Las Vegas Casino?

Where can I leave my children at the Las Vegas casino?

Traveling to Las Vegas with my two kids (1.5 and 5) in September. Can we see people roaming the roads of Vegas at night with their kids? In almost all the photos and videos, I saw only adults wandering around with booze and laughter. All adult activities. I really want to show my wife the casino in Vegas before returning to my country.

Much of Las Vegas is very family friendly, so you shouldn’t have a problem taking the whole family just about everywhere. You can visit all major hotels and attractions with children.

However, although they are allowed in hotels, children are technically not allowed in play areas, so if you don’t want to gamble, you don’t have to leave your kids anywhere.

However, you can still watch the many gaming tables passing through the casino. They are usually noticeable due to different carpet or other borders. As long as the kids stay in line, you’re fine.

There are plenty of activities for families with small children like yours and plenty of free ones like the Circus Circus or the Children’s Park and Playground at Town Square Mall. You also want to visit the casino with your wife, and that means childcare, which can be done in most hotels. Those who do not offer in-home childcare can arrange for you to have an independent licensed nanny come to your hotel. Before you arrive, try browsing the Las Vegas Kids website, which is filled with information and ideas.

(Really, a comment on Johns-305’s post, but it doesn’t fit. ) I have to disagree with Johns-305. Although there was a period when Las Vegas tried to position itself as a family destination, it was a failure and they returned to the adult playground model.

The main problem is that there are very few for children. Gambling is age-restricted and the gambling commission makes them very strict about it while children are allowed to go through because the location of the casinos generally makes it impossible not to go through the gaming areas and get what is from them waiting on the go, don’t stop and look.

There are a few shows that would be interesting for children, but most of them are not, nudity is common and also some rather crude humor. Also, shows that don’t fall into any of these categories often contain a lot of content aimed at those who are middle-aged or older – too many links that will fly past the younger crowd, leaving them puzzled.

There are a few things, such as magical acts, that don’t fall into any of these traps, but that doesn’t mean much to children. There are a few activities for kids, but again, they are limited.

Showing your family in Las Vegas won’t be a problem. Just expect to shell out a decent amount for child care if you plan to stay for a very long time.

Based on our personal experience, which I have recorded in the following blog posts, Las Vegas has a lot of fun things to do for kids. If you are going to be there in the summer, you should choose a family-friendly hotel with a beautiful pool, such as Mirage, MGM Grand or Mandalay Bay. Many of the resorts along the strip also have kid-friendly Vegas shows, like Terry Fator in the Mirage, Blue Man Group in Luxor and Tournament of Kings in Excalibur. There are even a few places to grab a bite to eat and listen to live music with kids like House of Blues in Mandalay or Nine Fine Irishmen in New York (kids allowed from 9until 11 p.
