Serenity Childcare LLC
On October 1, 2000, Serenity Childcare LLC opened its doors at 2103 Ivy Street, Chattanooga, Tn. I love children and I love what I do. My motto is to make a positive impact in children’s lives. Serenity Childcare is a Christian Childcare and we focus on providing an environment that promotes a healthy mind, body and spirit. As such or number one priority is teaching. We use a creative interactive curriculum with all of our children, including infants. We believe you are never too young to learn. We introduce our infants to colors, numbers and shapes. We teach our children materials that are often not taught until the first grade.
We have exercise programs for our children that focus on flexibility, strength, coordination and confidence. We are a part of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) therefore, you can be assured your child will receive well balanced/healthy meals – breakfast, lunch and snacks. We are adamant about promoting healthy eating habits with our children; and we begin each day with praise and worship.
I understand that parents want the best for their children and I do too. At Serenity Childcare our dedicated staff are committed to providing exceptional childcare services. In addition to our creative interactive teaching, our exercise programs, healthy well balanced meals, daily praise and worship – we provide a clean environment. We clean both of our facilities with bleach and disinfectant cleaning products.
To keep your children safe and to keep you informed we use the Bright Wheel application for contact free sign in and daily activity reporting. At this time all of our staff is fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and we all are CPR and First Aid certified and AED certified.
Why Serenity Childcare?
Our small ratio of teachers to children; our creative interactive teaching, which include physical exercise that promote confidence, improve flexibility and cognitive skills and promote positive social behaviors; and our staff constantly providing a fun and exciting way for children to learn make Serenity Childcare the best choice for your family. In addition to a creative interactive teaching curriculum, we use Bright Wheel for contactless check-in, daily reports, to share information with parents/guardians and to capture learning milestones and memorable moments. Once the children graduate from our program and start school, our parents find when their children are more advanced than the average student. Our curriculum includes materials that are often found in the first and second grade curriculum.
We are apart of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and provide well balanced/healthy meals – breakfast, lunch and snacks. And we accept DHS Certificates.
By the way, our staff is CPR and First Aid certified and AED certified and at this time all of the staff is fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

My mom is the best in the world! — MADOU Kindergarten “HOPE”
Mom means tenderness,
This is affection, kindness,
Mom means serenity,
This is joy, beauty!
Mom is a bedtime story,
This is the morning dawn,
Mom is a hint in difficult times,
This is wisdom and advice!
Mom is the greenery of summer,
It’s snow, autumn leaf,
Mom is a ray of light,
Mom means Life!
Mom! The most beautiful word on earth. This is the first word that a person utters, and it sounds equally gentle in all languages. Probably each of us has the most wonderful mother in the world! It is our mother who is the most beautiful, the most caring, the kindest, the fairest, the most tender, the most attentive. Mom gave us this life.
November 25 is Mother’s Day in Russia. This holiday is celebrated in almost all countries of the world. This is not surprising, because for every person, mother is the most important person in life. In our country, the holiday “Mother’s Day” does not have a specific date, but falls on the last Sunday of November. nine0005
In honor of this holiday, various events were held in our preparatory group for school No. 8 of the MADOU kindergarten “Nadezhda”, preparations went on all week. The children at home, together with their dads, drew beautiful drawings, from which we organized a wonderful exhibition for moms in a group on the topic “Dear Mommy, My Mom …”.
Looking at family albums, the children chose their favorite photos of their mother for decoration in the gallery of the kindergarten for the exhibition “My Mommy!” and a group exhibition “My mother is the best in the world!”. As part of this holiday, we also held an intellectual quiz “Who opened this world to me!”. The children performed various tasks: they traced the contour of their mother’s hairstyle in the portrait and painted their hair in the same color as their mother’s hair, drew the most beautiful beads for their mother, guessed riddles, found out who their mother worked for and gave the correct answer, made up the name of their mother from letters. mothers, solved various thematic labyrinths and puzzles. nine0005
Any holiday is not complete without wonderful gifts, so the work of the creative workshop “My heart is dear to you!” was organized, where children with great desire and love made souvenirs for their mothers, and in the evening they gave them to their mothers.
Also, the All-Russian online Olympiad “Caring Hands” was held in the group, where children showed good knowledge, took 1st place and were awarded Diplomas.
That’s how interesting and exciting we celebrated the holiday – Mother’s Day! nine0005
Let’s say thank you all
To all our dear mothers!
For our life, for our happiness
We are very grateful to them. For their hard work,
When they brought us up.
For tenderness, affection and care
Thank you, we will say now.On Mother’s Day hearts are open
For the kindest, warmest words.
Let’s all say thank you
To all our mothers for the love!

Happy International Women’s Day! — Kindergarten №30
06.03.2020
A woman is a heavenly creature,
The embodiment of a fairy-tale dream,
A cloud of unfulfilled desires,
Wind from goodness and beauty!
How much effort did nature expend,
Creating a Woman into the world!?
What did good and evil
put into this many-sided silhouette?
Serenity of a summer dawn,
Purity of a cold stream,
Warmth from sunlight,
Fresh breath of rain,
Strange mysteriousness of fog,
Sensuality from morning dew,
Violence of an angry volcano
And the unpredictability of a thunderstorm!
How many beautiful poems have been written for the most beautiful women, of course, it’s time to dedicate these lines to them, in the spring, when nature wakes up from sleep, and the holiday of March 8 comes.
Thanks to Clara Zetkin, March 8 became one of the most beloved holidays in the Soviet Union and other socialist countries. The victory in the struggle for equal rights for women and men has long been won, both the Union and the socialist countries are a thing of the past … But the tradition of celebrating each new spring with a wonderful women’s holiday has remained. And on the eve of this spring holiday in kindergarten No. 30, matinees for children dedicated to International Women’s Day were held. Preparations began long before the holiday. Educators with children learned poems, held conversations, rehearsed skits, and together with musical directors learned songs and dances. For beloved mothers and grandmothers, gifts were made: greeting cards, handicrafts. Huge work was done on the design of the groups and the music hall. There was a festive atmosphere everywhere. nine0051
All the kids were smart and cheerful at the matinees in anticipation of the holiday.
