Description: The Dalhart Area Childcare Center was organized in 1975 by the Dalhart Ministerial Alliance as the Dallam-Hartley County Child Development Center, with the mission of serving the childcare needs of working mothers in Dallam and Hartley Counties. In 1994, the Center combined with the Magic Latchkey Program and was revamped into the Dalhart Area Childcare Center.
