We evacuated to Pine Dacha from another, more expensive but not convenient guest house, so there is something to compare with. Surprisingly comfortable, excellent design and layout of the territory, several zones fit in a small area (a beach area with sun loungers and a swimming pool, a gazebo with a barbecue, a tennis table, country swings, tables with chairs), it’s just that the eye rests and you don’t want to go to the noisy center at all. All plantings and the pool are maintained daily, everything is as in the picture – no squalor in the form of runny mint grass and withered trees (they are in abundance outside the perimeter). A guest house for aesthetes, for those who are not fans of a beach holiday (but for them, too, the beach is within walking distance, in a straight line under the canopy of plane trees, without looping through the streets, two stops on the minibus, if that)). The territory is surrounded by a high fence, which you don’t feel (this is how landings are planned), the gates are always locked (each vacationer has his own key) – this is convenient for families with children. If you don’t want to listen to their joyful cries and breathe the aromas of barbecue every day, ask for a room overlooking a quiet street, but unfortunately it’s impossible to discuss in advance where the window of your room will enter (I’m talking about doubles). Friendly hosts (thank you for the discounts!), excellent staff, admin Tatiana and Evgeny treat Sosnovaya Dacha and its guests as if they were their own home and family members. We did not cook here, there is an excellent dining room with inexpensive homemade food and the Gyros cafe nearby, a restaurant a little further, but we drank free tea at the Dacha and examined the contents of the common kitchen – everything is in abundance – cups, spoons, saucers, plates, saucepans, pans , salad bowls, knives, colanders, everything. Each room in the bathroom has a window with frosted glass, a basin, a liquid soap dispenser, decent toilet paper, two towels, a terry cloth for the floor and a towel-mat for the feet – they are changed every three days. We liked everything very much, but for my complete happiness, I would update the paint on the gate and gate))). In my opinion, this is the best guest house in Gelendzhik.
