Rules of the Detsky Mir bonus program

These Rules determine the conditions for the participation of Program Participants in the Bonus Program conducted by the Program Organizer in the Russian Federation*. From the moment of registration in the Program, the Participant enters into a relationship with the Organizer, fully and unconditionally accepts these Rules, undertakes to comply with them and has the right to receive Bonuses in accordance with these Rules. The Rules are posted on the Program Website, as well as in other sources at the discretion of the Organizer. The program is valid from the moment of its launch until it is completely canceled by the decision of the Organizer.

* The Organizer, at its discretion, may limit or change the rules of the bonus program on the territory of certain constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

Bonus program (“Program”) – a relationship in which a Member who purchases goods from the Organizer using a Member Card acquires the right to receive Bonuses in accordance with these Rules.

Organizer of the Program (“Organizer”) — PJSC Detsky Mir, main state registration number (OGRN) 1027700047100, taxpayer identification number (TIN) 7729352029, location address: Russian Federation, 127238, Moscow, 3rd Nizhnelikhoborsky proezd, 3 p.6, which has exclusive rights to manage and develop the Program.

Program Participant (“Participant”) – an individual who has reached the age of 18, admitted by the Program Organizer to participate in accordance with these Rules and who is a holder of any type of Card. The Participant independently manages his Bonus Account (accumulates bonuses for purchases and uses them for purchases) in accordance with the Program Rules.

Member Card (“Card”) — personal card of the Program Member issued by the Organizer and/or the Partner Bank, which has a unique number (bar code) of the Member’s Bonus Account within the Program, which is used to identify the Member in the Program, in including when accruing/withdrawing Bonuses for all Transactions made by the Participant. The Card allows the Member to accumulate and write off Bonuses in accordance with the Program Rules, as well as track information regarding the accrual or write-off of Bonuses. The card is serviced in the bearer mode. When making a purchase in the Program Territory using the Card, the Participant does not need to present an identity document.

Bonus Card — a plastic Card received by the Participant in accordance with these Rules. The bonus card is sold in the Detsky Mir chain of stores in the Russian Federation. A plastic card is accepted but not issued in the Far East and Siberia.

Virtual Card — A card with/without a plastic equivalent received by the Participant in accordance with these Rules. Shops in the city of Kaliningrad use only a virtual card.

Detsky Mir-MTS Bank Prepaid Card (the “Prepaid Card”) is a rechargeable unnamed prepaid bank card issued by the Partner Bank, which allows the Participant to receive and write off Bonuses in accordance with the Program Rules.

Detsky Mir-MTS Bank credit card is a refillable personal credit card issued by the Partner Bank MTS-Bank in the name of the Participant, which allows the Participant to receive and write off Bonuses in accordance with the Program Rules.

Citibank-Children’s World Credit Card is a reloadable personalized credit card issued by the Citibank Partner Bank in the name of the Member, which allows the Member to receive and redeem Bonuses in accordance with the Program Rules.

Partner Bank — Partner, which is a credit institution and operates in the Russian Federation in accordance with the current legislation, with which the Organizer has entered into an appropriate agreement providing for the issuance of co-branded cards (“Prepaid Card Detsky Mir-MTS Bank” , Detsky Mir-MTS Bank Credit Card, Citibank-Detsky Mir Credit Card) or distribution of co-branded cards in Detsky Mir stores and/or provision of Bonuses to the Member.

Partners — persons with whom the Organizer has concluded agreements within the framework of the Bonus Program, under which the Participants are given the opportunity to accrue / write off Bonuses when purchasing goods and / or services of these persons. The conditions for accrual/withdrawal of Bonuses are determined on the basis of the relevant agreements concluded between the Organizer and the Partners. The terms of such agreements are subject to change.

Member Questionnaire (“Questionnaire”) is a registration form containing the Member’s personal data and consent to their processing. The Questionnaire submitted by the Participant is the basis for registering an individual in the Program and activating the Card. By submitting the Questionnaire with personal data, the Participant expresses his full consent to the processing of his personal data, the personal data of his minor child contained in the Questionnaire, (within the framework of Federal Law No. Detsky Mir, location: 127238, Moscow, 3rd Nizhnelikhoborsky proezd, 3 p.6 and the transfer of data by the Operator to third parties for the purposes of processing. Consent is valid until its written withdrawal by the Program Participant. The participant has the right to withdraw consent at any time by sending a corresponding request to the Organizer’s address: 127238, Moscow, 3rd Nizhnelikhoborsky proezd, 3 p.6, indicating the card number and phone number associated with this bonus card. Reviews sent by other means are not considered by the Program Organizer.

Bonuses are calculated bonus units credited to the Participant’s Bonus Account in accordance with the Program Rules, as well as when the Participant meets other conditions determined by the Organizer independently or in agreement with the Partners, which are the basis for accruing Bonuses. Bonuses do not have a cash value and do not entitle the Participant to receive them in monetary terms. The period of validity of the Bonuses accrued for a purchase to the Member’s Bonus Account is 180 days from the date of activation. The period of validity of promotional Bonuses is set by the Organizer additionally for each promotion separately.

Active bonuses — bonuses accrued to the Participant’s Bonus account in active status. The Program Member can use Active Bonuses to partially pay for purchases in accordance with the Program Rules.

Inactive bonuses — bonuses accrued to the Participant’s Bonus account, which are in an inactive status and are not available for use by the Program Participant. Inactive bonuses accrued for purchases become active after 15 calendar days from the date of purchase or the date of accrual, excluding the day of purchase.

Promotional bonuses – bonuses that the Participant can receive with or without performing certain actions. Promotional bonuses are set to any validity period at the discretion of the Organizer. The rules for the validity of Promotional Bonuses are established by the Organizer of the Program for each promotion separately.

Bonus account — Member’s Card account, on which operations with Bonuses are carried out. The bonus account takes into account information on all Transactions made by the Participant using the Card. The bonus account is maintained in Bonuses. Bonuses are accrued to the Bonus Account and deducted from the Bonus Account when goods and/or services are purchased from the Organizer and/or Partners using the Membership Card in accordance with the Rules.

Database is an electronic database containing data on registered Program Participants.

Program area — the program is valid in the online store detmir.ru, in all retail stores of the Detsky Mir chain in the Russian Federation, as well as with network partners, if they are specified additionally. Additional restrictions or changes to the Program Rules may be introduced by the Organizer on the territory of certain constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

Special offer is a product with a special price.

Discounted product — product with some non-critical defect, for which a special price is set.

How to return an item in Detsky Mir?

Good quality returns

Items can be returned within 14 days if:

No signs of use, packaging and tags intact, and confirmed purchase from Detsky Mir.
The product is not included in the promotion for which a partial return of the order is not possible. In this case, you can only immediately return all the goods purchased with it.

Features of return on the day of purchase:

When applying for the return of goods on the same day and in the store of its purchase, the return is carried out on the day of the request.
When applying for the return of goods on the day of purchase, but in another store, as well as when paying for an online order with a bank card, when paying for goods using a social card, bonus points, gift card, electronic gift certificate or return certificate, the return is made after confirmation of all options for the loyalty program.

Return of defective goods

If you paid for the defective goods with a bank card on the site, social card, bonus points in the store, gift card, electronic gift certificate or return certificate, then the return can be issued only the next day after the purchase.

If the goods were purchased in a regular store:

If you paid with a bank card, you do not need a passport. Just a card is enough. In other cases, come to the store with your passport.

The product is not included in the promotion for which a partial return of the order is not possible. In this case, you can only immediately return all the goods purchased with it.
The item is not included in the list of non-returnable items.

Exchange without problems

Detsky Mir has its own exchange system within 30 days after purchase:

When exchanging, you return the previously purchased product and buy a new one only in the same category.
If you exchange a product for the same but different size, then the price on the day of purchase of the first product is taken into account during the exchange. If the price of the product has risen, then you will not have to pay extra.

Everything else is standard:

There should be no signs of use, the packaging and tags must be preserved, and the purchase in the Children’s World must be confirmed.
The item must not be included in the list of non-returnable items.
Must not be part of a promotion where partial refunds are not available.
