My amazing team of teachers and I are committed to the children in our Infant Care, Preschool and other age-specific programs. Our teachers have nearly 175 years of combined experience and many have received their Master Teacher credentials. We are nationally accredited by the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation. Our training center (NOU DPO ICC) is part of the Engineering and Consulting Center group of companies and is located at: Khabarovsk, st. Karla Marksa, house 96A, office 321.
