Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Childtime Learning Center in Byron Center, MI. My name is Ruth Zaagman and I am the school director. I have over 10 years of experience in the early childhood field. I have a CDA in Infant/Toddler/Two’s and numerous college credits relating to early childhood education as well as program administration from Grand Valley State University. I have been with Learning Care Group for over 6 years.

Our management team consists of myself, Pam Krolik, our School Education Manager, Virginia Green and Ariane Tall as our Team Leads, Pam as our SEM, mentors our teaching team to implement and provide a safe, creative and educational environment for our students.

Our school offers classrooms for Infants, Toddlers, Twos, Early Preschool, Pre-K, State funded GSRPR program, and School-Age students. The talented teachers at our school have varying credentials, ranging from bachelor’s degrees to CDA’s. They also participate in multiple professional development training opportunities throughout the year. We also require First Aid and CPR training yearly.
