May 28, 2018 in the village. Namtsy held a solemn event dedicated to the completion of the courses of the Children’s Academy of Law in the Namsky ulus. Throughout the 2017-2018 academic year, schoolchildren and their parents took additional classes to improve their legal knowledge, where they listened to reports, speeches and communicated with qualified lawyers, among whom were lawyers from the legal department of the Namsky Ulus Administration, representatives of the prosecutor’s office, law enforcement agencies, and the judiciary of our republic, who are members of the Yakut regional branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia headed by the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Alexander Kim-Kimen.
The ceremony was attended by Igor Nikolaev, Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Sargylana Semenova, Head of the Department of Public Service, Human Resources and Administration of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), members of the local branch of the Yakut regional branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia, as well as heads 19 naslegs of the Namsky ulus, in which 196 schoolchildren and 98 parents were trained.
Opening the event with a report on the work of the Namsky local branch of the Yakut regional branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia and the classes held at the Children’s Academy of Law in Namsky Ulus, a member of the Yakut regional branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia, Deputy Head of the Administrative Commission for Juvenile Affairs of the MO “Namsky Ulus” Ilya Kasyanov .
Next, Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Igor Nikolaev spoke. In his speech, he thanked for the active work to improve the legal culture, constitutional and legal knowledge among the population, which is carried out by the heads of the naslegs.
He also noted that these classes give students the opportunity not only to decide on their future profession, but also the opportunity to gain legal knowledge that they will need in adulthood.
Igor Nikolaev also presented each of the 15 distinguished students of the Children’s Academy of Law with certificates of completion of courses and a commemorative anniversary book of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Also, in a solemn ceremony, on behalf of the Chairman of the Yakut regional branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia Alexander Kim-Kimen, he presented the Honorary Diploma of the Yaro AYUR for active work in promoting constitutional and legal knowledge among the younger generation of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) to the head of the department of education, development and additional education of the education department Namsky Ulus, the curator of the Children’s Academy of Law in Namsky Ulus Maria Dyakonova, the administrator of the Namsky District Court of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Dmitry Zyryanov and the head of the department for assigning, recalculating pensions and assessing the pension rights of insured persons of the Office of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in Namsky Ulus Lyudmila Petrova.
Certificates of completion of the courses of the Children’s Academy of Law were received by:
