Everything in the hotel is at the highest level. Wonderful service, varied food, the water park is a separate delight, the animation is interesting, but in English, the sea was dirty near the shore, they went to swim on the pier. We rested with a child of 10 years old, dreams of returning again)

A good hotel with a large water park, but very far from the airport (about 150 km from Bodrum, there are almost no flights to Izmir). Nice, friendly staff. The grounds and rooms are clean and well maintained. The food is good in my opinion. Yummy ice-cream. Alcohol not so much. Beer is acceptable, wine is not very good, strong drinks are burda. The a la carte restaurants are below average, especially the steak house. Private beach, fine sand. When the waves are in the water, there is a lot of turbidity, algae and debris. It is more convenient to swim from the pier, but even there it is small. There are not enough sunbeds, especially near the pool, as people occupy them from 8 in the morning and keep them all day, even if they have gone to the room. There are few Russians in the hotel, mostly English, Turks, Dutch, French and Germans. Accordingly, the animators and staff speak mostly English, but there are a few Russian speakers. Evening shows seemed boring to us, amateur performances for C grade. I liked the excursion to Ephesus, a well-preserved ancient city. I didn’t like that the originally planned territory of a single hotel is now divided into 2 hotels: Tui and Aqua Fantasy, and you can’t enter the territory of Tui. Because of this, some paths simply rest against the fence, it is inconvenient to walk and run. In general, the holiday was a success, the hotel would give 4 points out of 5.

Big minus: the sea is very shallow, you can’t swim. And from the hotels water flowed into the sea, most likely it was water from the pools and the water park. The food is tasty, but on the 7th day it gets boring, a lot of things are repeated. The water park is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Removed on demand. Minus: the juices are all diluted, the child had nothing to drink except water. I don’t sing my son with fans and coca codes, and divorced, and juices. The hotel is mostly foreigners. And almost no one knew Russian, including the staff. The child did not go, so the kids club. Plus, that it is far from the city, around the mountains, the air is clean. And a good view of the mountains, no big buildings. There are rooms on the main pool, I think it is uncomfortable to live there, taking into account the sun and music. We lived near the water park, and it was quiet and peaceful there.

The only caveat is that they only speak English at the reception, in other places. The only Russian-speaking staff there is Alice, she sits in the office next to the reception. Very sociable, willingly talks about everything, helps to negotiate at the reception (knows both Turkish and English). The food is varied and delicious! Very tasty pastries and desserts. Every day there are several types of meat (chicken, lamb, beef), fish, stewed vegetables, you can find dietary dishes. There are always several types of cheese – local (cheese type) and simple cheeses. Fresh seasonal fruits. In addition to the main restaurant, there are several bars on the territory where you can eat or drink something in between breakfast, lunch, dinner. The main bar of this kind, on the way to the Pearl Bar beach. They also make delicious soft waffles during the day. There are several pools on the territory: a large one for children with slides, a small one in the courtyard (near the entrance to the indoor pool) and an indoor heated pool in the hotel building. The indoor pool is warm, the water is also heated a little, there is one water slide. The pool itself has three zones – a paddling pool, 90 cm and 140 cm deep. Next to the indoor spa pool and hammam. The rooms are different, we took a one-room family standard. The room has one double bed and two extra beds. Conventionally, the room is divided into two zones: by sliding doors, in one part there is a double bed, in the other part there are extra beds. It doesn’t get rid of sounds, but it gives a feeling of its own corner. The hotel has its own beach, small but neat. Every morning the sand is leveled by a tractor. The entry into the sea is oh-oh-very long, shallow, a significant plus for those who are with children and love warmer water, the shallower, the faster the water warms up. If you want to dive, go to the pier. The sand on the beach is very fine and shiny. Feels very cool! In swimwear, despite the smallness, does not eat into. Yes, the sea near the coast is unclear if there are waves, but this is a problem for all small sandy entries. The hotel has a kids’ club with English speaking staff. The girls are very welcoming and friendly to children, they try to find a common language even if the child does not speak English. The club accepts children from 4-12 years old. In the evening there is a children’s disco, it is carried out by the same animators from the children’s club. The water park is not very big, but varied in terms of slides. There are slides where you can ride with children on inflatable buns (children 90-120 cm and above), available for adults only. There is a children’s area with a shallow pool (30 cm) and slides for very young children. Everywhere near the slides and pools there are caretakers (red shorts, yellow T-shirt), helping to sit in buns, monitor safety. Entrance to the water park is free, but food and drink on the territory are paid, you need to leave the water park to a nearby bar (it belongs to the Aquafantasy hotel), everything is free there. If you are bored of sitting in a hotel, you can get to the neighboring towns of Kushadsy or Selçuk on your own. Both are 10-15 minutes away by local bus. Stops are located near the hotel. Kusadasi is more of a tourist town, Selcuk is more of a local one. Both are worth seeing, very cozy towns! We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel! The only thing we regret a little about is that we chose the time of rest at the beginning of May (May 2-11). The weather at this time is quite unpredictable. It can be both hot and rainy or cloudy and cold wind. If there is no sun, it becomes cool, the water in the sea and in the pools is cold. In outdoor pools, it is not just cold, but icy! The water park is no exception. Therefore, swimming on cool days remains only in the indoor warm pool. Keep this in mind when choosing your travel time. The weather stabilizes around May 15-20. Everything else was perfect! Thank you Aqua Fantasy Aquapark Hotel & Spa for our wonderful stay!

I liked it here, despite the fact that the contingent was solid Europeans, and I could not find a company. The hotel is located on a hill, not close to the beach, but the huge pool more than compensates for this. The staff clearly works for quality and is not trying to knock you out of money for nothing. The room is comfortable, however, it is clear that it has not been renovated for a long time. Everything is beautiful in the bathroom, the shower is excellent, and there are a lot of cosmetics in general.

The promised Internet was not, but it’s a pity. I was in the spa – nothing special, but the prices are so high …

The hotel is not a beach hotel, but this does not prevent it from being a good place to stay. Its territory is large, which is also very thoughtful and well-groomed. The interior is rich, but not like in typical “all inclusive” hotels, but with such European chic. They gave us a huge room, there was even a living room, and what a view – the whole city in the palm of your hand!
