My son has attended Bright Minds Childcare Center for almost 5 years (since he was 5 months old). My other son attends on a drop-in basis.

Ms. Cherita and the staff there provide positive direction, a listening ear, conflict resolution, education based programs, STEAM experiences, physical activity and so much more. This has been an excellent environment for my son. There have even been times he cried when time for pick up. My child feels loved and safe in his school.

During the pandemic, Ms. Cherita implemented increased safety measures to protect the children and families involved. She followed CDC and state guidelines as directed (which are still in place). I appreciate the increased level of accountability in keeping my child safe. Not once did she close due to an outbreak or positive COVID case. I believe the extra precautions are worth it.

She is also concerned about the community and neighborhood in which the business is located. She shares the rules and regulations required of the community to remain respectful of the neighbors.

I highly recommend Bright Minds Childcare Center.

06/03/2022

Both of my sons have attended Bright Minds since the ages of 4 months old until ages 5 years old. Both of my sons are able to articulate clearly and concisely as toddlers and as big boys. I attribute this to the class instruction provided here. They were reading, writing, counting to 100, adding and subtracting, identifying money, building structures, as well as navigating STEAM science projects with great ease well before milestone expectations. My older son in accelerated curriculum classes and my younger one will be entering kindergarten in accelerated classes at his new elementary school. During the pandemic Bright Minds was one of only three schools in Arizona that remained open through the entire pandemic with no positive COVID cases and still have yet to have had any confirmed cases. That speaks volumes for itself! The safety parameters that are currently in place maintain that our children are safe, secure , loved, listened to and deter any unnecessary attention that would invite harm or allow any harmful behaviors like those of recent events. I recommend Bright Minds to any parent looking for a place of safety, accelerated fun learning and nurturing accompanied by a staff dedicated to the unique needs of your child. Every child and family is treated with dignity, love and respect at Bright Minds Childcare!

Amazing daycare. My children love it. Great experience.

06/03/2022

Bright Minds is by far the safest day care I have experience. Cherita King does a fantastic job keeping a clean and welcoming environment. All the children that are enrolled at Bright Minds are very friendly and the staff are even more caring and attentive. It’s always hard to leave your children but knowing they’re in the best hands imaginable at Bright Minds makes it easier.

06/03/2022

If you are looking for a clean, positive, uplifting, nurturing and caring environment with a staff that extends the quality of care you apply to your child, this is the daycare for you and your family. We’ve experienced such consistent and warm welcoming towards our child. Additionally, the learning opportunities provided to our child are top quality. We noticed improvements in communication, mannerisms, and confidence with increased self-confidence. Your child will experience a well-rounded learning experience to prepare for kindergarten. Our family enjoys this daycare.

06/02/2022

My children have attended Bright Minds Childcare Center for several years and we’ve had an amazing and positive experience. I chose Bright Minds because I wanted an environment where I felt my children would feel safe, be treated with kindness, and receive individualized attention. My children blossomed at Bright Minds and it was so exciting to see all of the wonderful things they learned over the years. The staff at bright minds are loving and attentive and I couldn’t think of a better place to bring your children.

06/01/2022

Our son attended this daycare and was bullied and the owner Cherita King did nothing about it but get defensive and kick us out versus having a productive conversation. If you are looking for a safe environment for your kids, this is not the daycare for you!

02/13/2018

Our son has attended Bright Minds since the end of my maternity leave at 3 months old. He is now 1.5 and flourishing under their care. Their ability to instruct and develop their students minds and skills is only outdone by the nurturing atmosphere. With two educators as parents, we appreciate everything our son learns while in their care. We are constantly impressed by his rapid development. We highly recommend Bright Minds.

07/14/2017

Amazing! You will receive the excellent overall service you would expect from a large facility and your child will receive personal care and attention that they need. Always extremely clean and organized and completely catered to your children. Ms.Cherita is an excellent teacher and the children love her. They offer a food program which is awesome. They are licensed also licensed. Excellent place to bring your children.

07/14/2017

Loving, clean, and caring environment. Teachers are very engaged with students and send updates to parent often. My child learns new things each week and loves coming to daycare. I love this home daycare and would recommend to all.

Look up!

Stargazing is a wonderful way to spend time with your children – and a great way to turn that time into something educational. Astronomy is more than just gazing at stars – it teaches children about the universe, provides them with what can be a lifelong hobby or even a career later in life.

Astronomy is more than just grabbing a set of binoculars or a telescope and looking into the night’s sky. To get a true appreciation of the wonderment the constellations can bring, spend an evening with your children looking at the sky the way it was meant to be seen – with the naked eye. This allows your child to really get an idea of just how enormous the sky is and the beauty it contains, without the restriction of a telescope lens.

Start by teaching your children to look at and understand the phases of the moon and the bigger, easy-to-see constellations like The Big Dipper and the North Star. You’ll be surprised how excited your children will be when they can recognize a constellation and can point out at to you.

Now, if you aren’t sure about the constellations yourself, this presents a new opportunity for you to learn right along with your children. You can either take a class – sometimes your local library or science museum will offer classes perfect for beginners. There is also plenty of software and websites out there that can turn your computer into a mini planetarium.

Perhaps the biggest attraction to astronomy is that you are only limited by your own imagination. When you and your children have grasped the basics of stargazing, you can literally spend hours discovering all that the universe has to offer.

Daily routines can be a challenge, especially if you have younger children who have a way of losing or misplacing things on a regular basis.

Here are some great tips on how to keep your children, especially young ones, get and stay organized:

1. Have a designated work space for homework, projects, etc. Pick a room or a part of a room that your child can keep all of his or her supplies for homework, arts and crafts, reading. Use bins to keep supplies neat and in one place. Be sure you have enough room, if possible, to keep their books and try using a basket to keep papers that your child may need for school, studying for tests, etc.
2. When you buy school supplies at the beginning of the year, color code each subject – Math is blue, English is green, etc., and use the same color for each subject throughout the year. This will make it easy for you to child to quickly grab what they’re looking for without having to rifle through every folder or notebook.
3. Create a cubby hole at or near your front door to keep your child’s backpack, hats, gloves, scarves, shoes – anything they need to grab quickly if the morning gets away from them. Teach your child to put whatever they need for the next day in the cubby each night before they go to bed.
4. Use a calendar. For your older children you can provide them with a calendar or appointment book. With your younger children, create a weekly or monthly calendar and use bright colors and pictures to help remind them of important days.
5. Lead by example. If you want your children to be organized, keep yourself organized. They are more likely to follow by example. Make to-do lists, turn the television off at the same time every day/evening, pay bills on a regular schedule – anything that requires a routine. Let your children see you follow an organized routine and they will do the same.</p>

Infants

Infants begin learning as early as birth. Therefore, we provide a stimulating environment geared towards positively developing their young minds. We talk to our “delightful” infants often. Our infants are called by their names and we do not use “baby talk”. We are gentle and comforting in our tone. We want children to develop their language, which we believe is more effective when we speak plain and simple words and sentences.

One-Year-Olds

For our “curious” one year olds, we continue to build upon the foundation provided for our infants. For those who need it, encouragement regarding pulling up and walking is continued. There is a focus on words…introducing new words and language skills according to the developmental age of the child.

Two-Year-Olds

At the age of two, children begin their transition from being a baby to being a child. They began to exhibit a certain amount of independence and may want to do things without help.

Our “independent” two year olds enjoy safe games and activities that allow them to run, jump, tumble and climb. Two year olds enjoy throwing, kicking and rolling balls so we provide many opportunities for these activities.

Three-Year-Olds

The program for our “inquisitive” three year olds continues to develop based upon learning from our previous age groups. We provide an environment for our three year olds to safely run, skip, jump and explore. There is a focus of not only reciting the alphabets and counting numbers, but also ensuring that our three year olds can identify letters and numbers.

Private Pre-K

Building upon the learning from our previous programs is continued. The main focus for our “clever” four year olds is to ensure that they possess the knowledge and confidence for school readiness.

Reading development continues in our Pre-K program; however, in addition to our reading to our children, time is spent teaching them how to read and allowing/encouraging them to read out loud.

Private Kindergarten

Our Kindergarten Program, which is “Accredited with Quality” by the Georgia Accrediting Commission, provides an accelerated program for our “brilliant” Kindergarten aged children. We want our children to have a joy for learning.  We challenge them and believe in “Stretching but not Stressing” our students.

Our program has a major focus on reading.  Reading comprehension is an important part of our program in that we want our children to actually understand what is read versus just calling out words.  STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) is emphasized in our program.  Our goal is for our students to perform higher than what is normally expected of Kindergarten aged students.  We also focus on providing our students of knowledge regarding social studies.

Private First Grade

Our First Grade Program is “Accredited” by the Georgia Accrediting Commission. This program continues the accelerated learning provided in our Kindergarten program. We want our children to have a joy for learning. We challenge them and believe in “Stretching but not Stressing” our students.

There is a continuation of the focus on reading further implementing activities that support STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math). Our goal is for our students to perform higher than what is normally expected of First Graders. We also focus on providing our students of knowledge regarding social studies.

Exhibition “Symphony of the Great Cosmos” in the city of Ostrovets, Grodno region (Belarus)

10/16/2021

Astravets is a rapidly growing city in Belarus, a satellite city of the Belarusian nuclear power plant. The brightest minds of the country will work in the new high-tech industry. For this, one of the schools in Astravets trains future nuclear scientists. After classes, twice a week, the school’s resource center is visited by children of different ages – from toddlers to graduates, to find out how the world works, to study in depth physics, chemistry and mathematics – everything that may be useful to an energy specialist in the future. In this center, it is not only possible, but also necessary to practically master 3D printers, interactive whiteboards, computers, and learn what robots are. About a hundred children are constantly engaged here. The project is still an experimental joint project with the same “nuclear” cities in Russia. But teachers have already felt the effect of its implementation. Caring for the younger generation of Ostrovets is one of the priority areas for the development of the city.

One of the oldest educational institutions in the city of Ostrovets is the State Educational Institution School No. 2, with which the Branch of the International Center of the Roerichs in the Republic of Belarus has been cooperating for about 10 years. Here, on October 14, 2021, an exhibition of winners and prize-winners of the International Children’s Drawing Contest “We are Children of the Cosmos” entitled “Symphony of the Great Cosmos” was opened.

Since 2017, the International Children’s Drawing Competition “We are the Children of Space” has been held by the Helena Roerich Charitable Foundation and the International Center of the Roerichs, with the support of the Russian Academy of Arts, the International Union of Artists, the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences and the Association of Museums of Cosmonautics of Russia .

Great interest in the exhibition and its idea was shown by the director of the school, Anton Cheslavovich Treigis. He did everything so that the exhibition could be seen by as many children and residents of the city as possible. Deputy director for educational work Elena Gendrikovna Silvanovich organized a visit to the exposition by students of all grades of the school. The opening of the exhibition was covered by the Ostrovetskaya Pravda newspaper. The correspondents of the newspaper showed great interest in the exhibition and filmed a video that was shown on a local TV channel, which made it possible to widely inform the citizens.

The exhibition was opened by representatives of the Branch of the International Center of the Roerichs in the Republic of Belarus – Georgy Vasilievich and Lyudmila Mikhailovna Shestirekov. Georgy Vasilyevich told the children about the competition and its organizers, about the competition jury, winners and prize-winners. He paid special attention to the fact that 19 children from the Republic of Belarus became the winners and prize-winners of the competition in 2020, including two who received the Grand Prix. For each of the classes who came to the exhibition one after another, GV Shestirekov gave an excursion.

In the course of communication, the children expressed their ideas about the Cosmos, its infinity and beauty with pleasure. At the suggestion of the guide, the schoolchildren chose the drawings they liked the most and told how they felt about this drawing and what, in their opinion, the author of the work, their peer, and often a much younger artist, wanted to tell the audience.

Georgy Vasilyevich suggested that children pay attention to the “key” to understanding creative works, which is embedded in their title. Using this “key”, the children were happy to fantasize and present their own versions of what is shown in the picture and what the Cosmos is in general.

The story about the painting “Man is the artist of the world!” turned out to be interesting! Alshanova Elvira (12 years old) from the city of Bologoye, Tver region. All participants of the excursion together came to the conclusion that we ourselves, each of us, is the creator – the artist of the world. And it is we who create the overall picture of the world with our thoughts and actions. Good thoughts create a general portrait of the world with beautiful strokes, while bad thoughts and actions make the picture of the world less attractive, less beautiful. The guys came to the conclusion that our common task is to work on ourselves, try to think beautifully, do good deeds, and improve our cultural level.

It is interesting to note that children of different ages often chose the same drawings by young artists as their favorite works.

And some guys said that they also like to draw, they are learning this and expressed their desire to take part in this competition. Lyudmila Mikhailovna Shestirekova handed over the details of the Helena Roerich Charitable Foundation to the children who were interested in the competition and wished them good luck.

In conclusion, the headmaster A.Ch. Treigis and the head teacher for educational work E.G. Silvanovich thanked the organizers of the competition and the Branch of the International Center of the Roerichs in the Republic of Belarus for the exhibition and an interesting story and expressed their hope that cultural cooperation would continue.

Is it easy to be a woman

Society

11:04, March 10, 2017

Nelly CHUKANOVA
Sergei VINOGRADOV

At all times, the family was considered the main purpose of the fair sex.
True, at the dawn of socialism, some revolutionary-minded minds tried to refute this postulate. Marriage was declared a relic of the past, Komsomol women were urged not to refuse anything to Komsomol members, and the fruits of an easy relationship were offered to be brought up in special children’s factories – round-the-clock five-day nurseries and kindergartens, and then to schools and boarding schools. In the summer, in order not to get in the way, shaven-headed underfeeders were herded en masse into country camps.
How else? As a result of revolutionary changes, a woman was completely equated in rights and duties with a man, and when did she, a leader and all sorts of Stakhanovites, bother with pots, troughs, pots and wipe her snotty noses? In the twenties and thirties, they managed to build residential buildings without kitchens. It was fashionable to eat in canteens, and ready-made food for the home was purchased at kitchen factories or in cookery.
But the age-old habit of making a home nest overcame, and the woman eventually contrived to work hard at work on an equal basis with the peasants, and to drag life on herself, and take care of children. And after all nothing, sdyuzhila! He gets up early, melts the stove, drags water from a pump or a well, prepares breakfast – lunch – dinner, wakes everyone up, bathes, feeds, in the gardens – he will divorce the schools, work the shift, pick up the children from the garden – from the school, go shopping along the way. He will feed you dinner, wash the dishes, what you need – wash, mend, iron. He will learn his lessons with his undergrowths, put everyone to sleep. And in the remaining free time, he will also prepare for a session at an institute or technical school. How else? It is necessary to improve your professional level in order to keep up with the competition with men for the best job with a higher salary.
Our poor mothers and grandmothers! Back in the sixties of the last century, they could stay on parental leave for only six months. Try to sit up – immediately under the article for parasitism will be attracted! There was only one way out – the same nursery, where the kids were often and seriously ill. Infant and child mortality in the country was very high. I remember the smell of my childhood – the smell of penicillin – and my mother, sadly sorting syringes, pistons and needles with tweezers in the sterilizer …
Those who were richer got out, finding a nanny for the child – yes, yes, then many pensioners worked part-time as nannies. Now older women prefer to go to work – to whom health and opportunities allow, and those who are not allowed to while away the time on a bench at the entrance or at the TV, but even a few agree to sit with their own grandchildren – it’s very troublesome!
Refrigerators, washing machines, vacuum cleaners in the fifties and seventies of the last century were not available in all families, which made life difficult. Housewives washed in basins and troughs using special boards. For greater cleanliness, linen was boiled in tanks, rubbing soap shavings into it. Carpets and runners had to be rolled up, taken out into the yard, piled up on football goals and beaten out for a long time with a beater and swept with a broom. In winter, one of the folk pastimes was knocking out floor coverings on the first snow. Then the whole yard was covered in gray squares and rectangles…
Horror is simple! Meat grinders and coffee grinders existed only mechanical, irons – without a steamer … And no microwave ovens and mixers with blenders that make household work easier for you!
In order not to finally overstrain, women began to save energy … on children. Somewhere in the seventies they took and abruptly began to give birth less. One, well, maximum – two. Families with many children have become a rarity, and following such citizens, more “reasonable” even twisted their fingers to their temples. Over time, many came to the conclusion that first of all it is necessary to live for yourself. Let’s remember what our parents told us and what we now habitually repeat to our offspring? First, learn, get a good profession, and only then … And then they themselves become smart and without prompting they know that they need to build a career or promote their business, buy an apartment or a house, upgrade a car … Look, it’s already too late to give birth!
Although the attitude to this issue has also changed a lot. I remember that 25 years ago, in a antenatal clinic, one married lady who missed her time begged the doctor to give her a referral for an abortion: “I am 38 years old! The son is in the army, he will return – what will he think of me? And now they give birth at 45, and even over 50. True, these are mostly not the first children.
Fortunately, the fashion for large families is reviving, and it is far from uncommon for young parents to lead a couple of kids by the hands and roll a stroller with a crumb in front of them.
So the current movie and pop stars are making their contribution to this good cause. Previously, many divas brought the joy of motherhood as a sacrifice to the altar of the profession, and now they give birth to three and four children almost without interruption from work …
Life has become easier – numerous smart devices greatly simplify our lives. The abundance of products, including those ready for baby food, good clothes, care items (most importantly, disposable diapers!) also contributes to facilitating the female lot.
Yes, and ladies have learned to earn on a par with men, and now, in which case, many are able to feed themselves and their children.
Has the emancipation that was talked about so much a hundred years ago come true?

Burganov found himself a first deputy

The highly experienced Ilsur Khadiullin will become the chief curator of the schools – it is he who will now have to resolve the “language issue”

The new head of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafis Burganov continues to recruit a team. According to BUSINESS Online, a key appointment is expected from day to day: the head of the Kazan Department of Education Ilsur Khadiullin, who, unlike the minister, has worked in the field of education all his life and has a keen sense of the pedagogical sphere, will become the first deputy. The official, whose biography also includes the post of deputy head of the executive committee of the CGT, is characterized as a person capable of finding compromises – this is what is needed now.

Ilsur Metshin has repeatedly said that when Ilsur Khadiullin came, the city staff immediately took him positively. Now they are looking for a replacement to replace him.

NEW FIRST DEPUTY

As it became known to BUSINESS Online, the head of the education department of the executive committee of Kazan Ilsur Khadiullin goes to work in the team of the new Minister of Education and Science of Tatarstan Rafis Burganov . In the near future, he should be appointed First Deputy Minister and will be closely involved in the field of primary and secondary education, that is, curating schools. The first information about his appointment to the post of Burganov’s deputy appeared yesterday in the WhatsApp chat of Tatar activists. Today, this information was confirmed to a BUSINESS Online correspondent by two well-informed sources in the bureaucratic environment. According to the interlocutors of the publication, the future appointee has actually already begun to fulfill his duties, and the matter will not follow the required government decree.

According to them, Burganov urgently needed his own “right hand”, capable of resolving issues directly related to education. His long-term “squire” – appointed last week to the post of deputy Azat Sharapov is still a purely business executive who has never been involved in education. Now he will be the curator of the exclusively economic bloc. The choice of Khadiullin seems quite logical: he is familiar to Burganov from his work in the city executive committee and has worked in the industry all his life, finely feeling the pedagogical sphere. Like Burganov himself, whose position is the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin called “execution”, Khadiullin did not seek promotion. But the personnel bench is too short.

Recall that Burganov began to form his team at the Ministry of Education immediately after his arrival. Sharapov replaced Pavel Frolov, appointed literally at the end of November . The curator of the sphere of national education Ildar Mukhametov , invited to the ministry by Engel Fattakhov , left the post a little earlier of his own free will. Now the official website of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan lists five deputy ministers: Pominov, another “old-timer” of the ministry Larisa Sulima , Timirkhan Alishev , Azat Sharapov and representative of Rosobrnadzor Gulnara Gabdrakhmanova .

The BUSINESS Online correspondent managed to get through to Khadiullin. Khadiullin evaded answering the question of whether he was really going to work in the educational department: “I can’t say. I am sitting in the same place as the head of the Kazan education department.” In turn, Khadiullin asked where the rumors were coming from, and once again replied: “So far, I can’t say anything.” However, this answer can be considered indirect confirmation.

By the way, it is still unclear whether 59-year-old Andrey Pominov , who has been working as Deputy Minister for 10 years, will remain First Deputy. However, with Khadiullin they complement each other well, because Pominov’s main area of responsibility is higher and secondary specialized education. At Pominov’s reception today we were informed that Andrey Ivanovich was not in place and asked to call the press service to clarify the necessary information.

Now they are looking for a replacement for Khadiullin’s place in the executive committee, the final candidacy has not yet been determined. The press service of the mayor’s office did not comment on the topic. At the time of publication, the press service of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tatarstan did not respond to a request from BUSINESS Online – the press secretary received a request and promised to call back.

EXPERIENCED OFFICIAL AND FATTAHOV’S OPPONENT

Ilsur Garaevich Khadiullin worked all his life in the education system of Tatarstan. In 1989, he graduated from the Kazan State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in biology and chemistry, and in 1993 he was immediately hired as the director of Kazan School No. 71. After that, he led gymnasium No. 155 for another three years and at 19In 1997 he was appointed First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Tatarstan. There he worked for five years under the leadership of the then Minister of Education of the Republic Faris Kharisov and in 2002 he left for the position of First Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars. After VKT, Khadiullin headed the Institute for the Development of Education of the Republic of Tatarstan for three years until 2007. Then the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan Rais Shaikhelislamov and Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the Ministry of Defense of Kazan Zukhra Nigmatullina took a specialist to the position of the new head of the education department of Kazan.

Khadiullin himself is a non-public person. Despite the fact that he always willingly communicates with journalists, he rarely appears in the information field. Among the problems that Khadiullin is solving are, despite everything, the preservation of grant support for gifted children and advanced teachers, the rejuvenation of the teaching staff, school repairs, the fight against studying in two shifts, and the provision of places in kindergartens. A lot of attacks on Khadiullin were caused by the recent decision of the city to create 7 new educational centers based on 13 different schools: strong gymnasiums were merged with weaker schools from September 1, 2017. However, as it turned out later, it was not he himself who stood behind this decision, but his then boss Engel Fattakhov .

In addition, it is difficult to remember the bright scandals associated with Khadiullin. His traditional response to any criticism: “There is a problem, we will solve it.” Actually, this flexibility allowed him to stay in the chair of the head of the education department for more than 10 years and survive three republican ministers. More than once or twice, he found himself between a rock and a hard place and knows what the cutting edge is, knows how to find a common language with both parents and teachers. “It cannot be said that Khadiullin stands out as a person, but you can always approach him with any question – and he treats school principals with understanding,” says one of the BUSINESS Online experts.

Some sources of BUSINESS Online, by the way, called Khadiullin a likely successor to Fattakhov, to whom Ilsur Garaevich, as they say, was in latent opposition, trying to somehow smooth out ill-considered decisions at his level, including on the issue of thoughtless planting of the Tatar language through force. Because of this, in the summer he already “stands” with one foot in retirement, but life has shown him to be right.

“THE WORK IS HARD, HE WILL HAVE TO DESTROY”

Experts of “BUSINESS Online” shared their opinions about the newly appointed First Deputy Minister of Education.

Marat Lotfullin – former deputy head of the Kazan Department of Education, senior researcher at the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan:

– Khadiullin and I worked together. Such an appointment is a positive thing for the education system, but not for him personally, because the work is hard, he will have to destroy what he himself has created over many years, because now the ministry is busy destroying the Tatar language in schools, it’s hard with moral point of view. As a specialist, Khadiullin is very strong, knows the school well, worked as a teacher, director, deputy minister – a very experienced leader. And this is a man who came out of national education and dedicated his life to it.

Airat Fayzrakhmanov – Deputy Chairman of the World Forum of Tatar Youth:

– I came across Ilsur Garaevich, we had joint projects, I think it would be great, he knows national education well, worked in the World Congress of Tatars. As the head of the education department in the city, he has proven himself very well. As far as I know, he feels good in Kazan and sees how education can develop. But now he will have to balance between dissatisfied parents who demand that the Tatar language be completely removed, and those parents who stand up for Tatar. The problem has not yet been fully resolved. In Kazan, he decided this, now it will be necessary to decide on a Tatarstan scale. The issue of teaching the Tatar language as the state language has not been fully resolved either, it has a lot of work to do.

I hope that the work on the development of national education, which was carried out by the Ministry of Education and Science, will continue. In the situation with the language, we saw that in Kazan, large cities of the republic there are not enough schools with the Tatar language of instruction. Formally, we have them, but for the most part they teach there in Russian. The situation with the Tatar language arose largely because of this – children go to Russian schools, not finding options for studying in a school with the Tatar language. The ministry took care of this, drew up road maps, plans… I hope that all this will be implemented under Ilsur Khadiullin as deputy minister.

Niyaz Gafiyatullin — director of the International School of Kazan, deputy of the Kazakh City Duma:

— I worked with Ilsur Garevich in two areas: as the headmaster of the school directly under his leadership and as a deputy and chairman of the education committee of the Kazakh City Duma. From both cases, there was only a positive experience of working with this person. First, he is a professional. He knows every school, while a person with a big heart. He delves into every problem, listens very carefully, finds a solution. He personally gave me a lot of advice when I was just starting my professional career as a director. I know that Kazan is a very difficult area of work for the head of the education department. There are very different schools, directors, teachers. Maintaining such a large economy is worthy of respect. Ilsur Raisovich Metshin said more than once that when Khadiullin came, the city staff immediately took him positively. He had already established himself on the good side at that time.

As for deputy work, we constantly discuss problems with him, he listens and accepts constructive criticism. The most interesting thing is that the education department can never be taken by surprise – its subordinates always know about everything. Ilsur Garaevich has always been a mountain for education, for people.

How will he help the Ministry of Education? Recently, issues of education have been politicized. I think that Khadiullin, firstly, is simply a professional who knows the problems of schools, the intricacies of the prosecutor’s requirements and regulatory standards. Secondly, the work in Kazan itself gives, among other things, political experience.
