Company the Largest Private Provider of Early Childhood Education in the U.S.
PORTLAND, OR–(Marketwired – January 06, 2016) – Beginning today, the company formerly known as Knowledge Universe Education LLC — the largest private provider of early childhood education in the U. S. — will become KinderCare Education. The new name and logo for the company follows the sale of the company this summer to Partners Group, a global private markets investment manager. “We chose KinderCare Education because the KinderCare brand is the most prominent name in the early childhood education industry, and there is no brand that is better recognized by families,” said CEO Tom Wyatt. “We are relentlessly dedicated to providing young children with the best possible start in life through high-quality education. Our new name makes a bold statement about what we stand for as a company. ”
The names of the company’s other brands and offerings, including KinderCare Learning Centers, Champions, Children’s Creative Learning Centers, Knowledge Beginnings, Cambridge and The Grove School, will not change.
