Not far from the business center, but away from the noise – already sounds like an unrealistic dream. But the residents of our city have even more requirements. We learned from five heroes what their ideal home should be.

In a city apartment, it is important for me that the house is not too high, ideally up to ten floors. I think that an ideal apartment should not be huge, but everyone in the family needs personal space: everyone has their own bedroom, and also an office for themselves. The kitchen also needs a small one, better combined with the living room. I don’t understand apartments without balconies, they must be in an ideal house, and you need a good view from the windows. If I chose an apartment in the city center, I would like as little noise as possible and away from a busy road. A closed yard and a quality adjacent territory are very important. I also pay attention to the structure of the house, it is desirable that the walls are brick, at least 52 cm thick.

Ideally, I would buy an apartment near the parks, where I can take a walk and relax after a hard day – it distracts me from the hustle and bustle. Of course, I would also like to have schools and kindergartens nearby. In the apartment itself, I like it when there is a master bedroom and a large kitchen where you can gather with the whole family for a delicious dinner.

Despite the fact that the Consul business class house is located in the very center of the city, it is quiet and there are parks nearby for walking. After work, you can walk along the alley on Kommunisticheskaya Street or relax right in the cozy, green landscaped courtyard.

My husband lived in Kyiv for a long time, he came to Ufa for work. Then we met him and he stayed here. Only he had one condition – to live in the very, very center. I also don’t like wasting time on the road from home to work, and all my projects are located in the city center. That’s why we love this place so much. Although many people say that it is noisy here, we love to live in the thick of things. It is very convenient: as soon as you leave the entrance, the best restaurants, the most beautiful architecture, interesting historical places, and entertainment for children are right there nearby. When we were looking for an apartment, we considered options only in the center. They paid attention to the yard: it should be closed, with a good area for games, places for walking and there should be sections for children, schools, clubs and gardens nearby. In the house itself, it is important for me that the hall and entrances are beautiful and always clean. After that, I pay attention to the layout: I don’t want to redo something later and think out the work of an architect. I love the big windows with a beautiful view of the city! In addition, I always prefer bright and spacious apartments, where there are many separate rooms.

For children there are language schools, a mental arithmetic circle, theater courses, a modeling school, design courses, a radio and television school, vocal courses, speed reading schools, and oratory schools. Literally everything is important to us in a city apartment: location, view from the window, layout, entrances and even what kind of neighbors we have. We have always wanted to live in the very center of the city, but at the same time the apartment should be quiet. We believe that the entrance and the elevator are of great importance: they must be bright and clean. But the most important thing for us is the proximity to the business center so that we can quickly get there or even walk to work. In addition, it is important for us that there must be a park and beautiful places for walking near the house, and a school for the child. Of course, it is also very convenient when there is a separate parking lot. The apartment itself should be spacious, bright, with a minimalist interior and large windows with a beautiful view.

For me, an apartment is a place where I spend a lot of time I spend with my family: with my wife, with my son and daughter. We have a spacious living room combined with a kitchen – this is where we all get together, and for me this is a very important place. Firstly, it is a reliable and high-quality building with thick walls and good sound insulation. Secondly, this, of course, is the location: the house does not have to be right in the center, but a well-developed infrastructure is needed nearby. I would like good grocery stores to be within walking distance, and ideally, if the business center is also nearby. And if I was now looking for an apartment, it would be great to buy an option with large windows and a beautiful view of the city.

“How lucky I am with teachers!”

Our dear parents have been by our side since birth. A little later, when we go to kindergarten, the teacher greets us with a smile, in the elementary grades one teacher patronizes us, in the older ones there are already several, each of which leaves a piece of his soul in our hearts.

In a technical school, college, college, institute – wherever you study in the future, in life there is always the one you look up to, the one who becomes your authority, Mentor!

“How lucky I am with teachers!”

I have had several mentors in my life. I always remember everyone with warmth, I adopt their experience when working with children. Maybe that’s why I see the return, the love of my students.

I consider my first mentor to be my head of the exemplary folk dance ensemble “Guldar”, Honored Cultural Worker Rimma Fitratovna Umetbayeva. After school, I entered the choreographer and two practices took place under the strict guidance of Rimma Fitratovna. Despite her strict nature, the children were drawn to her. For her wards, she was a mountain. She saved the boys who got into trouble, proved to others that they were good, talented.

While I was at school, I did not attach importance to the wisdom of teachers. Over the years, when I myself began to work with children, I realized how lucky I was with teachers. Galina Grigorievna Rybnikova, Galina Ivanovna Yanbaeva, Amina Zinnatovna Kidrasova and others were role models. Sensitive, gentle, wise. Mathematics in high school was not easy for me, but I don’t remember her cursing, screaming. On the contrary, she tried to support anyone, she was reverent about the problems of the student.

One day an unfortunate incident happened in our class. But her strong words to all of us made us look at the situation from a different angle. Sometimes I think about what I would do in her place.

Lidia Alexandrovna is a competent teacher. Her students constantly won prizes at the olympiads not only in our city, but also on the republican, all-Russian scale. Many students have become excellent specialists in their field. For example, everyone in the city knows Olga Mostovaya, the former head of the trade department of the city administration. Also among her wards is the chairman of the Magnitogorsk branch of the Union of Artists of Russia, the chairman of the branch of the all-Russian organization “Russian Fund of Culture” Eduard Meder.
