Your child gets more one-on-one time with their provider because class sizes are smaller than in preschools or centers. Given the smaller classes, there is less exposure to illness than traditional centers, which means fewer colds and flus! Additionally, in-home providers are often located in neighborhoods that are close by to make parents’ lives that much easier. With a wide range of program types, each WeeCare is completely unique!

Mom claims employee at Louisville child care facility hit her 19-month-old son
A single mother in Westminster is demanding accountability after she says her 19-month-old son was hit by a teacher at a Louisville child care facility.

LOUISVILLE, Colo. — A single mother living in Westminster has spent the past few days reeling after, she claims, a teacher at a Louisville child care facility hit her 19-month-old son.
Brittny Braun has been missing work as she searches for child care options for her son, Jaxson Arlowe.
“Waitlists are six months to a year and a half out in the Denver metro area,” Braun said about the daycare options she has been finding. “There’s not enough daycares for how many children are here with all the people moving here.”
Braun originally appreciated the care her son received at Little People’s Landing Louisville. But over the past month, the mother noticed a change in her son’s personality. Then last weekend, she says she noticed Jaxson flinching when she went to move his hair or wipe his face.
“It was reported Friday that a teacher had hit my son,” Braun said, explaining why she believes her son was flinching.
Braun says she was told about the incident on Sunday evening, after a staff member reported the incident to the child care facility on Friday. However, Braun claims the incident dates back around three weeks.
“They fired the person accused, and then the person who reported three weeks after the incident, she’s on admin leave,” Braun said. “I needed to be his voice. I needed to make other parents aware. People needed to know about this so they can keep their children safe.”
Denver7 attempted to get Little People’s Landing’s side of the story, and was told it reported what it needed to report.
“They need to do a better job at ensuring children are safe, [that] they are around trusted adults, that there is training, that there’s more supervision,” said Braun. “The person who hit my child needs charges pressed on them, as well as the person who did not report it. They should no longer be working with children.”
The Louisville Police Department told Denver7 it is investigating the allegations.
Braun’s sister has organized a GoFundMe to help with expenses while the mother searches for child care options and misses work.
Denver7 looked up Little People’s Landing on Colorado Shines, which gives them a two out of five for their program quality.
An inspection from August 2022 shows missing documentation of certain criminal clearance background check letters for a handful of employees. Another report shows a founded report of not using time outs appropriately, while a different one includes a founded case regarding unsafe sleep with an infant in a swing.

Moscow, Russia travel, deep in the woods. But right in the center of Liouville, not in the business of course, there is a cave for tourists to visit. This is not a natural cave, it is a former mine. During the Cold War it was a bomb shelter. Recently, a whole attraction has been made out of it. Here you can climb, ride, ride ropes. We didn’t stay here long. I advise you to visit with children, they will have fun.

For horse racing fans
A visit to the horse racing museum is a must for equestrian sports enthusiasts. We are not. Therefore, succumbing to a common desire, we visited this museum. Entrance is not cheap. For 13 dollars from the nose. And that doesn’t include an interesting tour of the stalls. Interactivity is actively used – a 360-degree view during the race.

Do you like football or baseball?
I have known this sports facility for many years as a baseball arena. Imagine my surprise when, during my last visit to Louisville, I learned that football was still played here. The stadium has seen a lot. We visited one of the games. The same old benches – it was nice to sit on them.

Worshiped the grave of Colonel Sanders
We visited Cave Hill Cemetery in July. This cemetery is the resting place of Colonel Sanders. His face is noticeable in all KFS restaurants. There is no charge for visiting the cemetery.
It was cool in summer. Muhammad Ali is now buried there.

Moscow, Russia This is the history of whiskey – namely whiskey from Bourbon County. Entrance is not cheap – 12 dollars. But there is a lot to see inside. Not boring at all, full of children, sounds are constantly heard from interactive panels.
You can spend the whole day here, but we limited ourselves to whiskey)))

Roller coaster
We got to the amusement park right after a tropical rainstorm. They wanted to ride a rollercoaster, by the way, no one here calls them Russians. But all the seats were wet. But in the July heat they quickly dried up and in half an hour we were already rushing up and down.
